Waiting ridiculously long before the phone is answered ... 1.5 hours ... and then one dares to claim that it is not theirs.

A perfect place to rest and relax. Just be prepared to be naked there. Changing rooms and showers are joint for men and women.

Pleasant atmosphere, because they managed to decorate it despite the many tiles / wet areas. Decorated in such a way that it still does not seem busy; even though there are quite a lot of people.

To us it came across as a prison when arriving, radiating absolutely nothing. On arrival very poorly spoken to and treated while we are new guests, everyone is asked if they might want to book a treatment except with us. Very wheelchair unfriendly and for people with mobility problems you have to open so many doors to parts. The only plus is the restaurant that deserves a golden pen. So neat and well treated. The view over the maarseveense plassen was very beautiful. Rest was a serious mockery. Very unfortunate, not again for us.

Wonderful place on the water. The saunas are stylish and relaxing. Almost every hour there are infusions in a sauna overlooking the water. There is a beauty center with a wide range of treatments. The catering industry is ok, but not exceptional. All in all a nice place to unwind.

Very nice and tight sauna complex. Located in a beautiful nature reserve. With good weather you can lie outside and have an amazing view over the lakes. A not too big sauna but enough choice of facilities to enjoy. The baths are extensive and are very cleverly connected in terms of design. We made use of a summer package for 37.50 where you got entrance, apple pie with coffee or tea and a meal salad of your choice. A very good deal (entrance individually costs 30). We were there on a Wednesday and it was nice and quiet. Here you do not have to deal with mass audiences and you can enjoy peace and quiet. Castings were sufficient and good. Also experienced a scrub session in the steam room. Everything looked neat and clean. The complex looks luxurious and modern. Food was also very tasty here. Generous portions and enough choice of (un) healthy options to eat. When you are outside, there is enough staff to serve you on time. Friendly service. One of the better saunas in the Netherlands!

Favorite sauna. Small, but feels big. It seems busy in the parking lot but it never feels busy inside. Loft-like architecture, sleek, modern, calm. Beautiful view of the lake. Very luxurious. Especially the salt baths and the infrared sauna distinguish SpaSereen from other saunas.

I feel this is one of the best spa I ever been in my life. Amazing location, very big with different areas, pools and showers.

You can eat inside as well, I ordered a beef salad very delicious. I would recommend going during the week in the evening as would be less crowded!

Spa serene is a nice wellness. Everything clean. Fairly busy and good food. Well taken care of.

Super fine sauna, beautifully decorated, lots to do without it becoming cluttered or too massive. The service in the restaurant was very friendly which made us feel right at home. Recommended!!

It's really clean and beautifully designed. It's on Maarssenveenplaats, that's a big plus for me. It's perfect for summer. Not bad for other seasons as well.

O.M.G! My favourite was the 'Dead Sea' section. Very clean, staff was kind and helpful. Food was good. Variety was plentiful - it took some time to try out the 50(?) various rooms they had, ranging from quiet sleeping rooms to steam baths to dry sausa to scrub rooms! All in their own themes. The main place was simple but sleek and mordern, the best way to relax.

10/10 certaining going again!

Prima sauna, sport massage door Dennis is top. Netjes, schoon en veel mogelijkheden zoals zwemmen, rode lamp, kruiden bad , bubbels rustplekken.

The sauna among the saunas! Lovely on the water, fantastic beautiful area. Unfortunately they do not participate in promotions of holiday auctions or similar but always good promotions on the website.

The most amazing sauna in the Netherlands! Wonderfully quiet, tasty food and a wide selection! Really a sauna and no busy voucher attracting bargain hunters! The staff is very attentive and friendly! The prices of the food are not ridiculously high. Really spend a day relaxing and enjoying. The infusions are one of the best I know.

Sauna clean and luxurious look and relaxed. Too bad you can not really change the salad with the package, I have had this arrangement more than 10 times and you can only exchange for a half-value sandwich is hard to handle! Food, by the way, good.
However, the choice in menu card 4 head and 3 desserts + chef choice is just too limited. While the drinks menu (think well over 100 types) decorates half a menu. If you come regularly, the menu starts to become very boring. All in all I come for the relaxation and that is super ...

Awesome. Go again in the summer. Outside are the majority of relax sofas and chairs on the Maarsenveense plas.

Wonderful sauna. Big but doesn't feel massive. Many different saunas and cabins with nice scents and herbs. Enough hot tubs. You actually experience peace everywhere except at the transition from inside to outside. It is busier there, but that is logical and not disturbing. The outdoor sauna is magical with a fantastic view of the water. Most of the staff are friendly except for a slightly older lady in the restaurant.
The restaurant is the only minor downside. There is a fairly limited menu in terms of lunch and there is no healthy sandwich, for example. A few separate sandwiches that you have to love. Prices in the restaurant are high.
The massage I had was fantastic. It was a slightly shorter lady with dark hair. Compliments.

Reservation and website are flattened dredge, apparently IT & marketing is a neglected child to make a decent reservation and landing page / website that runs on the most commonly used browsers. Of course, it is not at all responsive. Sauna and facilities are very nice which is a very large contrast with heo it is offered.

Large set up, next to the saunas etc. especially lots of space for swimming and totally top in terms of location, right on the lake. Although you are close to the big city, you do not notice it at all.

Many saunas have been finished. But this is really the nicest. Is relatively expensive but then you also get a much better experience than with most. They really do crowd management here. Full is full, and then it is really quiet compared to other saunas. No Groupon and holiday auctions here. Where this feels like a real day of relaxation and wellness., The other "action saunas" fell into the category, "day of swimming pool". Great!
