With all understanding for constructive criticism, but it is a department store and not an oasis of wellbeing.
But one after anonther. Large parking lot, partly covered. Designated disabled parking spaces near the entrance.
Generous entrance area. Inside a more than extensive range in good assortment. The goods offered are in good quality according to the price range. Staff is decently helpful but friendly in conversation.
There is also not a very cheap gas station for the goods on offer.

the real Aachen in the Breslauer str., is the dirtiest, most unsorted, most unfriendly, most incompetent shop there is

the aisles lined up with some kind of pallets and containers
the shelves mostly empty
if you need information (about the product or where it is) you get snappy and non-technical information
You don't see anyone working there except chatting (also at the cash registers, so that everything is slowed down)

about 30 cash registers and only 4-5 open (at peak times)

From the outside, the parking lot and building were very uninviting

After 7 p.m., the meat and cheese counter is closed; fruit and vegetables are no longer refilled. Then what is the shop open until 10pm?

Grandism supermarket. You find practically everything

Large shopping center with petrol station. Real market with everything you need. Well assorted drinks market. However, everything was a bit old. Not really chic.

As the advertising says: once there - everything is included!
You can always find good functional clothing at a reasonable price here.

I visited the pharmacy in the evening. Very nice and friendly staff. Thank you for the effort.

Permanent low prices and checkout staff always try to speak French

Customer service insufficient, not recommended. Long waiting times, bad to no advice, unfriendly staff, lack of cleanliness, exchange of unwrapped electrical products allegedly excluded. I would never buy anything here again and can only advise everyone to visit this market.

Rich range of food and non food. Certain things are significantly cheaper than in Belgium.
The meat in service is also very tasty.
Have your payback card (comparable system such as Carrefour / Delhaize) scanned every time you visit so that you are entitled to coupons that you can print on the spot.

The store itself and shopping carts are somewhat outdated and definitely in need of refreshment, but for me personally it is absolutely no reason to go elsewhere.

I'm sorry. For me there are only 2 stars. 1 Because you get a lot of electronics there. 2 That it goes quickly at the checkout. Friendliness is not often used by the employees. Whoever you ask is always annoyed. Aus.frischfleisvh always tastes old and I always mean. Above all, you have to know that is my opinion.

2 months repair time for a television, a maximum of 4 to 6 weeks were specified. 3 times they promised to be called back, which never happened.

Just like true Dutchmen do the shopping at lower prices than the NL stunters. Care products alone make the trip worth while in Limburg. Make sure you have enough space, because you are going out again with a large supply. The outside stall with the fried chicken or "Eisbein" is recommended! Super tender and never had a dry chicken. Eisbein sandwich is great.

Bought a printer during the crisis. Very bad staff. First sold me a printer with two cartridges that needed four, so unusable. Then had to discuss the exchange. After the exchange, the cartridges were empty very quickly. When looking for a suitable replacement cartridge, no staff was able to provide advice. I also had the impression, or is that the existing staff are on the run from the customer or playing hide and seek.

Very Big grocery outlet in Aachen with numerous items you can think of ranging from household items, food, drinks, electronics, clothes and shoes. There are several restaurants within. A big parking lot and a petrol station are also available.

I liked this shop always. Everything that should be should be in place. The parking lot is also covered, which is important if, for example, you have an animal in the car during the summer.
