Six Paupers Tavern and Restaurant Review

Great food and service! Had a "small" nacho appetizer and added ground beef. Portion was still huge, delish! Lobster Risotto & The Shepherd's Pie with spare ribs were amazing!

We had our rehearsal dinner here. Very good food and drinks. We couldn't have picked a better place. We rented the room the have and it came with our own bar and bartender.

I enjoyed lunch with my mate and some of the team players it was a nice sports bar

The bar and bar tenders are great. But the former chief and new chief are awful.
I went tonight for their New Year's Eve special dinner.
Just bad. Got there early (7:30) and they were already out of the beef selection. The raw tuna appetizer was very bad (could not tell it was even tuna) and the veal dish was like rubber it was so overcooked.
Go for bar drinks but stay away from food.
McDonald's is better!
Never again will I eat a full meal there.

6P's is a staple with very friendly serving staff and great food

We always have a nice time here. It's a relaxed but nice setting. The bartenders and waitstaff are friendly and the food is great.

A go to restaurant in Hockessin. Perfect for family dining, private room, our socializing around the bar. Food and service are great.

I ordered a spinach salad that was supposed to come with roasted Brussels sprouts. When it arrived I told the waiter about it but he just said that it was mixed in with the salad. Actually there was only a quarter if a Brussels sprout. Since I'm calorie conscious I wasn't interested in the fried sugary apple slices they put on top. The shrimp was delicious though.

MOST DISGUSTING RESTAURANT EVER.
I never give bad reviews to restaurants, but This one I could not resist. We were there for lunch today. The beef was over done(We ordered rare), Fish way too oily and Chicken was nuked in a microwave. $100 worth of lunch . Will NEVER go back. Do not waste your money.
I wish we had returned the food and asked for a refund!

Excellent food and decent prices. Party of 4 adults had food and drinks for about $30 per person.
