Huge selection at the brunch buffet (free for the hotel guests) and the food during supper was delicious! Service was just okay and it took around 20+ mins for a pizza but once received, it was hot and tasty!

Had reservations for Christmas dinner but were told when we arrived they had lost our reservation and could not seat us because they were full even though at the time the restaurant had maybe 4 full tables. Also tried calling 15 mins later to let them know when we made the reservations but would not answer even when the front desk of the hotel tried forwarding our call

Ric's place is pretty good. It's a nice atmosphere inside and the service was friendly. The food quality was good as was portion size. A little expensive though. Lower the price a bit and it would have been a great experience.

Rude black lady. I was just gonna ask for help but refused to do so. I m not recommending anyone going there.

My husband and I came here to celebrate and use a gift certificate we recieved as a wedding gift last year. They refused to honor the gift certificate which was the biggest disappointment. Beyond that the food was not good, the service was lacking and the ambiance was that of a lonely, depressing hotel bar.

My husband was on a business trip and we came across this restaurant and thought we would give it a try. We came here twice during the trip. The food was absolutely prepared well and tasted very yummy. I ordered fish and it was cooked to perfection - cooked throughout yet still moist and juicy inside. My husband ordered steak both times, and again it was cooked to exactly how he'd like it. A lot of restaurants we've been to over cook the steak, but Ric's Lounge & Grill nailed it both times. The service was awesome. The manager was very warm and friendly. The server (Amanda) was very polite, attentive and thoughtful. We would come here again next time we visit the city. Good job!

Certainly a spot worth trying, the food is great and fresh, the rates are fair and it is constantly clean here. 5 stars.

I have eaten here numerous times and I don't know why, sometimes the service is good others it's non existent, the food is garbage, cheap quality, the menu boast of this great quality, I would bet they use none of what is written, their burgers are stuff with fillers, steaks undersized, overall brutal food quality.

Vast selection of drinks - of wine and whiskey in particular as well as cocktails. But they are a bit pricey on some selections including beer. Very clean. Never had issues with staffing, pleasant and knowledgeable. Many happy returns!

The wait-staff was well attentive. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean, with great music playing.

I had the clam chowder cup to start. It was a bit bland (couldn't actually taste any clam,) and as thick as water. Wouldn't recommend it if you love chowder.

My main meal was the Kobe beef burger, with a caesar salad. The salad was fine, but not great. The burger though. All kinds of phenomenal. I would come back for the burger and simply choose a different side.

The husband had the short rib sandwich, which was also awesome. He thought the caesar salad was fine too.

Went down to go eat by myself at 7pm, and was asked to come back later since they were too busy.
I stay at the 4Points regularly, and have noted that Ric s grill service is degrading rapidly.
Food has been served overdone, or wrong orders delivered, have to catch servers attention in order to order food and drinks and now this!!

Great experience! Had Andrew as our server tonight. You can really tell he cares about his job and providing good service. Big thanks for making our experience good.

Food was very good, but high priced and the service was inconsistent

Great lunch deal. Lunch menu consist of many 12 dollar items and pretty good quality food. Service was quick and friendly.
Went as relatively large group but there was no mandatory gratuity.

Our waiter was funny guy. Food was good. Dessert was fantastic
