Sterling Dental Center Review

I was nervous to see the dentist like many probably are when they have not been in a long while but every person I interacted with made me feel safe with their covid protocol and made me feel comfortable with their friendly banter and conversation. The hygienist and I hit it off and were chatting and laughing the whole time, the doctor was honest and thoughtful and gave me great feedback on concerns and potential services and the front desk representatives were courteous, friendly and helpful. I do not think I have had a better experience in a dental/medical situation. I Highly recommend considering them for anyone who has not been to a dentist in a long while with covid 19 shutting everything down this last year.

The most awesome dentist and entire staff that we have experienced in a very long time. They are always kind and helpful. Dr. Bursich is an outstanding dentist.

A wonderful, family oriented dentist practice with very knowledgeable staff. No pressure, upfront and honest explanations of needed dental plan and clear insurance information. I do not like going to the dentist, but Sterling Dental Center relieves any anxiety that I have. Everyone is so friendly and nice. They make you feel like family and they care about you. They are there for you and not in it for the money. The best place to go.

When it comes to seeing a dentist, I am a big cry baby with lots of anxiety!!! When I walked in, I was greeted by warm smiles and handshakes. Everyone was pleasant and showed concern for my anxiety. Dr. Bursich was fantastic. He sat down with me and just took time to know a bit about me before his examination. Wow!!! Once the exam and x-rays were done, they invited my husband in to discuss the doctor s plan. Dr. Bursich was very detailed and explained his concerns. Tomorrow, I am going in for getting impressions done. They are aware that I go gag easily, so they are prepared. If how today went, is an indication of how things goes, I have found a dentist and his staff that I can rely on treating me with with the upmost concerns!!! I will post more reviews as I travel this dental journey with Dr. Bursich and his staff.

I would rate my experience as an extremely positive one. Dr. Bursich and his staff have been excellent, showing strong care and patience. They have changed my dental experience for the good permanently.

The staff was wonderful and very considerate about comfort. Dr. Bursich made sure every question was answered and made sure I understood everything on my treatment plan and x rays. Everyone in the staff was gentle in every way possible. I would give this dentistry more than 5 stars if I could.

It all started with a mailer that was just the motivation I needed.. paraphrasing it basically said even great people are cowards when it comes to dental health... after reading that I just had to go to this dentist for the truth in advertising. Upon initial appointment and assessment I was not disappointed with my choice. After now 3 appointments I stand by my decision even more. The entire staff is very nice and forthcoming.. I don't have the feeling that I am being spoken down to like I have felt from other dental groups in the past... As the primary dentist told me. Let's not focus on the past let's get you fixed and healed and focus on keeping it that way. I would and have recommended Sterling dental center to my fiance and others.

I was initially a patient of Dr. Koh s. I am so grateful that Dr. Bursich took over the practice. Everyone in the office is friendly and professional. Sterling Dental even has early morning hours & evening hours during the week for patients who commute or work late.

excellent experience, I didn't have appointment, I needed a blemish fixed, they squeezed me in same day, didnt take more than 15 minutes. they are also ahead of the curve, when it comes to having the latest and best dental technology and gear. I would always recommend this outfit hands down.

I had a dental cleaning appointment today. I was very pleased by the caring and kind staff. The front desk staff were very quick in getting me seen and Anela (hygienist) was very thorough In cleaning my teeth. This was my first dental visit in Virginia since moving from Georgia and i will definitely come back for cleaning and any other further care. Dr Bursich examined my teeth after my cleaning and answered all my questions. I am very happy to have found this office.

This was a great visit. They are very friendly and very efficient. I ve been there for two years now and I m happy to have found a new dentist. Highly recommended!!

During what I thought would be a routine checkup (no complaints) they spotted some inflammation. Xrays revealed an infection which luckily was in an early stage of development. After consultation, I opted to pursue treatment. Dr Bursich was able to do the procedure immediately, did an excellent job (essentially no discomfort). Their professionalism, kindness and concern prevented a potentially serious problem. They followed up by text and email to ensure I was doing well.

We had a really great experience at Sterling Dental Center. The staff were friendly and professional. The office was very clean. Dr. Bursich was efficient, gentle and thorough. Our whole family received treatment - a 5 year old, 12 year old and 2 parents. We got a range of procedures - an extraction and implant for me, cleaning and filling for my husband, cleaning and sealants for my 5 year old son and cleaning, filling and sealants for my 12 year old daughter. We are several days post-treatment with no issues whatsoever. I HIGHLY recommend this practice and Dr Bursich in particular.

Nice guy, but don't let him do any veneer work for you. He really doesn't know what he's doing in that line of dentistry when it comes to tooth preparation and application of the veneers. Mine have been a nightmare.

Dr Bursick and his staff are awesome. They have very accodating hours and even check my bloodpressure to make sure i an well!

Everyone is super nice! The office is beautiful with soaring ceilings and skylights. The always have a cosy blanket for me to relax with. I consider the this my mini spa break instead of a cleaning.

BEST DENTIST EXPERIENCE EVER! Before even seeing Dr. Bursich, the staff made sure I was completely comfortable and was extremely clear on everything they would be doing.

During the examination, they would point things out to me and informed me about what they were actually going to do before doing it.

Very professional and experienced staff. They put high priority on patent comfort and making care affordable. Going to the dentist is never a "fun" experience but they did a great job making it as easy as possible. Important to me, I have bad teeth, I know it, they know it, at NO point did they make me feel bad about it. It was just, here's the issue, here's what we're going to do about it. No "if you had brushed more or flosed more".

The worst service I have ever experienced.They just think about how to rob you and take your money. Their service is as horrible as you can't imagine. Very inexperienced and are learning it on you. I would not recommend anyone.

The entire family, including 2 kids, have been going to the Dental Office for a few years now for our regular check-up. The kids love to see Dr. Bursich and his staff. They get excited whenever we mention "we are going to the Dentist". The entire crew at the office are very welcoming, and friendly. Keep the good work !!

Courteous and professional staff. Dr. Bursich takes the time to answer all your questions. I have had deep cleanings, fillings and an extraction done. I am very happy to have found them. I would recommend them to everyone needing dental care!

Highly recommended. Best dentist office I have been to. Trust me, I have been to many. lol. As long as I am in the VA area, Dr. Bursich will always be my dentist. If I have to drive 2 hours just to see him, I will. I am not kidding. :) It's really hard to find a good dentist office and I have found the one and I am not letting it go. lol. I am not changing dentist any more. :)

Recently moved to Sterling after 22+ years in Stafford and was looking for a new dentist closer to home. From the first appointment I was comfortable with my decision. Dr. Bursich and his entire staff all take the time to explain each procedure. Sharon promptly answered all insurance questions. This is a small office where I am treated like a person, not a number. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

Family run. Flexible to appointment times. Very friendly staff. We were a little late to appointment but they really didn t give us grief about it, just had to fill new patient forms.

First time in the Dental Office and everyone was super nice and had a big smile on their face. I felt instantly at ease when they brought me to my chair with a beautiful aquatic scene on the TV and a picture of clouds on the ceiling.
Definitely recommend going there if you are new to the area/looking for a Dentist. Looking forward to going there on 6 months!

After a full set of x-rays and a one-on-one consultation, I was going to be needing 2 crowns and 1 filing.
Since day one and throughout all my processes, everyone created such a welcoming environment with top notch professionalism. As of today, February 17th, 2021, all my dental work has been completed. I m feeling great and loving my smile.

The big take away from my updated review is that I had a huge fear of going back to the dentist office due to prior traumatizing experiences with other dentists. After such astonishing and brilliant work done by Dr. Bahramian, her assistants (Jamie & Lola), Sharon in the front desk, and the rest of the Sterling Dental Center staff, I feel very comfortable going to the dentist office for any future procedures.

Thank you so much Sterling Dental Center for all your heart-warming care and giving me back this priceless feeling.

I m new to the sterling area and had a tooth emergency. We called the office late that night when the incident happened and left a voice message. It was great to have received a call back early the next morning. I would have to say that the staff and doctor are very professional and friendly. I was very happy and pleased on how they handled my tooth emergency and how detailed all they were with providing guidance for the upcoming steps to fully resolve my tooth needs. This is a well-deserved 5 starts; my family and I look forward in have no you as our new family dentist.
