New owners have taken a Springfield establishment and ran it into the ground the pizzas not the same if its sad excuse to be compared with the barn tradition

One of my favorite spots to grab something to eat. excellent location, always clean, and excellent service. A must try!

Stopped in for a couple of pies for the 4th. Their buckeye pie was a big hit with my family; none left to take home. Very thick and rich and best served chilled. Also got a fresh strawberry pie. It was pretty good also.

It was very busy but got food in good time , it was very good Pizza.

Worst pizza I've ever had. 27.50 for a large deluxe of trash. And then 6.50 for a large over cooked fried mushrooms. Little ceasar 5.00 pizza is better. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

What a great restaurant! We are visiting in the area and saw that The Buckeye Barn has great reviews. My husband and I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a slice of the fresh strawberry pie and a slice of the buckeye pie. Everything was outstanding and great value!! The pizza was incredible - nice thin, but not too thin, crust and buttery, stringy cheese with zesty pepperoni. The pies were delicious and the service was fantastic, a real family place! Thank you for the great experience!!!

I had the most awful experience with this place yesterday. The lady who works there who has dark brown hair to her shoulders and curls it is the rudest and nastiest person. She made me feel like total carp for going in there and using a 20 dollar gift certificate. That was the only reason we ate there . We will never go back there. And the salads were not good and the chicken was over cooked. I miss the days when the barn was owned by Dave .he treated people so nicely and made people feel appreciated for stopping in there. So lady who made me feel awful, I hope someone treats you like that.

We drive 45 mins just for the wings and pizza! Best wings I ve ever had! Pizza is great too! And buy a slice of Buckeye pie to take home for later! It s amazing! Great restaurant all around! Highly recommend!

1. Customer service is an issue. I ordered pizzas. They made a mistake with one of the orders. I didn t realize until I had left. I called them. They said they d make a new pizza but to bring back the wrong one.

When I went through the drive through he wouldn t hand me the new pizza until I had given him the wrong one first because he needed to check it . Check what? He said to check we hadn t eaten any of it.

Of course we didn t eat any of it. Of course we brought it back whole. I waited while he checked it. Then he handed me my pizza. I left. Won t go back.

2. Pizza is overpriced. You pay over $20 for a plain cheese pizza that is not significantly better than pizza you can buy elsewhere for $9.99.

Loved this place, close to home so decided to try it for the first time, ordered pizza and was really really good, great flavor, great toppings, had tons of left overs, pizzas are really big. Nice clean environment, friendly helpful staff will definitely order more pizzas in the future. Give it a try.

Great little place, I was very impressed with the mini tacos, the potato wedges, and cole slaw my girlfriend and her daughter both loved everything. Thanks Buckeye Barn!

Been here a few times since they have reopened it's really good food. Not only the pizza but the chicken is amazing!!

Personally, I do not feel that the pizza is as good as it used to be, but it is still good. I miss the jukebox that used to be in the restaurant, also.

My cousin brought pizza over a few nights ago from Buckeye Barn and we loved it! So my sister and I were out and about yesterday and ordered the small delux pizza and ate in... we ve lived in Springfield now for a year and still hadn t found THE pizza until now! The crust is thin and yeasty the ingredients were fresh and the restaurant is clean and friendly! The small was more than enough and we took half of it home definitely a new go to place for us it s just delicious!

Meat and Cheese prices are pretty decent. Price on Pizza is a bit more than your chain restaurant, but its the best pie around!

Wish pizza crust was thicker , it was paper thin other then that it was great fresh food.

I won't be going to these other wing joints. And The Buckeye Barn pizza well its just the best I've had in a very long time.

First time there. Ordered 1/2 lb burger, fries and cole slaw. OMG! Burger was huge! But it was so good! Couldn't eat it all. Loved the cole slaw too! They have a Deli on one side and a small restaurant on the other..plus a drive thru. Going back to check out the deli, didn't have time. But 5 stars for the burger!
