Skalvija Cinema Centre Review

Very old schoolish movie theatre, but that is its charm.

Cozy, old movie theater that has a pre-independence vibe to it. You can see some popular, arthouse movies there.

Good location, cheap tickets, but uncomfortable seats and sitting on the last rows is very tiring as screes is too small.

Small cinema with perfect oldtown vibe. Besides movies there is coffee place also. I had coconut coffee, it was too sweet, but my my friend took thymus tea, it was perfect. My recommendation is to get your tickets few days before coming, because they have just one hall to watch movies and this hall is not the biggest one. Anyways I totally recommend to watch a movie here, just to feel super artistic vibe of this place.

The oldest cinema in Vilnius. Great selection of films, classics every Sunday. Inside there is a cozy cafe called Skalvijos bufetas that serve great coffee and sweet snacks. Good place for reading, too!

Good, mostly non-mainstream movies. Cinema itself is not very big or modern, but quite sufficient as it's not intended for "blockbuster" type movies.

The movie "Between the Clouds of the Clouds" is a little overwhelming and exciting. I've lost a lot of tears.
