Really big store for the area where it is setup. Currently the place is not too much crowded and one can easily get in and get out without being troubled and get the stuff they desire. Once the nearby tower's are constructed fully and residents start moving in, this may get crowded.
Nice alternative to Dmart in panvel with good options to choose from. Staff is bit lazy, counters are not always fully operational.

Great place to shop, prices and offers are good. Less crowd at counters and huge parking space available. Overall very good.

Newly opened Store at a very good location. A major junction of Mumbai-Pune/goa Highway. Also a place of new township from Marathon and Sai developers. Spread across in the ground level it has all things available from groceries to vegetables, fast food items, cosmetics, dresses, bags luggage's etc.

Need more changes in service comparatively with D mart service and price.

Good place for complete grocery shopping. Almost discount available on every product.

Better option for day today need in near by store at Palaspe phata Panvel.

Average Not More Range of variety in clothes, good for grocery items

Less people at cash counter , always problem at billing counter with server ....after billing necessary to check your bill .......most of time offer items are not updated in there server and u get charge more .......caught by me twice on spot

They can't compete with dmart. As they shows different price n charging different price.
Very cheap strategy

Pros:
1. This area is rural area.. Departmental store here is like nothing else needed.
2. Low pricing.
3. Small ques for payments.
4. Store manager details mentioned at entry.. Otherwise DMart & Bigbazaar manager hides themselves so that no customer can contact them..
Cons:
1. Fruits and vegetables are not fresh.
2. Poor heigein.
3. Old/near expiry products.
4. Almost no on floor support staff.
5. People park vehicles in front of gate so getting inside or outside is risky.
6. No non veg items like eggs.

Good experience. Nice place. Good parking area. Money saving

Aaj aisa laga ke reliance smart duniya ka sabse kharab service dene walo me se ek hai, shame on you Ambani
Agar Mai regular customer hu aur store andar chalu tha lekin muze bataya gaya ki close huwa hai lekin billing chal raha hai last year se regular hu

Form panvel railway station its approx 4 km on old mumbai - pune highway.
No queue for payment compared to panvel d-mart and big bazaar.

Not all things are available and way costlier than D-Mart

Not as big and extensive as the Mumbai city Reliance stores but it's great for this area

Only available supermarket at Panvel. It has lot of items in stock.

It's the best place to buy groceries,cutlery and many other things that too at cheap price so I would suggest everyone to go there

Reliance mart is located at palaspe phata. It is best for grocerie shopping..parking space is very good. You will get here all house hold items.

Opened just 2 Months back.Near Palaspe phata on Mumbai Pune Highway.G+2 floor.Only G floor is operational with Grocery Clothes,Kitchen wares & Luggage section. Ample space between two rows so that you will never have to brush with others during movement. Very spacious.Great offers going on.In future they have planning to may be open Reliance digital etc in the upper floors.Very spacious with operational AC.Parking space is sufficient. Wash room available. All the time some or the other offer goes on.

They are maintaining social distancing and all other norms.

Very very bad experience u can call these people as fraud on 15 th aug there was a sale in which they were giving buy one and get one free but in the billl they were charging for the free items also after coming to house I checked and I had been charged for everything nothing was free like me many people are cheated shame on ul for such cheap publicity and for bluffing customers

All the big things should be found on the terrace of Dmart.

Overall good. But the offer of sugar @9/kg is bit misleading...as we get only 1 kg of sugar for 9 rs. for every 1499 rs. we spent. Similarly for onion and potato offers

Most of the things are already opened instode the package :(

Nice n cheap shopping but beware of expired products, did inform the seniors of some products which had already expired having reliance branding

Good Place, But billing is very Slow. Sorry to comment, but People expect that The management Team, Ground Staff Needs to be updated to the standard of at least D'Mart.

Nice ample parking, good response from staff, nice store. Good timings 7 am to 10 pm.

Pathetic promotion, yesterday was the second time in the last few months that they denied to give the promoted offer saying its closed, they attract people by showing promotions and then dont give it saying the offer has expired, we wasted 30 minutes at the store.
