My girlfriend and I went for pedicures with Clara and not only did we have a great experience with her but our pedicures came out great and our feet were so soft . It was nice couple hours spent with her and she did everything she could to keep us relaxed and content. We will be back for sure !!
I have been to Rejuvn8 twice. Each time has been a wonderful experience. I go to Ryan for dermal fillers. He is trustworthy, attentive and talented. The whole process is stress free from start to finish. Ryan is very dedicated to his work and it shows. He also takes time to follow-up after appointments and make sure the client is satisfied and everything is going well.
Cindy helped me to correct a very bad coloring job I had received from someone else. She was quite fabulous - very competent and professional, and completely remedied my situation. She really knows her stuff. Wonderful personality. Well done Cindy, well done, and thank you.
Wonderful staff! Everyone there is super nice and knowledgeable in what they re doing. Highly recommend if you are looking to feel refreshed and treat yourself.
I went for a brazilian wax a couple of months ago and was expecting it to be very high end and nice. It was very nice and clean there I will say, and most the staff was very nice, even the waxer Gina Marie or something like that. She did a terrible job though. She did the wax so fast and did not have me move my legs or hold so I was wondering how she was even getting all the hair, well she didn't so I guess that answered my question. There was multiple large patches, now I understand getting ALL hair is not possible but it should be mostly gone when getting a wax but this was not the case. I also found it pretty ridiculous that they charge extra to go up the backside (butt) isn't that what a brazilian is? A front to back wax. She didn't even get most of the hair back there either! Like I said she was very nice and professional just did not do a good job at the brazilian wax and I would not suggest going to her for that service. I found a great waxer named Alissa at a touch above, cheaper too!
I went for a lip filler and was created with such kindness! Best service I have ever received! Ryan was amazing! He is very professional and made me feel very comfortable about the procedure. He explained everything step by step. I will definitely be making a return in the future!
I've been here twice - once for a massage and once for a mani/pedi. The for the mani/pedi: They had no slippers for my feet so I had to walk around barefoot after the pedi (to the mani table). There were no yoga blocks for the pedicure so I had to hold my leg in the air by myself for ten minutes at a time. That was a workout for me, and I know my mom wouldn't have been able to do it. They have no dryers (!) so when your hands are done you can either blow on your nails with your mouth or sit and wait for them to air dry. For the mani they sit you on a short, uncomfortable bench and pull the table away from you so you're leaning outward and hurting your back. Also, they don't take your payment until afterward, so your nails (which aren't fully dry because there's no dryer) get ruined trying to get into your wallet.
Re the massage: it was a combo sauna/massage experience and they offered a threadbare robe with someone else's hair on it. They expect you to wait in the sauna until your masseuse is ready. I ended up calling the front desk from my cell phone to ask what was going on. I was escorted to an open area where I had to wait and everyone was dressed except for me (I don't mind wearing a robe if we're all in a spa, but this was just weird). And I was carrying my wet boots, clothes, and purse with me while trying to stay covered in my very short robe. When they were finally ready for the massage I had to ask for help carrying everything into the room. Just not a great experience.The massage was okay but it was too light and she never asked if the pressure was okay.
Also, if you at all need to hold onto a railing down the stairs, DON'T USE THEIR STAIRS. The railing is not properly installed. If you are holding onto it while going down, at one point it sits flush against an overhang and you will jam your fingers between the railing and the overhang and hurt yourself. They do have an elevator, so definitely ask to use that.
Also, twice there was no one at the front desk (reception) and I had to yell loudly to get someone to come to the front (no one could hear over the hair dryers).
Will not be going back and I recommend you don't, either!
I have had a gift certificate for a spa package from here for almost six months now, and I have yet to be able to use it - even partially despite several attempts at making a convenient appointment time. If you're looking for same-day or even same-week service when you want to book an appointment, this place is not for you.
I suppose that could mean one of two things: 1.) They're that awesome and their existing clientele is that loyal and in need of that many time-consuming, frequent services that they're simply too in-demand to accommodate a working mother's (sometimes last minute shot in the dark, but with 100% openness to be agreeable to whatever can be done) availability , or
2.) They're not willing to go the extra mile for the aforementioned majority of non-regularly-recurring spa patrons who are just looking to be pampered for a short time (and who tip generously!) before returning to their real life which does not include any planned-in-advance free time and set-aside allowances necessary to make an appointment a week or more in advance, yet they're more than willing to take your money in exchange for a gift certificate that will likely expire before any mutually accepted appointment can be booked.
If I ever get the opportunity to use my gift certificate for what, in their brochure, looks to be an amazing and much needed spa rejuvenation experience, I will certainly update this review to include the details of actual services rendered!
UPDATE: It has been 2 1/2 years, and I still have yet to be able to enjoy my spa day.

Is anyone looking for a rejuvenation spa day package gift certificate for this Salon and Spa? I know someone getting rid of one real cheap! Hmu.
Extremely pleased. The facility is very clean, very flexible and professional. Not to mention knowledgeable. Ryan McCarthy is extremely informative, patient and talented. He is always trying to find out more information and provide options to all of his clients. His top focus really is his clients health and satisfaction. It s rare these days to find places that function with both quality AND safety being (equally) top priorities.
Plus he is personable not a robotic clinician. He takes the time to ensure understanding as well as leaves his clients feeling educated not overwhelmed with jargon.

Back here again. Brittany did it very carefully and professionally job for me! The pores on my face have become smaller, without any allergies, and the previous misunderstandings have been solved. Giving others a chance is also giving yourself a chance, right? I really like this place, looking forward to the facial results in three weeks, I will come back again
Rejuvn8 created a safe and comfortable salon atmosphere during this time of uncertainty. It is already a very clean place! But, things were changed and put in place to ensure everyone stays healthy. They are an example to the community!!! And...I have missed my Kat! Catherine is THE BEST!!! I m so glad I found her!!!!
I loved both masseuses I have seen here and would definitely go back.
