With plenty of shops, well equipped, neat, with access to the disabled, the grocery store chain is much more stocked, with diversity of choice and food quality. Good tobacconist and pharmacy support open 24 hours.

Very nice pool, good atmosphere and friendly staff and a very helpful and attentive service.

Weak and with a serious flaw right at the entrance, there was no disinfectant

First time in Portugal visiting family. Decided to bring my uncle and Aunt that I haven't seen in 13 years with me to see the beautiful beaches. The hotel charged me an extra $70 to switch the beds to adult, needless to say when we walked in they were changing twin beds for twin beds to accommodate my new "additional reservation". So much for serving the customer and being flexible despite overcharging for a hotel under construction. Very disappointing, wouldn't recommend. I hope the time wasted and $70 is worth the loss in revenue for my referral base. Sad.

1 week package holiday! The biggest advantage is the location, about 5 minutes to the S-Bahn to Lisbon - travel time max. 25 minutes every 15 minutes! - and the quiet location in a residential suburb of Lisbon. The More

The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the beach. It is not brand new, but it is clean, the rooms are large, the staff is kind, professional and prompt in solving any problem. Breakfast is excellent and plentiful. The hotel also lights up directly at the shopping center where there is a supermarket, a dry cleaner's, a tailor's shop and various shops and restaurants. Furthermore, with just 15 minutes walk you reach the station, where you can take the train that takes you about 20 minutes to Lisbon. Definitely worth considering if you are staying in Carcavelos

Hello the only bad thing about this hotel is that it has carpet and is very old and very old furniture. Mattresses .... Very eaten breakfast buffet a bit cut to be a star hotel .

For a hotel that receives foreign customers nothing is in French while many of these groups attend.

Nice hotel, in need of some touch up .... in a place near the beach of Carcavelos.

Loved the experience. Very quiet, good rooms, spacious corridors, great pools good terrace service, very friendly and versatile hotel employees. Good location. And a great shopping mall next door and quite convenient.

I stayed there two nights in November clean comfortable intercontinental breakfast, near there are shops and clubs, beach quickly reachable on foot.

Rooms are okay, but could be a bit modern.

The proximity to the beach is about 200 meters. The staff was very hard-working and polite! The hotel is also close to a small train station from where you can travel to Cascais or Lisbon.

Breakfast was also okay, only a little variety in the buffet would have been great.

I don't know what the hotel will be like, but it has a kind of shopping center inside that is very useful when you stay around and have to buy food or anything else. I guess the hotel must be wonderful.

- charged extra for our room twice on credit card
- 5 euro to open a bottle of wine
- 5 euro for an extra fork
- have to pay for water out of gym water dispenser
- terrible pool bar staff
- random unasked for items sent up to room an then charged.

Hotel itself is around a 3.5 star, but the staff an the constant overcharging an the full on 6 - 7 arguments with staff ruined stay.

I would sleep in a ditch or sewer before ever goin back.

Simple and practical, the only thing to improve is the bathroom umbrella shower head

Three minutes from the beach and I say three minutes. Very pleasant stay, thanks to the fact that I believe that the Director of this Hotel has managed to surround himself with a plate and some phenomenal intermediate controls, which make your stay as pleasant as possible, starting with the Reception and ending with the Room Service. Hotel that leads directly to a shopping center. The rooms are spacious very clean, there is no noise. Excellent breakfasts and very well attended, In summary, my most sincere Congratulations to the Director and the whole course of this magnificent hotel. Visit it !!

We had a longer stay at this hotel and it was a good choice. Very nice and helpful staff, big and clean rooms, tasty breakfast (not too much choice during week, but it was ok). Close to nice and clean beach and close to train station (cheap and fast option to get to Lisbon). The thing that could be changed is new carpets, hotel needs a re-fresh. Overall I do recommend.

Hotel located about 200 meters from the coast, outside the city, good for short stays or for transit.
The lobby evokes a higher category of hotel than what is then found in the rooms. The structure is well maintained and clean, the rooms are comfortable, average for the proposed price.
Breakfast ... more could be done.
Minibar in the room closed if you arrive late, so in fact not usable.

Spectacular hotel with very spacious rooms. The super underneath has everything and is not expensive at all.

Very good quality hotel with dedicated and welcoming staff. The spacious and well equipped rooms with a very high standard of cleaning. Various spaces are available such as my bar, the two lounges and the entrance hall. The view from the panoramic elevator is superb. The cocktails are very good and the prices reasonable. The breakfast is super generous with the possibility of operetta or fried eggs or even sausages
In short, very nice location with its swimming pool near the sea which does not forget the little welcome gift.

Somewhat dated in places (don't look at the carpet) and breakfast leaves a bit to be desired. The rooms lack outlets in convenient places and there is no ironing board and iron. Other than that it's a very nice hotel close to shops and restaurants and a mall and very close to the beach.

Flee this hotel if you are in a small group room for dinner and have breakfast which results in very fast meals in less than 15 minutes and nonperforming coffee machine waiting longer than 2 minutes between each filling which results in endless queues at the breakfast room front room very noisy staff little smiling there is better in Portugal

Hotel aging. No more standards. Rooms not very clean, bathroom very mediocre. Buffet little varied. Everything is up to date. Neighborhood very unattractive. In short, I do not recommend this hotel.

They charged 30 euros for an extra bed that turned out to be a divan where a child had great difficulty sleeping ...

I liked it very much and it has disabled access, I received a request to give a bath in a handicapped.
And so I went there.

Amazing. Good food, great views. I had the bad luck to have a mosquito in the bedroom but nothing that would reduce the grade of this great hotel.

It is one of the best hotels in the area. The service is usually good. The prices are reasonable. Parking is relatively easy.
