Nice location for lunch near forest. Great freshly made meals for young kids, adult and elderly people. On-site playground for kids with petting zoo. The environment surrounding the establishment is perfect for walking trips. I would recommend this place.

Coffee and cake, which we were served in the restaurant. By the way, outside on the terrace it was also busy, despite the fresh wind. Close by was the entrance for a dune walk to the beach of Castricum. You had to have a dune card for that. Unfortunately there was no time for that because we went on by bus to elsewhere.
You can enjoy yourself there and very friendly staff!
A great excursion destination by bike for families with animals and playground. Be sure to combine it with a visit to the Bezoekerzentrum!

I always enjoy going to Johanna's court. A restaurant with luxury where you can go with the whole family.
On 22 May 1991, our parents were married for 50 years, as well as their 25-year marriage in 1966, they wanted to celebrate that at Johanna's Hof in Bakkum. The inner garden offered the opportunity to have an intimate party with a wide circle of family and acquaintances! The original video recording recently appeared on two one-hour DVDs. Looking back at these pictures, it is seen how smooth, cozy and familiar "Johanna's Hof" is .... and it was, and in spite of the passing of time "will always remain" and not only in our memory, but also in our hearts !
Our parents are no longer there, but settle on the terrace ....... Or use a nice (strong) cup of coffee, a light lunch or meal in the familiar atmosphere of the restaurant ........ .
"Come, let's just go to Bakkum ........" ...... I don't give a figure, that detracts from what I wrote above, but recommending is so obvious that both thumbs going up for our "Johanna's Hof" .............. in the past, now and in the future ........

A side salad for 2 people. The dressing was stretched with plenty of water. The meat wasn't through and the only thing that was saturated was like peanut sauce. Not recommended
Nice place for lunch and high tea, although I thought it strange that they served sweets first followed by savory. It is often crowded with families, especially on nice weather days on holidays and weekends. They have some separate rooms that can be reserved by larger groups to be secluded from the crowd.
Very nice atmosphere, the pancakes are delicious too :-)
The wait staff is friendly and welcoming. The coffee is weak and not the right strength. The interior is old-fashioned.
Large terrace, play equipment for the kids. Food was more than adequate. Very friendly staff. A bit pricey, that's not necessary.
The Easter buffet was the biggest cinema ever !! Optics, food, staff and location are hard to top for such a brunch.

Today we walked through the forest and dunes. Despite some rain, I enjoyed a cup of coffee and a sandwich under the awning. I can heartily recommend the warm meat sandwich.

Cozy restaurant with a wide (gluten-free) range. When we indicated that one of us could not tolerate gluten, we also received an unopened can of powdered sugar and a new stopping bottle. The 'upgrade' to gluten-free is also affordable ( 1.75 per dish). We will come back for sure.

After a 10 km walk we thought we would drink coffee at Johanneshof.
However the waiter helped all the people who came after us and kept walking past us.

We had booked here more than 3 weeks in advance for our daughter's 3rd birthday and hoped for a nice lunch here at noon. Properly passed on for how many people we wanted to book and we asked the question when we had to give the correct number of people at the latest. It was said that 1 day in advance was fine. We finally passed on the correct number of people 2 days in advance, but it was said that this could not be changed. And that this had to be reported a week in advance. Very bad. Eventually we were able to arrange another pancake / pizza restaurant in Bergen last minute, which also looked much nicer and cozier inside and where you could walk into nature from the restaurant.

Nice pancake restaurant with a fairly extensive menu, salads and sandwiches are also available, the coffee has a very poor taste :( The terrace borders an enclosed meadow with animals, and there is also a playground. Across the street is the Hoep visitor center. Free parking Nice starting point of various walking routes through the forest to the beach.
A beautiful warm place to one day flex work, connect with your network and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. How nice a working day can sometimes be if your workplace is as beautiful as at Johanna's court

Very ordinary. Little choice. Good at the price.
Tables are 1.5 meters apart, but the service just comes to serve at the table. I have no problem with it, but it is all a sham.
Store here for lunch and ordered pancakes in different flavours, with syrup\sugar, a "disco" pancake with Smarties, a goat cheese \ honey and one with hummus and tomato and rocket. All were good, large portions and very tasty.
Hoegarden alcohol free be was very good to, as was the coffee.
Staff are super friendly, speak German, English and Dutch and were very attentive and helpful.
The location itself is also fantastic, outdoor seating and different rooms indoors.
Outside are some animals (chickens etc.) and there is also a very clean, fun children's play area.
Highly recommended
Johanna'shof a very good and beautiful Restaurant, we were invited 110 people volunteers from the Boogaerd at Johannes court. Cozy Pancakes I eat delicious with ginger, my friend Lies applesauce. Pfft full belly, together we serve coffee for 20 years in the old people's home. Greetings Maps.
