Radisson MBD Review

It's OK. I could do without the frequent power cuts. Seems like a hotel in this price range could have a decent generator.

Everything you'd expect from a hotel like Raddison. The staff is extremely polite and more importantly, very accommodating for special requests.

The welcome was warm and good. The ambience was great. The place was organised so well that it felt awesome.

There was a propfest going on.. from reception to the hall the whole ambience is nice ..but arrangements were average by the hotel staff..

100 satification service is provided. this luxery hotel is located nearby DLF mall whch is new and the biggist shopping place of Noida. The hotel is in 3 minutes far distance by walk from the mall. All staffs are trained for mindful touching service. breakfast is accesable by western and asian business travellers with ease.

I stayed at the Radisson Blu in Sector 18. I was terribly indisposed when I arrived at the hotel. The hotel staff were extremely kind to me, arranged a fruit basket and juices at my room at the wink of an eye. They kept checking on me once an hour to enquire about my health condition. They also surprised me with some goodies at my room with a "Get Well Soon" message. Overall, it felt like a family. Amrita, the housekeeping Executive and her team Pritam and Rahul have been so compassionate and I have no words to thank them. In addition the cleanliness of the room and the amenities provided are top class. I would recommend this hotel and especially this team of young professionals to anyone that wants to stay around Noida. Thank You guys, truly satisfied !

Lovely and prodigious place to hangout with family and closed ones

The hotel promised that they are at 3rd phase of renovation I.e. moving furniture during day time. Our client who work in evening had the most horrible experience at this place. They still drilling the place early in the morning. One can't sleep with that noise in the background. The hotel has spurred lot of money to renovate but go and see ... It seems that they hired someone to renovate and then replaced the guy with another....

Food is killing expensive and not all that special.

I just love this place. Cool to hang out. Wonderful hospitality, polite staff ready to help you out, sumptuous and delicious food that surprises you wonderfully on every visit. Ambience is good and the rooms are comfortable. Being situated strategically, every happening place is just 5 minutes away.

It's a big thing for travelers that you can safely eat and drink without worrying about getting the Delhi Belly. You get fresh huice and fruits for breakfast buffet. Even filtered water at ground floor restaurant was fine. They also give you better bottled water in your room as much as needed. I could tell house keeping folks really cared about their job. Pankaj helped me with getting a car to airport when hotel's all booked. I was really grateful. Noted. I can't say the same about front desk folks. At least one person (extremely tall guy, sorry didn't get his name) was borderline rude and condesceding. But I guess i am ignorning his sub par service while giving everyone else five stars.

Too much construction noise. Poor staff at reception and booking office. Avoid at all cost.

The staff actions are cheap, I want to talk to the party, I do not want to go to school, I do not want to go to the party, I do not want to go to the party ... (but ur hotel only send me mail, etc.mat krna ki kya ur kb baat hai ..bs apne un experienced staff Ko dekho ....)

The 24 hour cafe is such a blessing when you
need a bite at the end of a long day ! Renewed decor, quiet efficiency and a fine menu was a fabulous closing of a long and
tiring day . Go there when you need some pampering !!

Visited here on New Year eve... The ambience etc. was very good... but for a hotel of that status, the service was extremely poor (so what if it was New year) considering they were charging a fair amount for the booking.

Food is good....ambience is fantastic....nice precautions towards covid.

Food was really good and services too. I enjoyed my dinner there. Would recommend.

The place in itself is just sufficiently good but nearby atta market makes it a comfortable stay!!

I had a lunch organized by my company and impressed by the royalty and the ambience. Although I have not found anything extra ordinary in terms of food. Service can be much better and we have not told the complete menu by the staff. Chicken was so chewy and hard. Lamb was good and sweets as well.

don't know about the hotel facilities actually... o actually got married there. so had an experience over the banquet hall (at the ground floor).
they are just proud that they have a brand tag. (might be difficult to get the job there for them).
the guy set the deal disappeared during the event. and the guy (incharge) who was available was ridiculously rude. a five star i guess known for service. but they refused room service also. tried to increase the plate number count. refused to start the buffet before groom comes (not ok for Indian marriages)
coming to food... those were cold and hard from the beginning. being the bridge and all... i got to have food at the beginning and at the end.... both times the food was dead cold.
they didn't even switched on all the lights.

Its a beautiful hotel, located in the heart of Noida.. They serve delicious food..
