Always a pleasure to go this vet! It's like visiting family, been going there so long. Friendly, knowledgeable staff!

Very good service and nice staff. Down side kinda pricey. But overall they did an excellent job with my cat.

Very clean, professional,& the staff care greatly for the fur babies.

My miniature poodle Angelo has always gone their as Dr. Charlie is the best. Twice before in his life he was seen at 2 others Vet offices and we both prefer Dr. Charlie he takes his time answers all questions and even had to call once in the middle of the night as Angelo I have the wrong medicine. He is the best in the business to us. His way with animals they know he loves them and they love him back. He always has made me feel I can trust him. If you want the best for your pet. He is the Vet to see. 5 stars once u meet him u will not want any other Vet.

I have been going to this location for my fur babies for about two years now. They save my cats life. And they have been seeing my pit bull since he was born. He is turning 2 this year. They have always been more then wonderful and go above and beyond. My whole family brings there fur babies here.

They take the time to really explain whatever you need them to, and they certainly love their furry patients!

Awesome people, world class care and love for animals!! I highly recommend taking your fur baby here for all their medical and preventative needs. They listen to your concerns, give great advice and are just all around the best!! We won't take our babies anywhere else!!

UPDATE: I have now brought my dog there and they were so great with her as well. She gets really nervous and they were to sweet to her and did a good job making sure she felt comfortable.

I have brought my one year old cat there two times now and they are amazing. The staff is so nice and understanding that he gets anxious when he isn't at home and they are so understanding when he gets upset during shots. The doctor even remembered him from when he saw him at 4 months old! They really treat your pet like a patient and not only did they send my cat a birthday card, but they also called and checked on him when they were faxed papers that he went to the emergency vet. I will not go to any other vet until I move!

Amazing friendly staff! I called there to talk about my dog and her small issue we had and then I called back about three weeks later and she remembered me without me telling her my dogs name again. So we went there and now that we have moved 25 mins away we still continue to take our three dogs their even tho there is a vet 5 mins from our new house. They just have great customer service and amazing veterinarians!

Great service, next day appointment. Quick and convenient

First visit. Got in same day. Dr. Charlie understood our concerns and addressed them thoroughly. He went above and beyond to ease our minds and he explained the medical terms in very relatable ways. Facilities were top notch, including a waiting area with plenty of room for people & pets to be spread out... Not that we had to wait beyond our scheduled time.

Yes my dog she is Family and I don t let just anyone take care of her that s why I take her to sprinkle Road veterinary. Ty you for your love of my dog

As always, very thorough and compassionate care. I've been taking my beloved fur babies there for about 16 years. And even though the routine is different now with the pandemic, I feel confident that my baby is getting the same great care, even without me able to go with her. I'm glad they are looking out for everyone's safety while still treating our pets.

The vets here are very friendly and knowledgeable. The support staff is super helpful and friendly as well. They are great with animals.

The worst vet I have ever been too. They re lucky I don t take my issues to court. I brought my cat here for a whole year because she was making a snorting noise and so sick all the time and they kept giving me all these medications to give her (have me spend a ridiculous amount of money) telling me we just don t know what it is it has to be an upper respiratory infection. I got sick of it and took her to pet vet on drake rd and THE FIRST VISIT with them they referred me to a specialist in Grand Rapids and told me my cat had a tumor in her throat that was causing her pain and she was unable to breath. The tumor was the size of a chicken nugget in her tiny throat and sprinkle road vet didn t even have the nerve to check her throat EVER! Just get all the money they could out of me. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Wonderful people, reasonable prices. Could not recommend more. Great covid procedures.

Take your pets to a place where the vets actually listen to your concerns and look after your animals when they are in their supposed "care"

Such a great vet office!! I always have a good positive visit and all of the people are super caring and respectful

I m not going to lie, I thought they were a great vet! Until my puppy got extremely sick and they did basic testing and told me it was just a gas bubble and said he d be fine and sent us on our way. A couple days passed and it continued to get worse when i called they told me to take him to an actual hospital but by that time it was too late. My puppy was barely a year old and lost his life due to their lack of effort and work to actually figure out what was wrong with him. I would highly suggest looking into a different vet that truly cares about your pet and will put the time and effort into you and your pet. If you do choose this vet please go straight to an animal hospital if they re is an emergency. I would really hate for you to lose your pet the way i did because they had to make room to see your animal.

I can't say enough positive things about all the staff with Sprinkle Road Vet Clinic. They have always been kind to me and all my pets, approaching us both with care and concern. They have stood by me through the difficult times, educating me as needed then standing with me when it was time to make those hard decisions.

