Serious security problem for the guests !! .. I was from January 5 to 10 and there was a fire alarm during the night and the main door was locked. The evacuation signage indicates that closed door, so it is a mousetrap. Luckily there was no real fire and it was a smoke alarm, but a great misfortune could have happened. There is no one in reception during the night and they leave the door closed.

Cospa is good. Close to ski lifts and rental shops.
The room is nice too. The on-site bar is very popular.
Breakfast was good that there were a lot of choices. There was a lot of space to sit.

It is not a 3 star, rather a hostel.
The room was small and sloping, the bathtub being at the lowest point and making it impractical. The same with the bed, when you got up you had to watch so as not to hit your head. The shower door was trapped between the wall and the sink, making it almost impossible to get in or out of it. The bathroom finishes were not correct, exposing pipes where dirt accumulated. Breakfast, despite being a buffet, was limited and repetitive.

As a positive point, I can say that the employees are friendly, but since the experience was not pleasant, I will never repeat there.

Tip: try to avoid the first floor, because of the noise from the tavern. Also avoid the attic rooms, they are very uncomfortable.

Tomorrow will be breakfast ... have as it is.

Great hotel, the staff are superb, and the principality is amazing. Near the ski lift is literally two steps away.

So we didn't actually stay at this hotel however, the lady at the front desk was so nice and explained to us what hikes we could do since the ski lift was closed. We had an amazing day hiking to Estany Negre in the Comapedrosa Natural Park.

The tavern he has is great and there is a good atmosphere. The restaurant is cozy and they serve very good menus. The hotel is quiet, simple, and very clean. Every year they make some reform that is appreciated, if there are people that we look at that, and for me that counts and a lot. It would be a detail that they were changing the bathtubs for showers. I'm sure the local management will end up doing it.

It's basic for what's needed in that area ... nice breakfast. Nice place .... would improve the cleanliness thoroughly ....
