This bufett exceed my expectations, for lunch already has lot of sea food and different variety of food from Mexican, including tamales, chille rellenos, tacos and guacamole. Also American food of the best quality, and Asian food and very delicious deserts.

I just went with some friends but I did not gamble,it is hard today to earn your money and throw it on the bord, I instead went to the buffet and invited one of my friends and we ate mostly seafood and salmon and drank some wine,of course you have to pay extra for it.But if you like crab and lobster the best day to go it is Friday.

Was 8:00pm at Bingo, during the Double Action game a guest or kids from the hallway yelled bingo? By her own omissions the caller thought she heard someone yell bingo? But she proceeded on to the next number from O63 onto O72, instead of stopping and trying to verify if there was a actual winners? She went onto the next number which though Casino policies and Procedures should've made that a invalid bingo, the rules are read to all guest prior to the start of every session the bingo caller herself has read over the rules where they make it a point to tell players to yell bingo loud enough to stop the caller, to assure they have a Bingo and the caller doesn't go onto the next number is O63 then calling the next number O72, according to policies and Procedures, Mics and Regs because the caller refused to stop the bingo machine to verify a Bingo and moved forward that in all rights should've been a missed bingo, 17yrs ago it was the guest fault for missing out on. $114,000 don't let the dollar amount detour from the fact the employee of 6-7 years reading these rules daily she has no excuse for violating any policies, her failure to take appropriate actions disrupted the whole bingo room, I myself and im sure others were on or needed just one number, to tell the acting manager on duty she thought she heard a Bingo but proceed on with the next number doesn't excuse her actions, Native Indian Gaming Regulations are to be strictly followed and enforced to maintain fairness and integrity through out the gaming day be it bingo, Poker or Table Games, in conclusion this employee should be suspended or terminated for failure to uphold policies and procedures for not stopping when she thought she heard a Bingo and instead going on to the next number, she's read the rules countless years, so there just isn't any excuse a Violation is a Violation, Mr Watson 221 NW Blair Street #18 Sheridan Oregon 97378

The rooms are spacious, clean, beds comfortable, and they have the best dirty-clothes bags of any hotel we've stayed in. The front desk staff are usually pleasant, although they sometimes are in no hurry to help you.

The move away from a marginal (at best) continental breakfast to a table of stale donuts (without coffee, juice, tea, hot chocolate) was a miserable decision. And it ends at 9:00 am. They eliminated the complimentary newspaper as well, although they were usually out of them after an hour and they were either an Oregonian or USA Today anyway, so not really worth reading. They ve cheaped out and it shows.

The restaurants are abysmal. The buffet is like all buffets - bland, under or over cooked, guaranteed to have you visiting the restroom within an hour, and woefully understaffed. The deli is marginal and the sports bar is as bad as any food or service that we've ever had. The wait staff will let your meals sit under a heat lamp until the fries are tepid, the burgers dried to the consistency of cardboard, and the grease has had time to seep to the bottom of the basket. Then when the spirit finally moves them they will deliver your food and act as if they are doing you a favor. The beer choices are decent, but once they figure out that they can be spoiled by placing them beneath the heat lamps they ll likely begin doing that as well.

The gambling is no better nor worse than any other of Oregon s casinos you will likely lose your money, so no need to complain - you should know that before venturing to the casino. We do, so the rare win is a treat and when we lose there is no reason to grouse. But, they do have more choices for table games and slots than the others in Oregon, so you at least have lots of decent choices where to lose your money.

If this review were only based on the gambling and the room we'd give Spirit Mountain four stars. If it were based only on the restaurants we'd give it a zero. So there you have it - two stars and they are lucky to get that. We will return, however, since we enjoy the rooms and the gambling; but we'll likely bring sandwich materials and our own beers and eat in the room.

Seafood night at the Cedar Plank Buffet is good if you like all-you-can-eat crab legs, but always busy. The whole casino is full of smoke, including the restaurants, which of course are the only places children are allowed.

Casino is very clean and open. The buffet is the best I have ever seen. Lots to eat and a wide variety of food. The food is fresh, unlike some other casinos I have been at. Staff are friendly and always picking up the table and offering drinks. I would recommend this place to anyone.

You can't compare Spirit Mountain to any of the casinos on the Las Vegas strip. If you go in during the day, you find rows upon rows of slot machines and old ladies who have nothing better to do at 10 o'clock in the morning. I was there to try out the brunch, which is passable. Go to this casino for the featured entertainment. If you want a true casino experience, save your money and take a trip to Vegas.
