Very helpful and friendly service in the comic and fantasy area on the top floor. Very competent. Perhaps upgrading the computer or software would add a little more, because it took several minutes to look up. This didn't bother me because I always bring enough time to a bookstore. However, if things have to go quickly, there is room for improvement.

It's my favorite place for buying books. There are many tables and super comfortable chairs. The staff is friendly and highly competent. There is also a bistro inside where you can take lunch.

The whiskey evening was a complete success. Competent, amusing, humorous speaker who knew how to keep the audience with good attention for 3 hours despite alcohol consumption!

This is probably the best bookstore in Bern. On 5 floors there are several departments for books. In addition to the standard departments for literature and non-fiction books, the extra department for English Books and the department for comic books have to be emphasized. In addition, even music CDs are sold.

As always, a visit was necessary. Wide choice. Friendly staff even if unwilling to speak "good German", which sometimes makes understanding a little difficult, but with common sense a solution is always found!

Very friendly staff and also helpful. largest book paradise in Bern! Mostly have all the books on site and otherwise you can simply order them from an employee.
It has a fantasy and comic stick with fan articles (including Game of Thrones, Harry Potter and various from Marvel)

The cafe ruins the whole place. Not only that the service was rude, but I feel when someone is a racist. This guy was so disgusting! And they don't inform you that you have to spend more than CHF 10 before they allow you to pay by card, and then they try to sell you old cake to get to that sum. It was a disgusting experience. Never will I return!

I like to spend a lot of time in the Stauffacher, it's great to walk through the many floors and discover different books.

Is near the train station. Nice staff. Knowledge available and willing to explain / helpful. There is still a small stationery in the Stauffacher itself. All categories of the books are large and clearly written. You can also go with certain book titles and ask if this book would be available. Regarding the selection, I can unfortunately not say much as I rarely do was there until now.

This place in Bern is without a doubt a national treasure. The comic section is amazing! The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, willing to help track down items on your wish list. But it's shelves are already stacked with a huge variety of goodies for every individual of all ages it's worth a visit even if you don't intend to buy anything. Must see!

Great selection of books in French and the customer advice is friendly and excellent. There is a "geek" floor which is great, as is the travel department. You can easily spend hours just for the pleasure of admiring the books. I advise for rainy days.

Super bookstore. Many floors super sorted. The staff tries very hard to help everyone personally. There are various seating options and often many people. The only negative point is the price. However, this is largely due to personal advice and the nice atmosphere. Maybe you shouldn't always buy everything on the internet just because it is cheaper.
