Love coming here at least once a year to see the rotating installations! This place never gets boring for me. Have participated in some of their workshops and competitions before too, and I have to say that they are very efficient and know how to organize events smoothly.

Exhibits are dated and some are not even functioning. Someone pls tell MOE to stop bringing children here for school trips.... At least revamp the place first.
Should have given it only a 1-star, if not for Macdonalds.

Every city need one Science Center like this. Adults and kids alike can enjoy the place with its hands-on exhibit. The place keeps on updating itself, adding extensions and changing part of the exhibit.

A great place for science enthusiasts! The shows are really great. The one I saw was on automation and robotics, I really loved it! If you are going on a trip to Singapore, please pay a visit to this amazing place.

This is a great place to take kids. They have so many activities and exhibits that are fascinating. We have had a great time there. I wish they had more to offer little kids, and I felt there were too many "extra" charges (just include everything in the one package). But overall it is a lot of fun, and I'd recommend it for families.

My favorite place some 30 years ago. In the same way much things remain as is since 30 years ago. I guess it's a nice place to reminisce or imagine how things look like in the late 80s.
Science centre certainly has a lot of potential to be something huge and popular but I think the lack of funds or probably even creative and driven people to make it a better place has put this place down to nothing more than a place of interest for school visitors and the occasional exhibits of current popular culture - Transformers, Avengers, Dinosaurs, etc.
Still there are several activities within that are captivating and I suppose the fire tornadoes and tesla electrifying experience are some of major ones.
Omnimax theatre was also a major attraction then I suppose it still has can be albeit a little pricey.
Finally don't forget to check out their Facebook page for some organised activities and talks which you definitely need of getting value if you're a science fan. Most Fridays will see them having star gazing events through the in-house telescope as well as interact with the other astronomy hobbyists.

A must see place for children 10 to 20yrs. Adults would enjoy too. Best way to visualize all d theories learnt in science subjects.
Would take around 4 to 5 hrs to go around checking out all d displays. One can also go around in an hour or two if just walking around.
It also has a butterfly park inside

Great place to watch science in action and in fun way. But they should also provide an audio guide in ticket.
That will give visitors some direction and more engaging info.
Otherwise they tend to get distracted and move on without understanding the concepts.

Omni theatre Imax Movie was simply awesome. Watching a movie in dome on such a large screen was great. Loved it.

Fun place for the kids to learn about science. They need to do something about the Fire Tornado exhibit. After the show, everyone need to be cramped thru a single gate to return to the rest of the exhibit. It took about 10 min to get thru.

This is my happy place. Super fun, engaging, innovative and a great place to discover stuff! Spent the entire afternoon there and it was not enough. Extremely amazed by the mirror maze exhibition (aka The Extraordinary Light Exhibit), which was eye-opening and really impressive. Didn't expect an exhibit of such high standard at the science centre. Ticket price was also really affordable ($6 on weekends, free on weekdays for students). Highly recommend for an entire day's of activity! :-)

Omni theatre experience is good. Movie shown is documentary might find it difficult to engage for everyone.

KidsStop and science center is pretty good and engaging for kids.

Buy tickets online and going in is a breeze. Though expect to wait in line for a while because they only let you in at 2pm sharp for PM session. Remember to check online for the timing and whether need to book timeslot separately or not.

Science Centre has been around for some time, so expect to see familiar things, exhibits etc. But there are alot of new exhibitions so I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed myself. In fact, personally would have enjoyed slowly going through the exhibition halls, own time own target instead of having to chase my kids to finish walking through all the halls. Definitely 3 hours is not enough.

Earth Alive Exhibition is one of the latest exhibition and worth going! So many interesting things to learn! There is also an earthquake simulator (but of cos don't expect roller coaster ride lah). There is also a Christmas Science Show which is totally worth going with the kids (tickets sold separately on website).

Overall, totally enjoyed the visit surprisingly. Another way to spend the SRVs!

One of the worth it field trip go to for the students and teachers. It houses several exhibits and they offer programmes as well.

They take good care of butterflies here and definitely you will really get Up-close with them.

This is my 3rd time here for the past 1 year. They have different installation on ocassions and you can come by for free on weekdays (for local only, weekend charge is $6).

There is this very small, "face your fear" exhibit that just started. I didn't took any photo :/

But this is definitely a great place to bond with your kids

There are some exhibits that require you to buy extra ticket so take note on where you really want to go (:
