Great climbing for adults and kids. Excellent instructors.

This is a great place for climbing and skate park, fantastic climbing wall with NICAS courses, and skate park where you van hire scooters too. They have plenty of party options and rooms available. Lovely friendly staff.

Climbing centre with good routes regularly reset. Mixture of top rope, self belay and lead climbs with a compact but useful bouldering section. Does get very cold in winter months.

Nice bowl a bit slippy , scooter kids everywhere though.

Brilliant tuition for the climbing walls. Very good indeed. Friendly place with chatty partons.

My kids love the rock climbing, fantastic instructors, will take them again

My boy and his friend found the skatepark a bit next level. We were given a no fuss refund. We'll go back when they are older.

Great skatepark and a great climbing wall. I've mainly used the wall and it has a good sized bouldering area and a decent height wall. The wall has both auto belay and the more traditional belaying rope setups. The walls are also nicely sculpted and regular changes make it challenging.

Really good climbing centre. Long, hard and varied routes up to 7c. It's not well insulated though so it's only a couple degrees warmer than outside temperature

We took the kids rock climbing and we were so impressed with how Sol (sorry for the spelling) looked after them for the first time.

Great facilities, so much to do, well worth a visit

Fairly decent park for skateboarding. A bit slippy but nothing you can't get use to.
Only down side is the shear amount of kids on scooters with no spacial awareness and manors. Just sitting on top on transitions and the center boxes meaning you can't get a decent line in.

Really disappointed is an understatement. Booked a kids scooter party with tuition to include scooters and all safety equipment over the phone weeks ago.

Turned up today for a party only to be told they only had 2 scooters for 7 kids!

They said they never provide scooters!

So basically unless you have your own equipment don t go here they aren t interested.

How can a skate park offer parties without all the equipment to have a party.

Great venue for children and adults, with fun activities for all ages and abilities.

Failed the harness test, because of being used to a different type of harness, which resulted in not being allowed to climb. Could have just showed me an let me go through, once the harness is on, it s not comin off until the end, so what is wrong with just showing you?
Staff was not very helpful, and seems to try their best to not let you climb unattended, even though you may be an experienced climber. Won t be coming back anytime soon, and would definitely not recommend.

The park itself is packed and damaged. The concreate is also really slippery as they made it wrong. I just got here after a 1 hour journey to find out they shut it 1 minute ago due to condensation. Outrageous!

Rally good place to go rock climbing but are quite disorganised when you try to organise a birthday party.

Great climbing centre. Came here many times now and they always have great routes, I have only done the indoor climbing and not any other activity but I can highly recommend it. They have both rope and bouldering area.

Very chilled skatepark and best time to go if your abit of a novice like me is Sunday after 19:00 :)

Climbing and bouldering are both good, but reception sometimes understaffed

It was Awesome !!!!!!My son and his friends had a AWESOME time.The SKAKE PARK was also Awsome.The WHOLE BUILDING was just AWESOME!!!!!!...But parking was not easy.

For a small centre, there is a variety of climbing walls for various abilities. Reasonably priced too.

A fair bit expensive considering when the original plans were published it was meant to be free

Brilliant bouldering routes. Really helpful and nice staff.

Great for a skate, however, their condensation control is a little out of whack.

The good:

Bouldering wall is average size and has a good range of difficulties, including a traverse route.
They have self-belay available and a good selection of rope routes.
The staff are friendly and helpful and appear to run the climbing course with professionalism and enthusiasm.

The bad:
The bouldering area is invaded on the hour by a a group of kids, but the instructors tend to keep the kids under control and it does not usually impede on climbing for more than 5 minutes at a time.
The climbing area is in a large, metal-clad, hanger style space, resulting in Very low temperatures during the winter.

Small bouldering area. Routesetting can be hit and miss. Last time routesetter left in a hurry leaving sharp bits of plastic and nails on the mats. If you re not local, parking at Jarman Park can be confusing at first.

Great skatepark with really friendly and helpful staff (particularly towards their older customers! :-) )

Unfriendly, unhelpful staff, came here to climb after agree years out of climbing so made one mistake with the knot which is easily corrected however staff here are unwilling to help. All have a rather unfriendly attitude too compared with almost every climbing wall I have visited previously. I will not be coming back here and suggest anyone thinking of climbing goes elsewhere.

Small selection of walls, patronising staff in arena and when walls are closed for resetting almost half of the available walls are then closed, disappointing.

Very nice place! Be aware that the place is half open , so if the weather is cold outside you will need long sleeves and pants.

Good high ropes course, staff just seemed unmotivated

Lots of activities to do, but the high ropes course is very short if you're interested in that.

Today. Had excellent time and both were amazed at what they achieved . Such helpful encouraging and patient staff. Great experience. We will be back !

Great climbing wall. Not very big, but great routes

Very friendly staff. Lots of bouldering and a very nice wall. Even a section of indoor wall to practice trad climbing. Didn't use any of the other facilities but the skate park looked good fun if your in to that. Big bowls and ramps.

Good climbing (especially the big walls) Shame it lacks the training area as that sets it back from other gyms in the area. A training board would greatly improve the bouldering and place as a whole as it would more than triple the amount of problems available.

Great day out but could do with a bigger waiting reception area with more seating.

Very cool place for small kids, teens and even adults to go! Accommodating to everyone. For the young hey have morning sessions to teach your kids rock climbing or they have a morning sesh for kids to use the skatepark. I have a four year old and I m just looking to see what will get her interested... definitely recommend for kids to get active!!!

Took my nephew here to go climbing with the 9-10am session. John was the teacher and he was great. Very involving and safe. My nephew loved it and we'll be back again. Very recommended.

Good indoor activity centre with enthusiastic staff

The kids loved it, can be used in any weather. And it wasn't very busy first thing in the morning.

Amazing skatepark. Mini is super good. Two bowls are awesome. Great facilities

Great day out for the kids. Dont hold your breath trying to get served at the food counter. 1 serving 3 in the back ignoring customers waiting for at least 10 minutes. Gave up in the end not a great business model. Need to get some staff that are customer focused.

We weren't allowed on the basic climbing bit when there were plenty of staff available

High ropes course was great. Issue with payment however

Good bouldering and climbing wall. Not the biggest area for it but still provides a good amount of variety and challenge. You can rent climbing shoes and buy / rent chalk bags etc when you are there which is handy.

Rock climbing and skate park. Nice way to spend a few hours at the weekend

Caving and highropes kept the kids occupied for a couple of hours at a reasonable price

Somewhere to while away many hours with a good book while your scooter mad son learns another oddly named scooter move.

Skatepark only from age of 8??! Never heard of that nonsense anywhere.... Terms not clear so obviously we made a trip for my seven year old to a big desipointment ...

Climbing staff as a whole are really friendly and good facility. Biggest problem is lack of communication. Would be good to have a mailing list for repairs to wall/ changes to policy with equipment rental/ classes etc.

Indoor skate park but ring if very wet because sometimes bowl gets damp and park closed for H and S reasons.
