I did not stay at the hotel, but an overseas guest of mine stayed who informed that the hotel, being at a very popular place, was very moderate in price, and get offered great comfort, compared to few other five star hotels nearby.

I stay in many hotels in and outside India. St.Marks Bangalore is my favorite choice for the last 5 years. Personalized, exemplary service by every staff, as a well oiled machine is being experienced in all these years.

Nice hotel, with big conference rooms.

Stayed with St Marks for almost 15 days and absolutely loved it. The staff are kind, courteous and ever helping 24X 7. The rooms are clean, tidy and fully equipped for a comfortable stay and surprisingly quite even if it is located close to the main road. The location is extremely handy as close to most shopping centres and restaurants. Their very own restaurant serves tasty meals accompanied with brilliant service. I was privileged to entertain my entire family of about 25persons at their restaurant before our return to Australia. Our special thanks to Ram and Chandan who have shown exceptional kindness and assistance during our stay in Bangalore making it a memorable one. Average food quality... Not very long buffet.. ambiance is good and not crowded..

Location is central but extreme traffic area. Used restaurant for official gathering. Value for money. Good service.

You will be staying at least once during your stay in Bangalore. It is very beautiful and the employees are doing well. When I asked for a sari dress, it wore very beautifully. Thank you very much

St. Marks never disappoints me. I stayed there four years ago so I chose to stay there again for this trip.

Their service is top notch. They know how to make your stay memorable. Manager Chandan Gowda shows superior quality in everything he does and his team follows his lead. From the manager down to the bellhop at the door everyone makes you feel special. I will definitely continue to stay here and recommend it to all of my friends. My sister and I traveled by ourself and everyone in the hotel looked after us. Yes i would definitely return.

A hotel with sub par food and service. It is old hotel with only strategic location. Ok for conferences but no additional facilities present.

The hotel is renewed recently and has a very good facilities compare to the other hotels in this range.

The rooms are cramped and small. 6000 for such rooms are not worth it. Otherwise service is okay

Rooms are pretty good with rain showers, decent bed and mattress (not world class). 5 star customer focused staff. Nice breakfast buffet spread. Restaurant otherwise is decent, though pricey for its class. Only let down is gym, really small in a cramped cabin with one working treadmill.

Service was not upto the mark. Ordered for 2 cups and had to ultimately go out and have coffee after waiting for half an hour as the cups had not arrived.

I was recently on a business trip in India and had booked the St Marks Hotel via HRS. Since my flight was only arriving at 2 am and I knew of immigration procedures and getting to the hotel from the airport would need some two hours, I informed the hotel a few days before my arrival that I would check in early in the morning. When I arrived at the hotel I was greeted very friendly and check in was smooth and quick. The room is spacious and the bed very comfortable. The Wifi connection worked very well too. The bathroom door was a bit strange, almost like an old cupboard door but the bathroom itself was very nice. Water pressure was very good too. I had a late breakfast at 9:30 and enjoyed a good omelet freshly prepared for me. Check out again was smooth and super friendly. All in all a great hotel I can easily recommend

One of the best hotels in Bangalore. It's is in the center of city and approachable to any part of Bangalore. I had to visit German consulate and this hotel is just opposite to consulate office. They provide room service and the restaurant serves good food. Breakfast options are also very good. Overall Very good option if you are in a business trip
