They have horrible customer service we had a very bad first night we had to take a shower in cold water the bellman was rude made us move our own luggage they wasn't helpful at all I will never stay here again
Absolutely love it...price is so high though but I can understand why. I like how it is your own apartment. I stayed in a 2 bedroom; one king size and the other room was a double queen...you also have a pull out bed.
2 bathrooms with great lighting....i do not care for the toilet and how it may spray on you when you flush...yuck but that is minor.
The kitchen was nice and they provide utensils and dishwashing soap...you have a washer and dryer as well. A closet out in the living room with of course nice table and great tv.
You also have a nice screen in balcony.

Terrible stay last time. Have previously stayed and rooms have been updated & had a good experience. Your experience will largely depend on what unit you end up in, so it s a gamble.
Building 2 outdated-room had cockroaches, shower was filthy and had black mold growing inside and outside, oven didn t work properly and jets in bathtub were non functional. I have called management 3 times and asked for a return call only for my husband to get an email saying they would credit points from 2 out of 5 nights-nothing about the actual dollars spent or a discussion of the situation. Property is not worthy of Sheraton name. If you have a bad experience, do not expect a high standard of service.
Only giving 1-Star because it forces me. Otherwise, 0 would be given for this stay.
I will edit to say that I did get someone to respond, but the outcome still not to my liking. A promise to send certificate for a few nights stay. This would mean that I have to spend thousands of dollars on a return trip AND want to stay there again. No thank you.

I've been here so many times I know that there are good experiences however this one was not one all the way up to the manager.
It is awesome place to stay .The staff is very helpful.It is a big place an their are many activities for kids and adults.

Nice room, friendly staff. However they set the thermostats so they won't go below 70 degrees. Makes it hard to sleep comfortably when you are used to sleeping at a lower temp. Putting profits over guest comfort is why I can't rate any higher.
Great service, clean rooms, and very responsive room services. Able to swap out all down pillows and comforters for the allergic member of the party on 10 minutes. They don't allow restaurant delivery into the villas but you can get a shuttle from villas to front to pick up.
Beautiful resort very near all of the attractions in the Orlando area. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Great to have a kitchen and washer and dryer in the suite.

We are going back next year we had an amazing time. We extended our stay 2 times. Villas are beautiful and the pools are refreshing only complaint we had was the dishwasher never really cleaned the dishes and the water there smells funky. Would've given 5 stars but just couldn't get over the smell and dishwasher we just had to wash the dishes by hand.
Great location and nice rooms. We had some issues with our tv's and front desk was pretty quick about sending someone, even after 5 on a Sunday. Housekeeping was overall good but inconsistent, we kept getting odd numbers of towels or multiple washcloths and no hand towels. Nothing that really blew us away, but a positive experience overall.

5 stars!!!! This place is top notch. Gated community, amazing condos, several pools and hot tubs, on site convenience store, walking trails, restaurants, bars, etc. The staff is excellent, very polite and friendly. This is exactly what a too notch resort should be like. We have stayed here several times and definitely will again in the future.

Great property! Stayed in 2 bedroom 2 bath room with full kitchen, full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and stackable washer dryer combo. They had dish soap, 4 person dinnerware and glasses available. Really nice property. The main pool was amazing and huge! Even had ducks and ducklings swimming in there. Will definitely stay again when in Orlando.

Originally booked into a 1bedroom Villa but the room was a bit musty smelling. After some conversation with the hotel staff they loved us to another room which was much better. The overall resort is nice with great pool areas, bars and snack food. There is also a small store on site. The only downside is that the maintenance seems to be a little lacking because we noticed some items like bbq grills out of order. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. I would not recommend the standard 1 bed Villa if you have kids. The room is very small and also due to the placement (Especially in building 10) these rooms are very noisy with road noise from the adjacent street.
The villas had plenty of room. We were in a one bedroom with a whirlpool tub. There was 3 of us. My friends slept in the huge comfy bed and I slept on the sofa bed which was suprisingly comfortable. The screened in patio was great. We were right by the pool but could not hear the kids playing and screaming when we were in the unit. Air conditioning was amazing in the villa, more like a 1 bedroom apartment. We were able to prepare our own meals with the electric stove and regular sized fridge. They supplied all the cooking utensils and pots and pans..which was awesome. The marketplace is o.k. for little stuff (selection is limited)but if you are staying for a week, go to Publix or another grocery store to stock up. I loved being able to swim until 1am every night.
Me and my family stayed at this property during the Florida Classic weekend. This property is nicely maintained and the accommodations are wonderful. Almost like a home away from home. We will be returning next year.
This place was very good only thing I didn't like was the bugs but you can't really complain about that. I just want people to know that in between each room there is an area that has no privacy and is open. I was not aware of that.
Check in tool 45 minutes with 4 guests. Rooms are ok. No restaurant, even breakfast place closed. Avoid if possible
loved the spacious rooms, the beautiful pools but the neighbors were super noisy, but thats not the hotels fault. loved our stay!!

