Well maintained, clean contemporary hotel. Service is friendly and efficient. Located in busy and crowded Bangalore but once you enter it, you are in a quiet and peaceful place. The foyer itself is impressive with marble walls and floor. The flower arrangement and aquarium and catch your eye. The rooms themselves are very clean and modern. They provide free WiFi and a safe, fridge and coffee maker in the rooms.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Very well-maintained, classy, pretty and nice ambience.
I checked in very late after midnight, however, the manager provided warm welcome. The hotel provides good service.

One need to bargain for the desktop rates vis-a-vis online quotes.

Enjoyed the lunch buffet. It was delicious and a good spread for both veg and non-veg.

The roof top terrace is really nice. The wait staff kept forgetting stuff we ordered and when we tried to cancel a drink order they said it was al ready being made. The drinks came 20 minutes later. Just I efficient, but we had a nice time despite it.

Stayed here for a week on business. Amazing hotel. I am usually very picky on picking negative things - see my other reviews. Couldn't find a single negative about this hotel. Sparkling clean, new interiors - couldn't find a single stain or rust or broken piece anywhere. Quiet hotel. If you don't set alarm, no noise will wake you up. Had full nights' sleep all week. Tasty breakfast. Best of all, I can't believe how humble the staff is -- all the way from manager to front desk to restaurant to bell boy. Amazing hospitality. No wonder it's rated 9.4/10 on hotels dot com. Alright, some minor issues if these are important to you - room is bit smaller side, gym has couple of treadmills a bike and some weights, locality is not lively - no night life, not many restaurants.

Staff is very friendly, rooms are good. View from the window not great but everything else is compensating for it. Stayed here two times, will choose it again in future.

Best hotel in the city. In in St. Marks Road. And it s in the best location. To reach this hotel it would take 35 to 40 minutes from every part of the city.

Have ample parking space. Have good hotel rooms and all ppl around are good.

Well serviced room offering good comfort. Staff are friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast and dinner were decent spread.
Rent is a bit on higher end but for the location and approachability, I didn't mind paying a bit more.
