SAMSUNG SOFTWARE NOIDA Review

Bought my Samsung mobile, GPS was not running in it, there was a lot of trouble, after 1 month it was hardly correct and network problem persists.

Location is good as there are a number of malls nearby, though the views from this hotel is not very good.

If you are a lazy person, don't like coding, don't like to learn new technologies, like play politics and still want promotion and good salary for doing nothing then SAMSUNG R&D INSTITUTE, Delhi, is the best place for you.

Once you join this company, you will find that the 80% Managers and Chief engineers are getting fail in SWC test( Its a internal coding test mandatory for all employs and usually collage/Fresher levels questions are being asked. ).

You might be passed in first attempt in SWC test, you might have excellent coding skill and will perform good in project works too; but end of the year you will surely get a very bad rating and you will be thrown to Personal Improvement Plan. And you will be wonder that your lead, chief engineer and Manager is getting very good promotion, for doing nothing :p

well perhaps you might think that so how Samsung became a mobile leader in market.
of-course not for the Indian subsidiaries. The other subsidiaries situated in other countries have good productivity.

Most of senior person here are technically dumb.........you might be wonder by hearing me; but once you join you will have a great experience :p

Personally I suggest you :-
"If u r good in coding, there are lots of other opportunity except Samsung; and join a organisation who really values your tech skill and hard work. "

But "If want to experience how a well educated and well establish person behave like an animal, then sure join Samsung ; but at your won risk :p"

Company needs improovements in terms of work culture but has a good building construction and facilities

It is the research and devolopement lab of samsung india. Here the designing and research of new technologies be performed.

I was very impressed by the AC systems. Wondefully working to give lot of cooling all the time. Overall a nice place to take a walk in winters where the sunlight falls in an angle even in afternoon.

Located in Noida sec 126. One can reach here from either Noida sector 18 metro Station or sector 37 metro station by following Yamuna expressway.

As an intern I do not recommend this company. Such an imbalance training culture lot of politics and people will not guide you properly.
