Worst experience for our entire team of doctors and staff here at Radisson Blu Greater Noida. After hearing all the applauses from medical fraternity around the country regarding its services, it is here not even upto 5% of the service they should offer . Really feeling very bad to give such negative comment but its truly disheartening for all corona fighters

The location was awesome ,also the service was great. The staff that we encountered their were very helpful and generous.

Service was good.room is spacious very neat and clean. All the staff was very polite always ready to help. Special thanks to DALEEP JI who helped lot during checkout .

It is a good property but breakfast need more improvements and dishes but lunch and dinner is VERY good

THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL - It is maybe a 3 star! While the staff is friendly and very sweet the hotel itself is not up to 5 star hotel standards. When I arrived at the hotel, the lift was covered in rubbish - When stepping inside my business suite there was empty sugar packs and tea packets left on the counter, some rubbish on the floor of the bathroom, stains on the towels and linen and it looked like the room had never been vacuumed! I also have the Spa a try which was terrible - The rooms had no peaceful music, while trying to relax all I could hear was water from a toilet running and the ticking sound from a massive clock. My massage was supposed to be 45 minutes long but it came to an abrupt end after 30 minutes! When it was time to pay, the person who accepted the payments was not there so I had to sit and wait - After a while I got irritated and just left telling them to charge the massage to my room! I have stayed at many 5 star hotels and this is most definitely not a 5 star hotel! They should not be allowed to say it is!

Not a five star hotel. Has very small rooms and suites are not even suites. It's like a 3 star hotel with limited services. I would recommend to stay at Crowne Plaza Greater Noida hotel which is a luxurious 5 star hotel and you can get all the services.

Been there for Team building in there business Lounge on top floor, furniture was put together Badly and very limited starters served for vegetarians, Though buffet server on ground floor dinning area was really good.

Your plan to visit india expo mart this is the ideal hotel to stay

They go extra length to make sure you're comfortable. Great value for money. However I think the restaurant menu should be more diverse since they have customers from around the world

a dirty and old hotel far from the center, nothing around it, the location of the hotels near the airport is good

It was a wonderful experience staying at this luxurious ambience. Rajeev and Bhuvnesh, on the front desk were very humble and helpful, both went out of their way to help me out if I needed any help.

Nilisha, Priyanka and all other staff are very helpful. The hotel comfort, location, food and everything are excellent. Will visit again.

Loved the clean hotel and the excellent staff! Especially Daleep who was so friendly and helpful with our bags and answering all our travel questions. We even extended our stay here - loved this hotel, felt like home coming back from our sightseeing and shopping.

We landed up in Radisson Blu for dinner on our son's birthday eve. The duty manager on reception was courteous enough to come to us and convince us to try out SILK- their Thai & Chinese restaurant for dinner. He escorted us up to the restaurant on Level 1 and make us comfortable there and also informed the restaurant manager about us. I was impressed by this staff behavior and also by the overall ambiance. We had a fine dining experience at Silk. There are business center, banquets, restaurants, bars, a spa and all other amenities found in a star property. They have some 175 suites/rooms in this property and learnt that it was running at 90-95% occupancy. I would certainly try spa and their multi-cuisine restaurant CROSS AVENUE in other visits

Fair facilities, negligent and unhygienic food preparation.

Food was good, attended birthday party, hall sizes are big, enough to accomodate small to big gathering. Bakery shop inside the hotel having variety of choices.

The rooms were very spacious and the lobby was clean. It was too chilled inside, that means the AC was working properly. Food and services were also good. I was very oblidged in the restaurant.

This was my first time here and I am very pleased with the hotel, the amenities and the personal attention and top notch service provided by associates such as Nilisha, Suraj, Samruti and others. Would Fully recommend it
