This place is such a great neighborhood store. It's small but mighty. It's chock full of great produce and all the basics you could need. They are also very accommodating to any special orders. I'd say the meat section is not their strength but you can find decent cuts for your basic needs. Customer service couldn't be any better. Great place.

Edwin Ramos shouldnt not be in a management position. He chooses to ignore customers that have a issue.

This Ralphs is the biggest I ever have gone to. They even have a place to sit and have a drink wine or beer. The service is the best and their deli really is so awesome. I shop Ralphs but in south Pasadena and it's not even half the size of the one I go to. Felt like I was on vacation. .and I lived here all my life at 70years old....will make it a point to stop more often when I go to the UCLA Medical center.

The most polite and awesome workers work at this place. Always being treated nice and very lovely setting as well

Newly renovated in 2015, big and clean. Parking is often a huge pain. But it's open 24/7.

This is the most amazing grocery store I've ever stepped into in the United States. It's a blend of Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and Target combined. They have a huge selection of ready made foods, including sushi, two huge hot buffets, salads, soups, sandwiches, burgers, yogurt, ice cream, and so much more! They have a huge selection of groceries, supplements, and house goods. There's even a bar in the back of the store! I wish I lived near there, because I won't shop anywhere else.

Love that it's conveniently there next to UCLA/apartments/dormitories. Parking is always available for me and it's 2 hour validation or something. I go here for the wide selection of foods, bakery, small snacks, or anything any other supermarket would have and more.

The staff was always very helpful. They had a great selection and prices for LA. I enjoyed going and getting fresh bread and cheese.

Excellent selection of groceries, but could have better Champagne options.

Really great except a one of the cheese ladies is always really rude to me for no reason. I cant ask her anything without getting a really short response or an "idk". She has green hair or something.
Otherwise everything else is great. All cashiers are always amazing and everyone at the deli is really cool and helpful. They make sandwiches so well.
Some of the people here leaving reviews are trash to be honest. Why dont we help the homeless instead of blaming them and complaining? Pretty ridiculous. Ive been going to this ralphs since i was a kid.

only used their pharmacy today and the service was 1st class as was the pricing.

That Ralphs is the best, you could fine everything you need

One of the biggest Ralphs I have ever seen! Comes with a sushi bar and fresh sushi to be eaten, a smoothie and juice bar, and a beer and wine bar! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love using the free Friday coupons for a free treat! The selection of produce and other products is great. Also, their bulk foods section has a lot to offer. Will miss this if I ever have to move! Plenty of parking in their lot and they're understanding about lost tickets with a receipt in hand :)

Excellent visit... I picked Gatorade regular but could not find the protein's one..

Homeless people eating out of the bulk food bins with their bare hands.

Too stringent with returns.

Made me go to another line with the manager to return some cheap products wasting the time of the people in that line and my time in meeting I could not get a credit on my purchase but instead I have to carry round of merchandise card till next time. Needless extra hassle.

This is the best Ralph's in Los Angeles. The store is big and has something for everyone. Love the beer and wine bar where you can buy anything in the market and eat it right here with a local craft beer or a select wine. Parking is also free!

Loved this store, excellent salads, smoothies. And the employees were wonderful. Even the security was so friendly.

Huge, deli and sushi bar. A grill . bakey. Which I haven't tried but deli was good and the sushi bar was decent. Don't forget to validate. I didn't have problems with parking

I'm usually in and out in minutes and they have everything I'm looking for, when I need it.

When in need, ralphs to the rescue. Westwood is pretty difficult place without a car. Thankfully ralphs offer all things a student need in walking distance from UCLA>

Besides having perhaps the largest product range of all So. Cal Ralphs stores, they've got a Great team of real butchers in the meat dept. Definitely "Full Service".

This was the biggest Ralphs Markets that I have ever seen. You can do your entire shopping here. They have small kitchen appliances, dishes, pots/pans, cutlery, elegant bath towels, glassware, bathroom accessories, UCLA folding chairs/blankets/ice chests/t-shirts/sweatshirts, a large bakery, a Huge, Huge, Alcohol selection with every type of wine, beer, & hard liquor you can think of. A Huge Dairy section with a wide variety of yogurts, readymade jello/pudding, biscuits, cheese. I could go on and on, but you can't appreciate this Ralph's Market unless you experience it for yourself. It's a Gigantic (Huge doesn't do justice & not too sure that Gigantic does either). There is a plethora of multiple items that you'd never imagine in a Market.

A nice grocery store near UCLA with free parking (need to be validated by cashier).

Actually a really nice Ralph's, with dish sets and kitchen accessories in addition to a fresh deli that serves meals.

