The parking fee is crazy here. You would think paying a decent amount for the room you would get a reasonable parking rate, but, nope. Other than that it's a nice hotel and we'll located close to everything. The people are friendly and the rooms are clean

I stayed here twice in the past few months and experienced small fruit flies in my room. The hotel can improve on room cleaning standards. Their room service comes in a paper bag and containers instead of a tray. Their kombucha drink is amazing, highly recommend trying.

Great location & service for a big convention at the Hynes Center. Skip housekeeping & reuse your towel for a daily $10. Coupon great for breakfast off the lobby. Great reward for being environment friendly. Yes, we'll leave a tip for the housekeeper anyway.

First off I would like to say that we got an excellent rate at this hotel. I wasn t sure what we were getting into but I didn t know that it had a great location to all the things that we wanted to do for our one night stay like Eataly, shopping at Copley, Top of the Hub, and some local clubs for night time fun. The customer service over the phone was fantastic but what was even better was the customer service at this hotel! Over the phone I was greeted by the Front desk manager named Anthony. He immediately assisted us with our reservation. As soon as we checked in it was smooth sailing. Everyone was extremely helpful! From the Valet to the maids. We were so thrilled with the comfort of the beds and the surrounding area, that we booked again for next March. We couldn have been more relaxed and comfortable. Thanks you all at the Sheraton Boston! Can t wait to visit you again on March 9th! Forever grateful, Jonelle and Keith

Stayed here during a recent business trip up to Boston. To start off, the location is fantastic. It is in the heart of Boston and near so many shops, restaurants, etc. It is also connected to the Prudential Center Mall. It is also close to many forms of transportation. The hotel itself has many other amenities and features including many conference rooms, restaurant, market, spa, pool, gym, etc. I only stayed for a night but the staff was extremely nice and helpful during my visit. I stayed in a room towards the top of the one of the towers. It was a very nice room. The bed was comfortable and it had a desk, refrigerator, and a big TV along with big windows which gave the room plenty of light. One of the major cons of my room was the bathroom and a few glaring maintenance issues. The bathroom feels very cramped and small. In my opinion, it wouldn't be big enough for more than one person to comfortably get ready. In addition, the water pressure was very poor. As for the maintenance items, there were several areas of peeling paint and signs of wear and tear, which I think would be something they kept up with, not let go over time. Overall, it was great hotel and I'd stay here again if I was in the area.

Not happy with the stay here at all. Reserved a room weeks in advance with a note to be high as possible and furthest from the elevators as possible. Ended up on one of the lowest floors immediately behind three elevators (insult to injury, it was two regular and one cargo elevator). Asking to be moved netted in free wireless....which is normally ten dollars per day. The location and convenience is phenomenal, everything else is rough. I normally stay at the Revere when I'm in town and will be happier there again on my future stays.

Rooms are okay, has the usual necessities for a typical night stay but if anything else needed such as a microwave will be a $25 fee. The staff at the front desk were very kind and explanatory about everything so it was easy to make it work without a microwave. The lighting and the rooms definitely need an upgrade. Turned on all the lights in the room and still had to use my flashlight to get some good lighting to put my make up on. This hotel is centrally located with a variety of shopping and sight seeing nearby. Great spot for business meetings or plans in the city.

I was expecting much more from a hotel of this level and price. Yes, location is really great, but apart from the friendly service and staff ( I don't have any complaints) the rest was mediocre:

The ac stinks and it was very noisy. Even turning it off you could hear it.

The bathtub floods when I was having a shower (it could be just the tub in my room, but it's not nice).

Shampoo and others products provided were really low quality.

Swimming pool was a bit dirty.

Everything feels old.

Again, not really huge issues and I wouldn't complain about them in any other situations. But in a 4 starts hotel and paying 280$ per night, it is unacceptable.

Don't let them put you in the South Tower in 2017...Exterior Construction Work started at 6:30 AM. Was awoken to loud drilling and vibrations and looked out the window to find construction workers on a lift directly outside my 8th story window. Called the front desk and they did not care that it woke me up. Asked to speak to the manager and was hung up on twice. I should have been alerted to this construction at check in, but was not. Room was great, but customer service terrible.

Awful hotel. The headboard was broken and the hotel was freezing, even after increasing the temperature. As well, I found hairs in the shower before ever using it and it was plugged. Would not recommend if you have another option anywhere else.

I did not stay in the rooms. The conference food was delicious and high scale. I had mix feelings about the meeting rooms in back bay. The chairs were too warm to sit in. The ac sometimes felt like it needed to be colder and most of the rooms were fine. Very nice location with access to public transportation

Great location and with the mall attached was extremely helpful especially for food and keeping dry while getting back to the hotel.
Large reception area with the food Market close by with access to hot and cold food and drink.
Room was a good size, king size bed was huge for one person but extremely comfortable. Had a corner room so double aspect (overlooking the roofed swimming pool area).
If using public transport, the green line Prudential stop can be accessed through the mall so only a 5 minute walk.
Getting to and from the airport I used the Logan Express Back Bay bus only 3 return and you receive a fast pass through security on your return to the airport.

I stayed here three nights. For as expensive as it was I would have expected White Glove treatment. I would have expected the rooms to have been swept at least once. The staff at the reception would also benefit from some finishing school classes.

Overall very nice hotel connected to the mall but poor execution by the staff.