First time here it was s o friendly and professional. I will be back.

They always take time to care, they are not rushing you out the door. Very reasonable priced and have been able to get me in quickly most of the time.

The clinic is very clean, updated. I have a four month old pug puppy and they absolutely adore her. They take great care of her everytime she goes and she's never scared of the shots or the thermometer up the butt.

We had to put our dog to sleep. They were very compassionate and told me to take my time. Very understanding and they knew how hard it was to say goodbye for now. It was a very hard decision but they stood with me the whole time. Thank you. Even with a broken .

Everyone at the clinic it fabulous! They are very caring and love the animals they take care of as much as the people who own them. I wouldn't take my puppy anywhere else!

Our corgi's surgery, dental cleaning and one extraction (!) went smoothly. She is recouperating very nicely. Thanks to all the staff - and the follow-up phone call!

I am always very pleased and confident that the care and attention that Dr. Rohwer gives to my Welsh corgi is the best a vet could offer. We arrive on time and are taken to see the nurse and then the doctor in rapid succession. Thanks very much to the entire staff at Sprinkle Road Vet Clinic!

Dr. Rohwer has been our doctor for over 20 years. I have moved from the area around the clinic but still drive over half an hour to see him. Staff are all wonderful, welcoming and caring.

It is a very good vet but sadly when we had to go we needed to put our dog down but they have a special room to do that in and its very nice

My cat has always been terrified of going to the vet, but I can really tell that she isn't as nervous at Sprinkle Road as she was at her old vet. All the workers truly do care about your pets and will make sure that are comfortable during the visit!

This place isn't here to make a buck off you and your pet. They know our dogs by name the second we walk through the door. We receive wonderful customer service whether we come in to have things looked at or just call in with a simple question.

Great place to take a leash reactive dog. The vet & staff knew how to handle her without being overwhelming. Prices aren't the cheapest, but for the special attention my pup needs, it's a good value.

Kind and skilled staff. Personable and friendly. They were so helpful on many issues with cats and dogs. We have used this clinic for several years.

Their were so good to us when our kittwn died. Sp campassoonate. They are very knowledgable too.

Sprinkle Road Veterinary Clinic provided a constant stream of updates while they looked after our little girl on her road to a successful recovery. We are truly grateful for their compassion and transparency throughout the process. They have made lifelong patients of all of our pets.

Very kind and caring staff. I took my dog Andromeda in today and the experience was absolutely amazing! My dog is very docile, and I was worried about taking her to a new vet. They did great with her and she came out of the clinic with a good attitude, she was not at all nervous or scared. After spending 10 years going to a different clinic, I will be bringing all of my pets here for their veterinary needs. I am so happy and grateful that I found a vet that is not only knowledgeable, but also cares about the pet (and the pets human). Would recommend to anyone looking for a good vet!

The hotel is ran by one man and his wife. Absolutely no other staff. The rooms are filthy. One room even had a broken toilet that was gushing water all over. Which I noticed within the first 3 mins of being in the room. When I told front desk and requested a different room. He refused. Asked me if I could stuff a couple rags under it, that he would give me the rags. Mind u I m paying almost $100.00 & very tired. I told him absolutely not. He very rudely came and looked at all the while I m holding all my luggage. Then had to wait for him to look and go back down and switch rooms.

Seriously amazing vet and staff... We moved a bit ago and had to establish a vet for our dog and they are honest, friendly and caring. They know our dog is our baby. We took her in for her dental cleaning and a few extractions and she could not be doing better. Thank you all so much (dog: Reese).

Sprinkle Road Veterinary Clinic is very nice Clinic it's hard to drive into but it's an excellent clinic and they have very cheerful receptionist. My particular dog that I bring in is kind of aggressive and so we have to have a female veterinarian and they are happy to comply with this and they work with us and it works out.

My dog had a bone stuck around her mouth and one of the vet techs was making it seem like there was no other option but to put her to sleep so they could saw it off so I agreed because I wanted the bone off then a vet tech walked it and pulled it right off, no charge

Very efficient service. A little crowded at times but best care in town and flexible hours for med refills.

Experience having taken a Cocker Spaniel / 5 cats

I took my dog here for the first time today. He is a very big & hyper dog. I was nervous about him being overwhelming. They were so good with him. Very hands on and the staff is so friendly. They definitely exceeded my expectations. Im excited to find a vet that I will be comfortable taking my dog to. He really liked them also! Highly recommended.