This is a huge grocery store. The produce is some of the freshest I have ever seen- it gives the central market stores in texas a run for their money and they have ways to keep things interesting (i.e. apple of the month). It can get crowded at times with college students, however there are ample checkout lines that are adequately staffed so waiting to check out is never a problem. They always remind you to validate as well.

Great grocery store. Has most things one needs on a daily basis. Also has a great hot food section. Did not find a EU-US travel adapter here. Would have been nice if they kept that sort of thing.

Whole Foods is my crack. However, this particular location blows because of the stoned/self absorbed/cell phone blathering rich morons who won't get out of the way when other people are trying to shop. I never get as frustrated with people as I do when I visit this particular Whole Foods. Other than that, it's amazing!

I love this location they almost everything I'm like and need prices are fair at this location.

I go here often for all my groceries at UCLA. They have a really nice selection of everything you would need, and it's usually pretty quick

It's the best Ralphs in Los Angeles. Costco like size but great fresh fare with knowledgeable, friendly staff.

Had a great shop in Ralphs. Can certainly say I feel like a valued customer! Was assisted in getting some meat that I was unable to find on the shelves and was offered a delicious free sample. Said meat also was absolutely SCRUMMY so will definitely be returning for more. Sometimes the prices can be a bit more than other stores, like Costco for example, but you pay for quality and service, something you aren't promised in Costco. Will definitely be visiting again very shortly and doing my weekly shop here.

By far the best Ralphs thus far. This newly remodeled establishment features an amazing hot food bar/salad bar, a fresh sushi bar, Starbucks, gelato/ice cream parlor, a juice bar, a wine bar and many places for self check out. Not to mention all the great low prices Ralphs has to offer!

My absolute favorite hot food item is the tempura chicken. It's a perfectly breaded morsel deep fried to perfection. They also have really tasty sun dried tomato pasta with pesto located in the deli. Also the deli has some great and inexpensive cuts.

Service here is great and the lines are never too long. They also offer wine tasting on special days.

Overall great addition to Westwood.

This Ralph's has a nice set up... parking free for 2 hours with validation. I'll come back again. Not busy at 11ish am

An awesome awesome (and large) Ralph's "Fresh Fare" store. Fully stocked with an abundance of cooked, and gourmet choices. It is located right in the midst of the UCLA medical campus, directly across the street. This Ralphs features a cooked food fare area with self-service and purchase by the pound with a vast amount of choices. Also a quality hot and cold foods deli that is large.
The grocery section is large too, and the store is clean and orderly. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because no one was to be found in the bakery section. Hats off to Ralphs Westwood Village-UCLA!

Very spacious and features with a variety of products and it is very in front of UCLA.

Huge store, funky layout after they took over the Best Buy next door and expanded. But a ton of items and a great craft beer selection.

It's big with lots of high end as well as student items. Good sushi bar as well as a decent prepared food bar and salad bar.... they fry your fish for free when you buy it there. Oh yea, did I mention there is a bar inside the supermarket!

Awesome store, huge selection. Even has a bar for drinks and another bar where they make smoothies inside. Wine selection is big and they have liquor for sale.

Big Ralph's, lots of selections! It gets crowded since students and employees come here during weekday lunch. They have deli food, sushi, Starbucks, tables and chairs, self check outs, 2hr validated parking, and there's 2 entrances.

This store is HUGE. What I like about it is salad bar and hot food, which you can purchase by weight. There is a sitting area both inside and outside the store.

I tried, Ralph, I really did.
At the end I explain why I would otherwise give this store a 5-star rating.
Like I said, I tried, Ralph, I gave you every chance to tell me you'd take care of it. I called. I let the phone ring on 5 separate occasions for a total ring-time of 21:20, according to my phone. I'm patient.
At about noon today, we were shopping there for the first time. The Bolthouse Salad dressing was empty in the produce/chilled section. I went to ask an employee and the one I saw, was wrist-deep in a bag of grapes. He brought out a handful and popped them in. Ugh. He proceeded to do this with EVERY. SINGLE. BAG. that he shelved. 4, 5, 6. My wife stood watching with me.
I needed salad dressing so I walked up to him (I noticed no name tag or I'd be happy to pass that along, but it should be easy to find...) and he had to finish chewing before he answered me. He gave me the info I needed (which was incorrect) and went wrist-deep in the next bag, totally unbothered.
Why it's a 5. Other than Grapeman, the store was clean, large, wide aisles, well-stocked, lots of samples, good service - other than the front desk having trouble answering phones. The meat is well stocked, overall, good - but, man, just stop eating the grapes.
