I come through this channel to demonstrate my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Casas Bahia unit Laranjeiras - Serra - ES. I bought a product through the Ponto Frio website and removed it from this unit. The lack of organization, communication and zeal for customers meant that the "fast withdraw" took about 40 minutes. Upon arriving at the store, the salesperson instructed me to wait for the service. The attendants, who were 4, were unable to organize themselves and had no service order. The consequence of this was: several salesmen arrived with demands and passed in front of me, several customers who arrived after me (I was the first in line) were served before me and I was the last to leave. In addition, my rotating parking lot had expired and I was at risk of getting a ticket. When I got my product, I went to the manager who did little to listen to me. He stayed on the phone and asked a salesman to answer me. I explained what happened and talked about the terrible and disorganized service and, in the end, the manager, who said he was on the phone, said: I apologize. That is, he was listening to everything. Because of these stressful events I come through this channel to demonstrate my dissatisfaction with the withdrawal of this product in this unit. We know the credibility of the Casas Bahia group and I believe that there is no interest on the part of the company in losing customers due to bad customer service that delay the customer's life and cause the company to lose sales.
