Welcome to Palmas del Pilar, sincerely frequent this place for its large space, all businesses work, places to eat are clean and what you ask for exquisite. The only thing that would improve would be the maintenance, there are floors with broken tiles where children and the elderly can get hurt, walls lacking paint and touch-up metals, a renovation would come in handy. For everything else it is excellent. Come to visit Palmas del Pilar, they even ask you permission to pass or apologize if they cross you, educated people, a good place to walk with family and friends.
