Service was just ok. The shrimp were of the frozen variety and had little flavor. Will not go back.

For the area it was good. Great, friendly service. Large portions. Inexpensive.

Dont like sitting next to the bar with the smokers -highly allergic -makes me sick

Best salad bar in Orange County. If you find one better please let me know! Great people and great service!

Spankys sea food player had no flavor to it and the food was not hot when I got it

It was okay. I ordered the fried shrimp basket with half fries and half onion rings. When she brought mine and my friend's food they had given him the half fries half onion rings when he had ordered just onion rings. The onion rings were over fried and I couldn't even taste any of the onion in the rings. The shrimp I was brought were equally over fried and rubbery. The strawberry margarita i had ordered tasted like they had put salt inside the drink instead of just around the rim. I don't think we'll be going back anytime soon.

We went for crawfish and right when they were setting us they said the ran out .
We left.

Waited an hour to be seated then an additional 45 minutes fir the food. The gumbo was so spicy it burned the inside of my mouth. The ostyers were hard instead of moist and chewy. Won't be going back there anytime soon.

It was very deliciously good i love the shrimp and they're Chicken & sauage gumbo

Their blackened rib eye steak is one of the best I've ever had any where, including expensive upscale steakhouses.

I left with my clothes smelling like smoke from the bar...but I wasn't sitting in the bar! Fried shrimp was OK. Service was cordial.

This place has a really great salad bar.. the food is very good.. The bake potatos are really good.. Only problem is after a certain time smokers are allowed to smoke in there, but had a separate section..

I was really shocked at the prices there reasonable for the size of the meal. He ordered the steak medium rare and he said it was perfect. I ordered the 10piece shrimp dinner not battered to much. The waitress was very nice. There's a bar in the back. There crawfish were a nice size there 3lbs for $16

I ordered the loaded grilled chicken baked potato it was so good!

I love Spanky's. The food is always warm and the beer is cold. Angela is the best bartender I ever had. You walk in and she always is friendly and has a warm smile. On second shift we have Lora who is very good and Josh never stops. I think Madison is always good. I recently got divorced and joined a single site. I mentioned Spanky's in my profile. I have brought two lady's there as they wanted to see it. They loved it.

TBone, Ribs, and everything else is quality wise EXCELLENT!!!
STEAK quality is definitely UP there with the famous Saltgrass! YUM!!

Booth seats are a bit tooo soft tho, you sink right in, nomatter what youre weight is..
Even my grandbabies were sinking right in..lol

Good food but the smoking section over powers the non smoking section.

Bacon wrapped shrimp and bacon wrapped asparagus is delicious. Along with the salad bar that's always fresh and tasty.

This is a great place to eat! Had fillet mignon cooked as ordered!"the server clarisse was very attentive and used my name when updating me on my order. I've eaten here 4 times so far and have not once been disappointed! I would highly recommend this establishment they have a great variety on the menu! And know how to cook!

Nice little sports bar. Great atmosphere. They do serve food, but we didn't order food on this visit. If we are ever in the area we will definitely visit again.

Food was delicious!! Dragon eggs were something unexpectedly different but yummy!

Salad bar was not the freshest looking, the seafood platter was good.service was good.

The food is great. I'm proud of the class of the place too. When the menu is a bit unique and prices reasonable, that means somebody knows what they are doing. My opinion, the best in the Golden Triangle.

Usually outstanding, tonight had difficulty with orders for several tables. All fixed, food was delicious! We are a regular, so will definitely go back!

We love spankys we live in Port Arthur we go to church in Orange so we stop on our way home once in a while

Started with a dozen oysters on half shell, then salad bar, ordered the blackened shrimp with loaded tater. Bullseye shot on the picks I made. The blackened ribeyes is my favorite. Btw ask for Kelly her service is outstanding.

Its usually very good. But this last visit when I finally got my order after calling it in and waiting the 20 minutes to go down and get it to have to wait even longer when I got there. To get cold undercooked frys when I asked for them to be extra crispy. And just all around this experience was not a good one...

We drank so much soda that the waiter brought a pitcher of the stuff. 10/10

Food is not that great and manager is Rude. Took ketchup out of my hand and complained that she was busy and didn't have time to listen to our order.

Celebrating a birthday with neice, had a wonderful time. Great waitress, very attentive and best personality to deal with our craziness. Will be back

Great place to eat in Orange. Great food. Good service. It's a shame they took down the salad bar after Covid reopening. The eat-all-you-want salad along with any other meal was the most attractive part of the deal. Hope they get it back soon.

I really enjoy fresh vegetables grilled and Spanky's has them served with a nice grilled chicken breast, delicious!

This was my first time dining here, as I was visiting the area for the weekend. After my experience, I am not too sure that I will return whenever I visit Orange again. Everything started out pleasant then took a turn after our food was ordered.

We came in at about 8pm and was seated. Received our drinks and dinner rolls in a timely manner. We ordered the King Crab/3lb Crawfish duo and Chicken Tender basket with a loaded baked potato. We asked for some more rolls, and was told they were out. Not a big deal at all, as they are complimentary. Next, we ask for refills. Our waitress brings a glass of tea with no ice and tells us that they have run out of ice. I thought that was quite odd since tables were still receiving ice in their glasses for the next 15 minutes. I ask for some more water, and I get brought a glass with no ice. The waitress says they are still out of ice. I guess the ice was complimentary as well.

Now, our food comes out. The baked potato wasn't loaded, so we had to ask them to fix it. After about 10 minutes, I notice I don't have any corn or potatoes on my plate. I specifically remember seeing on the menu that my boiled seafood plate comes with it, and is a reason why I chose to order it. I waited another 5 minutes for our waitress to walk by so I could get her attention. I inform her about the situation and she says "Oh, we have been out of corn and potatoes." and walks off. People around our table overheard our conversation and started to ask their respective servers the same question, receiving the same answer.

At this point we are ready to go. We ask for the check, pay then rush out. Only after walking out do we realized we were severely overcharged. Instead of correctly ringing up what we order, our waitress charged us for a Snow Crab Trio.

I sure hope these sort of problems get corrected. The food was very good, but I do not see myself giving them my business until then.

My potato was dry to spicy taste only one flavor. Just nasty

Worst service I may have ever recieved, the restaurant wasn't even that busy and I had 1 beer served in over 2 hours of eating. Besides that food was decent but kids cried for most of the time waiting on drinks

The food here is really good. Great portions, a world of options, and just well done. Try the Fried Alligator it you are up for a delish local meal!
