Hard to believe that such an awesome attraction is right here in College Station! It is expensive, but well worth it for the experience and memories you get to leave with. It gets bigger and better each year.

Had a wonderful time with family!! They really have the Texas Christmas spirit going on. Will be making this a yearly tradition! I highly recommend the VIP carriage ride if you want a more personal experience and to avoid a long line for the hayride. Also well worth the parking fee to park close to the area and avoid waiting for bus ride etc.

We purchased a parking pass to arrive at 4:30 PM when we got to the front of the line we were told our tickets didn t include Extra Christmas and we would have to wait until 6:00 or purchase another ticket. This was not stated anywhere on our tickets. We decided not to wait with little ones and pay the extra fee. Normally this fee is $14 per person but since we were buying at the door it was $20. It cost us another $60 on top of the $100 we paid for the original tickets. This is a clear bait and switch. There was a whole line of frustrated people in the same position. This visit has become a tradition but after this experience I think we will find a better way to spend that kind of money.

Is the worst organized park that I had the chance to visit, they are not properly prepared to handle the people visiting their premises, lack of planning, poor facilities, overall a terrible experience. I would not recommend this to anyone. I have no idea how this business is still running.

They sell you so called "Super Saver" tickets online. Then at the gate they force you to pay full price or forfeit what they already got from you. Their website is NOT CLEAR that supersaver tickets cannot be used the same day. My mother in law took her whole family (28 ticket total) and they offered her NO DISCOUNT. Total tipoff at the gate. Neat place, but crooked as all get out at the gate. They ought to be ashamed at that practice.

Years ago it was a great place for an affordable time out for a family. Those days have long since past. Now costs and arm and a leg just to get in the door. Sad to see this once great family destination turn into another over commercialized outing.

UPDATE: We got free vouchers to go and, against my better judgement, decided to give it a shot after years of not going. Free should make it worth it right? WRONG! Still the most disorganized place I've ever seen. They're a mom and pop shop trying to be a big destination. Parking took over an hour. We saw people walking on the side of the road, some pushing strollers! Yeah, that's safe and says a lot if visitors are resorting to doing it instead of the horrible shuttle. And notice how the person who handles their social accounts keeps saying "oh it's not typical for us to have these delays." Don't buy it. Well we finally get parked and then there is ZERO direction of where the ticket line to go into the park is and where one must go to redeem a voucher. So we wait in a line, get to the entry and are told to go back into the "ticket" line. Well with this brilliant setup there are only three of five (and they need way more than five) windows open to assist visitors. Some employee in a cowboy hat was trying to direct people verbally while others were ignoring him and just lining up where they wanted. The owners don't give rip about how customers are treated. They don't know how to handle logistics. Just herd people into the place (no refunds and they will rudely remind you of this). As mentioned before, this was once a great fun place but greed and pathetically poor management has killed it. They only way it will change is for people to stop going. The owners will find out they need to get with the program only when it starts hitting their bottom line. Until then, they'll milk this horrid Santa's Blunderland for all it's worth. Santa's Wonderland, you have failed this city!

Great family fun!

Great family fun!
Be sure to arrive extra early because the entrance lines are long and parking fills up quickly. The worst part of evening is the picture prices. Be prepared to spend alot because they take several poses at several locations but offer no package deals.
One photo is $25. You can get another one for $15. But there are no packages offered that have the several locations of photos or the several poses at one location. Each activity that has a photo is separate when purchasing photos so if you buy one from each that's $25 each and that adds up really fast. It would be nice if all photos taken were displayed together and an a affordable package was offered.

Paid A Bunch Of Money To Bring Our Whole Bunch Of Our Kiddos Out To See Santa (Waited in line for TWO hours might I add) & We Ended Up With A Bunch Of Crying Kids Because Of How Rude The Santa Was. The Lights & Music Was Fabulous, But I Would Be Surprised If Their Santa Made The Nice List. Definitely Will Not Be Supporting Them Next Season.

We enjoyed our time at this park. There were a few things I wanted to mention. SIgnage at the park entrance should say where to park. We drove in from Alaska and do not know the park entrances. We ended up sitting in our vehicle in a "preferred" parking area and signing up for preferred parking, not knowing there was "free" parking, because of no signage. The nice security lady went above and beyond to try to make our parking experience positive. We went during daylight, and waited until dark enjoying the park's entertainment. The staff were very, very nice. A man was stuck in the gravel, to the point he could not move, even being pushed, we along with others tried to assist. His wife, was very frustrated that there was no handicapped trails to get through the whole park. I felt for them, as they were quite old. A little truck thing came and picked them and the wheel chair up. I hope they got a refund! We had the snow globe pics taken and were disappointed that when we saw them on the screen, they looked far away by could see detail, so we ordered two more, but when we were handed them, they were too small of a photo to see any detail. An 8 1/2 by 11 or CD should be used, as they were expensive to not see us in the photo hardly at all. $70 for three photos that you can't see was not good, I felt taken advantage of. The food was good, I can't eat sugar, so it would be nice to have some no sugar alternative available for the older generation. The lighting was very nice and all in all we had a good time.

Do not go to this place! It's over priced and not big enough to handle the crowd it brings in, and the only thing to do is the hayride to look at mediocre lighting displays. They charge you for parking that is not even available. I wish I could give it zero stars!

You spend $45 a person to get in and then a picture with Santa is $25, the snow globe is another $25, petting zoo $4/kid, pony ride $7/kid. Basically the price of $45 gets you lights. On their website they talk about long lines just like Fiesta Texas at least Six Flags is a flat rate :/ we won t be returning waste of money. We were debating this and Moody Gardens this was $10 more sure wish we did Moody Gardens instead. I m not sure what all the hype is about?!?!

