Omgggggg! We absolutely love this place! We've been going now for 4yrs. It's a very nice place to bring the entire family! We're definitely coming back for another year and fun in the sun! Lol!

Not crowded. Clean. Fun for the whole family. A good value.

Do not even think of planning a birthday party here. I was infuriated to arrive for our son's birthday party this afternoon to a closed park. I was told they called my office and left a message. I had two phone numbers on my reservations form, and no one called the second number, which was my cell phone. I had to frantically call guests who were driving up from Savannah to turn around. Add to that, their events "manager" told me that I should have called to be sure they were open. This place is run by college students with no professional supervision. It took me four tries by phone to get someone to tell me I would have to go online to book the party reservation because no one was ever available to do it. I will be calling to speak to a real manager on Monday and ensuring a full refund. I won't dare recommend this place to any one.

My kids and I went last weekend we had a blast the park is actually bigger then I expected I have two small babies and they had a area for them..and before you start buying floats and arm floats they don't allow it because they say is don't meet the parks standards as for as the safety of them...but they do have float jackets out there that is free...the only reason for the four stars is the food is over priced...!!! But you would be better off just bringing your own food if I known that I would have...but all in all it was really fun...also good for bdays too..!!!

I lost my kids six times cause all I could see is this lady s hat every time I turned around. Still can t find my kids

Stopped here with our almost 4 year old. He had a good time, but overall this park is best suited for kids 5/6-13/14 as a there is more to do for slightly older kids. The biggest issue we had was the lifeguards, being that they were teenagers, had some issues with the young ones whose parents weren't watching them skipping lines or climbing up slides. This caused some back ups in lines or times were kids had to wait. Overall, a pretty good value though for the price.

Our favorite family hang out to cool off and have fun. And the administration doesn't break the bank.

Great family entertainment spot. Something for all ages. Reasonable admission and food prices.

Excellent! Spent all day in the park with my great granddaughter. I am tired she had a ball! She's 2!

I've been going here since I was a baby and I'm only 10!

The waterpark itself is awesome and lots of fun. However, the staff could use some manners. My mother rented 2 cabana's, one for me and her to share and one for my sister and her family. A young gentleman named Ty walked us to our cabana in the morning. Later that day when my mother left before us, Ty came and told my husband we needed to leave the cabana immediately, that we did not pay for it and were not allowed to be there. Long story short, he continued to say this even after my husband provided him with the information needed to prove we belonged there, Ty left and came back with 2 other employees and tried to kick us out again. When turning in the lock at the end of the day he was still rude to my husband and adamant that we didn't belong in the cabana.

The debit card payment system was down, (no sign, so we got all the way up to the booth), the wave pool and playground nearby was also closed. So, only 3 stars. It was clean, though, and the staff was friendly. Call ahead or buy tickets online, that's my advice!

Lots of things to do here, so even if they are really busy, it doesn't seem quite so crowded. I like that there is more than one baby/toddler friendly area. Several areas to get food, so I've not had to wait more than a few minutes in line. They have plenty of chairs/loungers and also cabanas that can be rented out. I haven't actually rented out a cabana, yet, but they are reasonably priced and I'm definitely thinking about it for future visits. It would be great to have one for a full day stay.

Great bang for the buck, the Splash is one fun filled place, wish we had one in Columbia County. Too bad we are being shown as a small place that can not have something as nice as the Splash for the children. Defiantly would recommend to everyone. Worth the drive. Awesome!!!

Very clean and well laid out to keep up with kids and not walk yourself to death!

I came last year and after I payed $40 for my daughter and I they closed the park due to lightning. We never got to touch the water. Instead of giving our money back they gave us passes. We tried to go back last year but the end of the summer was storming and the park was always shutting down. We didn't get to revisit last year. It's a drive so I had to make sure the weather was right. I went back this year and when I got there I noticed the passes expired last year aswell. The kids at the gate all seemed mad and unempathethic if that's a word. I spoke to a young manager and she understood said she remembered last year but my passes where no good is all she could offer. I wasn't going to pay another $40 and I'm with my grandson so I tried to call corporate or somebody who can make decisions. I spoke to the Jaime the park admissions supervisor and she gave us new passes for the day! THANK GOD! My grandson enjoyed the park thoroughly! Maybe a little too much. I had no idea the passes would expire so make sure you check the info on your passes if this ever happens to you. I really think they should give you til next season to use the passes but on the website it does say that the passes are only good for the same season. I actually just saw that today! My grandson loved all the slides and the wave pool. Have fun!

Went to splash in the boro several times with the kids. Nice waterpark just the fact that its so packed.... got there at eight a.m and didn't get in til almost eleven. By twelve thirty it reached its Max capacity of twelve hundred people.

Nice and enjoyed it but the music was sooooo loud in the ladies bathroom and at the first concession stand

Fun Fun Fun. If you haven't gone yet take a day take your kids or some friends and just go have a good time in the water

We had a blast everything is awesome love the 5 lane racer slide the best next to the lazy river. My kids are 14, 13, and 11 I can sit on a chair and see them no matter where they go!

Great day at the park but the staff that rented me a cabana was rude and ill prepared to start their day. They apparently aren't check upon by their management team by using SECRET SHOPPERS to find out the problem areas of Customer service.