Terrible customer service. First of all, they insisted they do not have our reservation even we have our reservation on paper. It took them more than 30 minutes to figure out what is going on but they did not even explain to us. Then the front desk told us we can switch room anytime if we do not like it. Once we found that the room is old and at the corner of the stairs, we requested to switch room. But they said no room is available due to high season. So we were pretty upset as they shouldn't promise us the first place. We are not too happy with the service provided and we will probably not staying there again during our next vacation to Orlando.

Excellent apartment with all necessary amenities (television, refrigerator, washer and dryer, dishwasher and internet) with everything cleaned and tidied daily.
Swimming pool and sauna are easily accessible and stay open until late at night.
Impeccable location with parking in front of the apartment.
Returning to Orlando, I know where to stay.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. There were a couple of hiccups that happened at the beginning of our stay, but mistakes happen and in the end it's not the end of the world. Nice place to stay for our vacation trip to Disney World
Stayed for one night in a 1 bedroom suite and I must say it was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately we didn t get a room with a balcony BUT we had an amazing view of one of the pools and a gorgeous waterfall. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I ve slept in at a resort. I would definitely recommend staying here and I wish I could have stayed longer to check out the three pools and many amenities they have on site.
We checked in the night Matthew hit and they couldn't find our reservation. They were super accommodating however, and got us in a room and covered the second night at no cost to guests. Hats off to Sheraton and their staff!
Great resort with up to 3BR suites. Multiple pools, family activities, etc.
Optimally located to access Orlando's various theme parks, this resort is something of a hidden gem. A few things about the check in were nonintuitive, but the staff are helpful and the room was clean, and the amenities are quite acceptable for those moments you spend at the resort rather than at one of the various attractions.
It's all the comforts of home. Rooms are spacious and clean. Highly recommended

The place we stayed was one bedroom type and was nice in terms of facilities inside and outside the room. I give 3 star because of the room's bad smell (like a wet carpet or mold), they should not rent such a room to any guest.
Good hotel however they make the famous piece of Time Share !!!! at the reception they tell you that you earned $ 200 to attend a "meeting" with the Disney staff about real estate investing. ALL LIE !!!! You will stay a whole morning being harassed to buy a title from the "advantages club" of trips. The harassment and pressure is enormous! they intimidate you, there comes a time when you have a salesperson who could not sell you anything, a manager who also could not and a general supervisor to do a "service assessment" that also tries to sell you. Border the ridiculous!
Had a great time. Yes I would do this again. Yes they offer a time share presentation while you are checking in, but you can simply say no. They are not too pressuring.

As soon as we stepped into our villa I fell in love with it already. The pool is nice and clean and there is night swimming until 1am. The restaurant offers amazing food and the service was great. Front office staff is great as well. I am writing this review on the first day of our stay and will sure update this by the time we leave. Sheraton is soo awesome I can't wait to get back.home to write a review.
We stayed for two nights , we were disappointed that during our time here that most of everything was closed down due to COVID , they had the main pool open but nothing else . Our room was okay. There was a cockroach in the bathroom , the bed was super uncomfortable! Probably will not be coming back !
The resort is beautiful and well-maintained. At first it seems large and you feel like you could easily get lost. But they have signs and a great walking path and once you get the hang of it , is very easy to navigate. Staff is friendly. Workout facility is clean. Overall a great, relaxing stay.

I wish I could say my stay here was better than it was. Not only did they overcharge us for the room (online was way cheaper and they refused to price match, even though they said they would); the restaurant gave us TERRIBLE service, with waitstafff that wasn't attentive (we threatened to leave because they kept us waiting so long before they even bothered to take our order); security rudely told our roommates they couldn't get a room key when they arrived on the property, even though the front desk had her name on our account and was expecting her; and they got our reservation wrong. The rooms smell like mildew, and there's really nothing included except wi-fi. Do not stay here. Not worth the price.

Overall the location was good, but a lot of the details were lacking. The room wasn't available until late, the items that were supposed to be in the kitchenette weren't all there, the maid service wasn't that good.

Great Place, 19 of us went this year. Very Clean, Helpful Staff, Quick Towel Exchange, Pools are great lots of 3 foot sections or less for the kids to play without worrying about danger. Overall, we go every other year here and have a blast. Its close to everything. Only complaint is maintaining the nice rooms sometimes we do get a bad room and address the issues so next time it won't be a problem for the next guest.
Resort is nice, lots of pools and play areas for kids. But it falls apart with the rooms, they pretty worn, have a funky smell to then and many rooms don't have balconies. Overall feels more like a motel than a 4 star complex. Pretty disappointed as we paid quite a high price as well.