It s nice thing to see. It s cool seeing the little town vibe. But they definitely need some covering over the long lines for rain. They also didn t pack the hayrides. There were a lot of empty spaces on the ride. Really need some better logistics.

The lines are ridiculous. They should be honest and disclose the hay ride fee is an entrance fee so you can walk the campus and purchase their overpriced food and drinks. Consider it a 6 flags with a Christmas theme. I spent $7 on coffee!?!

Save your money and go elsewhere. I would ask for my money back but I can't find an employee who knows what's going on

It was pouring rain in 40 degree and they would not give us a refund or credit for another day! Come on! We tried to walk around in the mud and rain in freezing temperatures with kids, but we had to leave. I know it s a business and they don t want to lose money, but that is just wrong!

This was our first & last time coming here! We drove 3 hours to come to check this place out. Everything was extremely over priced. We did not even get to ride the hay ride or do the sled rides, due to too many people & long lines. Save your money & don't waste your time coming. It is entirely too crowded. You enter & exit in the same walkway, which causes backed up lines. You also have to pay for literally everything once you get inside.

Santa's nightmare

Santa's nightmare
Yeah, its pretty but lines longer lines then Disneyworld doesn't make it worth it . Starting with parking :1 and a half hours to park, horrible organized, no signs, no help, no space and once you enter the line on the freeway towards parking you cant get out.. After the parking hell, get ready for worst: hours of lines standing up in the freezing cold, its insane, who organized this place?? Line to get inside: 1 hour, line for hayride: 2 hours!!, line for Santa: 2 hours.. bathroom, food, hot chocolate, peting zoo, everything: get ready for looonng freezing standing up, poor kids.. I will never come back again, The manager of this place need to re organize, hire staff, plan ahead, or just quit.. So save your self the headache, STAY AWAY

Santa's wonderland has become a Christmas tradition of ours now. They put everything into this to make it one of the best experiences for everyone to enjoy. The band playing a lively twist to Christmas music as you walk in will get you pumped up. The snow area and tubing down the hill is great for the kids and even adults. Lots of varieties for yummy food and desserts all around. The line to see santa and misses clause builds quick and so does the line for the hay rides. They are both totally worth it, but I recommend hitting those two first. It's an overall great experience.

So the hayride was a bit of a wait maybe 2 hrs but definitely worth the 20min ride. I suggest getting there early in the day to beat the rush to other attractions. Pictures cost about $25+ tax and petting zoo $4. Definitely pay for parking in Rudolph lot it worth the extra $$. Have fun the lights were beautiful!

This was a surprising wonderful trip for me and my wife. Just 2 small things kept this from getting the 5 stars. Number 1 was the fact that there are not enough Restrooms for the ladies. My wife had to wait in long line every single time she had to use the restroom. In total she probably spent an hour to an hour and a half to use it through the evening, it almost made us late for our carriage ride. Number 2 is the security check in. At one point we came in the park, no problem, and when we went to put stuff in our truck that we had purchased (fragile Christmas gifts) we had our hand stamped. But upon just leaving to the truck we came back and was told by one lady " oh just go on back in, another lady stopped us and said rudely "oh you Have to go through the security check point again." Someone needs to be on same page. This rude lady almost ruined the whole evening. But it being near the holidays I let it go. I believe there needs to be a different or bigger area for the security check in process. We paid good money for this experience and do not need hassels such as that. But all in all it was a great first time experience. Especially the stores. I highly recommend the little boutique called "Dames" the staff in there was so helpful and friendly.

We have gone every year, more than once, since they have opened as a tradition. This year will be the last year! After all of the changes we just dont enjoy it any more. They took away the wine tasting, all of the cute Christmas gifts in that area, prices have gone way up and no more hot wine ! That was the icing on the cake for us.

First timer! Although the line for the hayride was crazy long, it was kept moving fast with the help of the employees making sure we were all moving along. I expected it to be packed, so I wasn't disappointed about the wait times. Loved the band and the fire pits.

Very Disappointed with our visit. This was my third time to go and took a group of 8 adults and 4 children for a magical evening that turned into the worst visit I have experienced. Restrooms at the free parking were absolutely disgusting. There were no one there to tell you where to get into the bus line so people waiting in line had to direct people on where to go. Got in the bus line at 6 and finally made it onto the bus at 7:45. Walked into the park and headed straight to the hay ride line in hopes that we would be able to enjoy it and then the kids could enjoy the snow area. The smell from the petting zoo was enough to make you want to turn around and leave. Once you were in line for the hay ride there was no one there to tell anyone which way to go and we re then blinded by a light while standing in the line. We stood in the line for 2 hours for the 20 minute hay ride. One of the couples and their 1 year old had to leave due how long it was taking. Once the hay ride was over we had time for a picture and it was time to close. Kids never got to enjoy the snow or anything else. Sadly if you are not willing to spend additional money to jump ahead of others in line you are in for a really bad experience. After tonight s visit I could not recommend going here to anyone and am saddened to see the negative changes that have taken place over the years.

Santa's Wonderland is a place for people of all ages, lots to do and buy at fair prices for a place like Santa's Wonderland. I love how it put you more into the holiday spirit and makes feel special. My family and I have been there every Thanksgiving Day after we eat, we load the truck and we are off. We have been coming for the last four to five years.

It was a perfect was to spend Christmas evening. We really enjoyed the hay ride, the music, the snow flurries and Smores. They have a huge funnel cake which was a hit. It's a mix of patriotism and Christmas cheer. Absolutely loved it and will go again.

Way too crowded to enjoy. This was our first time. We were there for 5 hours and only got to do the hay ride. I would suggest going during the week. It's a really nice place, but not if we can't do anything.
