Lots of healthy food choices. Very popular at lunch time.
Good office space and lots of food options in the food court. Love the 'eat Istanbul' outlet in there. Also has an iga for any quick shopping needs.
This place is very confusing for someone who's never been. The main factors are 2 things. 1st is there renovation or some work going on so Its a bit confusing because its not signed very well. 2nd is depending on the reason for your visit. If you were having a meeting here and the person you were to see wasn't clear that there in the MLC building you can end up going in circles until you realise that 19 martin pl is the MLC building and yes there is a food court and shops on our lower floors making you think I didn't organise a sensitive meeting in a shop. So lots of confusion. Yes some of might think but its obvious and so on and fourth but I have memory issue and get disoriented and confused easily so this was super frustrating as I was so confused and felt so lost walking around the building for 20 mins!
Seems like a cool place though just was very overwhelming for me. Even a simple google search couldn't relate 19 martin pl to the MLC Building and took me multiple google searches and out of the box thinking to relate 19 martin pl to the MLC Building. Honestly 3 factors then.
Ive since edited the address and added the label of MLC building and let google know so that hopefully no one else will have this problem
The centre houses a number of elegant and cool shops. Easily accessible by train from Martin Place Station and also within a short walk from both Town Hall and Wynyard stations.
The mlc building looks tired and needs updating. The Dresden optical shop in my opinion could do with some updating too. It looks abit daggy. They sell a very colourful product so the shop shld ne more cheerful. The shop assistants were very helpful and very pleasant.
Food court alright for quick lunch.
Snitz is my favourite
Great concierge service and close to great food and shopping outlets.
Awesome places to eat, but not enough places to sit.
Under heavy renovation construction works at the moment. Otherwise seems to be business as usual. Will no doubt be fine once completed.
Use the food court. There is also sushi.
The coffee at the Kohi shop was delicious.
The clerk is also kind.
It was good that it was half open.
It is closed on weekends, probably because it is in the business district.
Lots of choice with eateries that is of good quality.
Love this place lots of healthy options and good food to choose from
Main draw card is the food court and new IGA. Close proximity to Martin Place station. Walk from station is completely undercover. Suggest Burger Project.
Love Pressed Juices and iku wholefood for vegan friendly options!
Huge underground food court where all locals who work in the area come for lunch. The place is absolutely full of people during weekday peak hours. Very nice food varieties and the personnel knows what they are doing to handle the mass of people.
This place has a very corporate food court with a huge amount of food options to choose from, although because this place is a corporate food court, all food shops at this place generally close around 3pm abd is fully closed by the time people finish work (5-6pm); although the IGA downstairs generally close during the night
Beautiful spaces. Access to government services and consulates. Close to public transport. Offers many dining options and has numerous shopping venues nearby.
Quite a surprising food scene I didn't know existed. Normal prices for a city and had a few franchises like Soul Origin and Sumo Salad.
Easily accessible and the staff is quite friendly and accommodating.
Good food court in the lower part of the building and a large car park, of course, payable
The food court has an outside area, which is quite nice. The food of the places around is hit-and-miss.
Nice centre, easy access for quick bite to eat, if you are on foot, the parking $$$
Nice variety of food court places for a quick lunch.
Great food but way over crowded if you want to sit and eat
Amazing amount of food choices. Usual average CBD prices. Definitely not cheap food/cheap eats
The bars and restaurants are great. Happy hour is usually after 4pm on the weekdays for most of the bars. Good selection of food places downstairs.. also an IGA.. and there is also free WiFi. Haven't been there on the weekends.
Centre is getting remodelled, a bit crowded as boarding is taking up quite a bit of space..
Prestige office building with expensive food court.
Decent place, extremely crowded between 11:30 A.M. to 2:30 P.M. many food outlets close by 3 P.M. so check prior to going. There is a generous open area above the food court to enjoy cool breeze and lovely SUNSHINE. Personally recommend Chachu's Indian food because that's the only one I alwasy go to, authentic Indian with Western touch, generous quantity and very reasonable prices. Also just for knowledge American Consulate is also in the same building.
Great underground food court which can be hard to find if you don't know where to look. Excellent variety of food with plenty of seating, even on the busiest days. Something for everyone - the trick is finding it (clues - look under the stairs on Martin Place, or go up the Rowe Street or Lees Court alleyways).
Great spot in city with cool little shops n food court.
Nowhere near enough tables, but the selection of food outlets is vast and numerous. During a regular working week you may struggle to find a table as all the local white collars come for lunch.
One of the tallest building in the Cory centre. It's octogonal shape with 50+ floors is at it's best view around the city shopping area.
The food courts in the ground floors had so many choices of their own. A multi storied building at it's best view in the city.
Lots of good food outlets for a quick eat during your lunch break, but there's never any seats or tables. Your best option is to get takeaway and walk to Hyde Park or Martin Place to escape the rush.
Good alternative for food and shopping, located right next to train station. But it is abit awkward to roam in.
Excellent decor, friendly concierge and fast elevators. Perfect environment for problem solving with style.
Great options in the food court on the top floor. Some fantastic fresh produce on the ground floor. Bargain, bargain with the stall owners
The Dutch celebrate here their annual national day. Great fun in a great venue.
Very confusing place. Lotsof different entries and lifts.
Has been undergoing renovations for at least 5 years now. Alot of the smaller family own shops have closed. Parking is a nightmare. Suggest walking to the mlc.
Friendly service. Great food. Love it.
However, the outlets close by 1700.
Could be too early for me. :)
The building is starting to get dated but found what we were after easy enough
Great shops, food court has a lot of eateries and cafes
Good quality food choices. Super busy during lunch weekdays.
So many food options here. The kebab place is mint!
MLC Centre although ground floor and surrounds under extensive construction , efficiently coordinated to ensure Covid 19 comfort and expedicicy
Good selection of lunch options. Recent renovation means it gets very hot at the centre of the food court - but natural light will be nice in winter
Busy busy busy lunchtime..... bubble..... healthy choices from food to drink..... it's on sale usually after 2.30 pm!!
Plenty of food courts , but very tough to get sitting area during lunch time...
Love the midweek lunch hussle and bussle. There is something for every palette. Even if you are in a rush to get back to work, the service in the foodhall is almost instant. The food is fresh and enticingly displayed.
City centre undergoing renovations a lot of construction underway and not all shops are open... renovations to be completed in 2020
