Gentleman that checked me in was very nice and accomdating. Room was clean and comfortable.

Good location, close to New York. The management was incredible, Brian went above and beyond to help make our stay an enjoyable one. Would recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Ridgefield park to anyone staying in the NJ/NY area.

Great hotel! Beautiful and clean room, great staff, and has a shuttle to most local destinations.

Driving home to Virginia we decided to stop. Brian at the front desk was the best!!! Really helpful and professional. The room and the entire hotel were clean and comfy. I highly recommend staying with them.

Rooms were nice. Staff was great. Other guests SUCKED. They were loud. In the night we would hear loud bangs and running around. Then at breakfast they must have thought they owned the hotel because they were screaming in the halls.

Staff here is fabulous. Rooms and public areas are clean and appear well maintained.

Wonderful hotel, with excellent and courteous staff. They were very helpful in getting me directions to get around. The room was perfect, and I highly recommend it.

Terrible room was unbearable climate controls were not operable staff tried to be helpful but owner/management was very rude and unaccommodating worst hotel experience in my life

Friendly staff and quiet neighborhood. Would be nicer with a happy hour and a close by restrant but they have a shuttle that will take you to anywhere nearby (3 miles)

Clean and easy to get to. I was just there for drinks with coworkers who were actually staying there, but the service was good and our waiter made sure not to serve and then never appear again.

Most uncomfortable bed I've ever experienced. Manager says some of the rooms have been upgraded but much is still needed no apology given.

Good appearance of the hotel, but the staff only speak English which limits offering a comfortable service.
We were assigned a room previously occupied and when the error was corrected the new room was not fully equipped with bathroom fixtures.
The common areas are nice and comfortable.

I was initially disappointed at check in due to a few things online that were amenities I did not get. However the managing staff more than made up for it with kindness and help to fix the problem. Felix, and Brian helped so much I wish I would have met them at check in. Also fabulous food and service. I give them 5 stars easily because its about customer service in the end. Thank you all for being so kind and sweet to us. You A+ in our books and if I'm ever able to travel again would come there in a heartbeat.

Check in was not possible until 3pm. Theres nothing near the hotel literally

While the staff does do a good breakfast, they are slow to answer phones and if you make a special request online during booking, you better call ahead to make sure that it's taken care of (mine was not) Conviently located off 95 and across the street from an AMC movie theater. Great area for authentic Korean foods, bars and 15-30 minutes from midtown.

Staff is great, but hotel is a bit underwhelming overall. Beds are very hard, elevator is slow, hallways smell a bit damp, and water pressure is terrible. I only stay here when other nearby hotels are already booked.

My husband and I enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel! The microwave and fridge were a bonus for us as we were traveling between NY and NJ, visiting family. The front desk attendant, Feliz has superb customer service! Thank you, Feliz for welcoming us! The restaurant staff and housekeeping offered great service as well. We will certainly visit this hotel again.

Great stay. Easy to get to and right before the GW bridge. Clean staff was friendly and the breakfast was amazing!!! Usually breakfast is like coffee and toast or a bagel.. This place actually has cook to order for things like pancakes and French toast. I saw cereal, Oatmeal and waffles as well. I'd definitely stay again.

Very clean, easy highway access, friendly staff, free breakfast and WiFi. Great place to stay if you are taking a cruise out of Manhattan as they have a stay, park and cruise package that includes round trip transportation to the pier

Very lovely hotel so close to NYC. You can get there by bus so easily. Priced Right with lots of amenities!

Jammed me on a shuttle when I paid for a car service from the cruise terminal. It's been 40 minutes in the cold so they could save money.

Very good hotel but as surprising as it may seem ... There is presence of cockroaches!

This place offers good value for money. It is slightly dated but very clean. The breakfast is excellent and the staff are helpful and efficient.

The rooms are fine however I wish they would give us toothpaste & a brush in the room or complementary water as opposed to having us pay $3 a bottle. They have a pool and a small gym so that was nice. The rooms have a TV and a coffee maker too. I enjoyed staying here regardless of the small complaints.

Excellent experience, pleasant staff quite accommodating.

Comfortable and clean. Pretty much all you can ask for when you need a place to rest away from home. The name alone gives you faith that your stay will not be anything less than expected. The Hilton garden inn was perfectly located to the venue (Palisadium) I attended a wedding at with a shuttle also. Close to a movie theater also for those rainy vacation days. Breakfast was great too. Overall, no complaints. Two thumbs

Breakfast was better than I thought. There's a little town in Manhattan. There's an hour away from JFK airport. You have to consider it.

THE ONE REASON I HAD A GOOD TIME HERE, was the front desk personnel. Not all of them, one in particular. I would've written this review sooner when names were fresh in my memory, however, he's Latino and I believe his name is Felix. He's such an awesome person. Friendly, Polite, Caring, Catering, I could go on. Ideally, as far as location, I booked the wrong hotel for where I needed to go on a daily basis (totally my fault), but he made this stay pleasant. I thank you sir.

Staff was great, room was clean and spacious. Nice Samsung TV in the room, too. Wake up early if you want pancakes for breakfast. Oh and the wifi was solid!

Nice experience front desk and room was very neat and clean.

Arrived late at night as kitchen and bar were closing but we were accomodated marvelously by the front desk clerks and wait staff who provided us with menus for local delivery and a bottle of wine. Felix, the hotel clerk at the front desk, was particularly warm and made us feel especially welcome. He went above and beyond. Would definitely reccommend the hotel to a friend.

Loved this hotel. We booked as a park and stay and it worked perfect for a cruise out of Manhattan. Our limo ride with Bernice was amazing. Room was great. Clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was amazing Raoul the chef made one of the best fresh omelettes I have ever had. Definitely highly recommend and will stay here again.

It was freshly remodeled and had very clean rooms. And the concierge Felix goes above and beyond to help guests stay to be better.

I couldn't fill out my review By email so I will do it here. My 5 sons and husband and I went recently for a cruise. We chose the Hilton garden Inn to do the cruise and park package. They were amazing. I have 2 children that are adult sons with autism and I thought it would be very stressful with the amount of kids and everything going on. They made this so much easier for me. I can't thank them enough. They are renovating and things are looking absolutely beautiful. Have patience with the renovations. They're making it a wonderful place to go. Not to mention the personalities. I have gone before and I absolutely love how they welcome us to the hotel and how amazing they are. I call that above and beyond..for customer service. They rock!

The rooms at the hotel were clean and nice, and we were comfortable for our stay.

Breakfast Manager and staff were excellent. We enjoyed the peaceful energy. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Everyone (Staff) was friendly and professional. French toast and omelettes were delicious.

Convenient location right by major highways. I did not get a chance to try it but they have a small bar and serve breakfast in the morning (they are in the same area). The digital key was a neat feature as I got to check in via app and head straight to my room. I will say that I had requested a certain ro near the elevator when I initially checked in on the app but when I got there they had placed me in a different room that was further to the back and facing the opposite side of the room I had chosen ( i typically like staying closer to the elevator, the hotel is small so it did not make a huge difference in this instance). Not too much interaction with the front desk staff but they seemed nice enough and were friendly.

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Pool and hot tub very enjoyable. Staff very helpful and breakfast was good selection and very good. Staff member Sylvia was extremely helpful when I inadvertently left behind clothing in drawer. She went out of her way to see that it was returned promptly and in tact.

I had a great stay there last week. The hotel was clean, the room was very nice, and the breakfast, and the ladies running it were great. But, I have to give the highest marks to Felix, who was working the check in desk by himself on a busy Friday night. He was fantastic. He was very busy, but had the best attitude, and did not break stride, no matter how busy it got. He also was the person checking me out, and was just as courteous and helpful then. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is there should have been two people on the check in desk.

Enjoyed the stay, hotel was clean staff was friendly. Only complaint I have would be the pillows and bed, bed was too stiff and pillows to soft. Other than that I would recommend a stay.

I had an amazing three night stay. The staff, especially Felix, were very professional and made the stay enjoyable. When I needed something, like a towel or extra room key, the turn around time was quick.

It was a standard hotel, noting special. Everything was taken care of, and the staff was helpful.

The good: Very friendly staff, great air conditioning that cools the room fast, nice adjustable shower heads, and keurigs and mini fridges in the rooms. The bad: mediocre breakfast buffet, even worse dinner options. No Starbucks or coffee shop in the hotel or within walking distance.

I stay at this hotel a couple times a year. There isn't much around it, but it's always been a pleasant stay. They are under construction right now, but the staff was apologetic and offered a breakfast voucher for the inconvenience. Everyone goes above and beyond for my needs while I'm there.

Very clean, well run. Pool amd jacuzzi were nice. Check out is 12. Front desk was polite and thoughtful. Location is great, close to the city but not in the city. Right off the highway.

Walking distance from the office, but the quality of food and service for dining is poor.

It would of been 5 stars but the thing is that there was about 8 or 9 kids ages 6-8 at the most in the pool screaming at the top of their lungs me and my girlfriend we're trying to enjoy our anniversary at the pool and hot tub. The parents don't do anything about it they are drinking their alcohol potentially altering their supervising skills. I complained to the front desk but didn't want them to go and make it seem like I complained and didn't want to make a scene. Please do checks every now and then to make sure the kids aren't screaming and ruining the calming atmosphere.

Overall it is good hotel. Convenient location around near New York or New Jersey Ridgefield area. However there is nothing around so if you don't have a car, there are not much choices when you check in late or quick bite something. Other than that it is good hotel for quick stay between your business trip.

Terrible service. Condescending front reception staff. Poor quality rooms. Marginal food at best. They nickle and dime everything. Frustrating experience overall. Hampton Inn has higher star ratings anyways. Last time I make this mistake. If this is suggestive of overall Hilton quality, then it has severely been compromised.

Clean rooms and decent wifi. Cons: sagging materess that hurt your back in the morning and no cookies in the evening.

this place can't be guaranteed even if you have advance booking, i was turned down even i had advance booking, and they put me in different property. very unethical and unprofessional behavior.

Beautiful hotel, quiet. Had a fridge and microwave, very convenient for us and the kids. Rooms were very clean and big, beds are so comfortable and soft. Very close to the city, right off the GW Bridge, I'll stay there again.
