I bought a product through the Ponto Frio website and removed it from this unit. The lack of organization, communication and zeal for customers meant that the "fast withdraw" took about 40 minutes. Upon arriving at the store, the salesperson instructed me to wait for the service. The attendants, who were 4, were unable to organize themselves and had no service order.
