Lovely hotel, beautiful setting, exceptional service
great place for families and golf lovers, good service and facilities with great quality!
only a water repair in the rooms, not included in the price, due to the price of each room could have free water, bad option!
The hotel is an expensive 4.5 star hotel not close to the center and a little disappointed in relation to we requested a certain room and we did not get asked for a double bed we got 2 single promised to change to the next day and was not done.
The Villas are dirty and broken, there s no room service, no attention to detail. Might have been neat little places 10-15 years ago, but right now it s more of a 3* bungalow than a 5* villa.
The pool space is excellent and very pleasant with views of the Golf and lake. The very friendly and available staff. I don't know the rooms of the hoyel but the Casa da Vila is very good, spacious, with lots of natural light and outside space. Really nice.
Perhaps one of the most emblematic hotels of the Navy farmhouse. Infinity pool overlooking the golf lawns. Good space, just needing a few touches over the years.
Hotel and food are excellent, the buffet proposes a large choice of different meals. Rooms are fine and the location is ok.
Great hotel for golfers. Good environment good staff great food
Very good hotel in every way. Spectacular for golf lovers. In a beautiful environment.
Great hotel for resting your body and mind. Good, calm environment, excellent facilities. Pricey.
A hotel where the service is impeccable, the perfect environment next to everything and the best breakfast in all of Portugal
What a beautiful hotel. What a beautiful city. The golf course is very well structured. The food is fantastic. The service is very efficient and attentive. Congratulations.
Rest and tranquility. We stayed in a villa. Spacious and with everything necessary. Tranquility assured. Justito breakfast but enough. I missed orange juice. Parking. I would repeat.
A good hotel in general but definetely not a 5 star hotel! good points: the view on the lake, big hall and spaces, kind staff, clean room. Negative points: spa was closed (they didn't inform us prior to our arrival), wifi did not work properly and that was really disapponting, breakfast wasn't that good considering the 5 stars (always a queue and the food was nothing special and always the same every day), in the room they didn't replace our amenities, glasses and water. We had also a really bad experience since they were totally rebuilding the room above us using the drill all day long... this is not acceptable when you want to relax and you are on vacation!
Local architecture, immersed in the vegetation on a warm and calm human scale. The Spa deserves to linger for a delicious massage. Close to the golf courses with free shuttle.
Excellent value for money, very helpful staff and somewhat old-fashioned but good rooms. Very nice indoor pool. Great outdoor space. Garage at no additional cost.
Rooms somewhat past. Mediocre breakfast Very little tranquility. The small pool and full of people. Children and not so children playing the ball between the deckchairs, and throwing dresses to the pool. It is not a 5 star. It is not even the shadow of what it was. It is not my first visit but the last one.
The location is lovely and the staff really friendly. The rooms are nice but slightly dated now however very clean and the beds are amazingly comfy. Food is also good.
Nice resort, clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. Good for a relaxing getaway
Super friendly polite people excellent service and great conditions on all levels.
Peaceful location with decent rooms. One of the best buffet breakfasts in the area.
Another resort in a place of excellence but that shows unforgivable signs of degradation in a unit of this class
Relaxing atmosphere, especially the part of the pool, with a beatiful view ...
The food was terrible. Maids didn't leave clean glasses in room.
Otimo hotel
Um atendimento fantastico.
Great location and very good golf course. Villa's a bit basic but clean
Excellent hotel, friendly staff, friendly and attentive, very discreet room service, quality breakfast and ample, view of the golf course. I highly recommend the place. Only downside, it is a pity that the restaurant on site is not open, which requires us to get out the car to go to dinner.
It's very beautiful , clean , absolutely friendly staff . Interior exterior swimming pools , kids play room ,complete balanced breakfast and so much more . I loved every moment I passed there . I'd love to come back !
We expected more from this 5 star hotel. Hotel is somewhat outdated and not optimally maintained. Here and there you see things that need replacing. In our bathroom the sink was clogged and there was an awkward toilet brush. At the swimming pool, they allow everyone to put their towel on the sun loungers in the morning, which means that there are no more available places, but many empty places throughout the day. Poolside restaurant is definitely on the expensive side for Portuguese standards. Breakfast was very good and staff were friendly. There is a golf course attached to the hotel, but since we do not play golf we have not used it. Despite some comments, this is certainly not a bad hotel, but it doesn't feel like a 5 star hotel. During our transit in Portugal we stayed in several hotels with fewer stars, which we feel scored better than this hotel.
Great new year. A good stay. Impeccable staff. 5 stars
Nice hotel located hotel, with adjacent golf course. Excellent rooms and customer-friendly staff. Plenty of parking space in the underground garage. An hour's drive from Lisbon and a 10-minute drive from Cascais. Cozy and tourist town.
Super friendly staff
Spectacular buffet
Large rooms
A paradise on Earth! Unparalleled kindness of staff and environment of choice !!!
Spacious rooms, very good breakfast. Gymnasium is very small and no dumbells or other lifting equipment, only running machines. No children activities or amenities.
The resort was ok and the outdoor pool was very nice. However, I did get the distinct impression that I was treated differently than the native Portuguese guests. This was especially evident in the restaurants, where there was a greater language barrier and the service was lacking.
If you are staying in the Marinha area, I would strongly recommend the Sheraton that is located in close proximity. The Sheraton has much nicer rooms, well trained staff, and high quality customer service.
Overall, I would compare this to a 3 or 3 1/2 star resort in the United States. Not bad, but certainly not a 5 star resort.
Loved it, it was a spectacular weekend, excellent hotel
A beautiful hotel and resort perfect for hosting all types of events and ocassions, the scenery and peaceful ambience the particular highlight. Despite the positives the service is awful. It seems there's always only one person at the bar nearest to the pool which is extremely inconvenient if you'd like to order food. The lack of staff on-site for assistance and the fact it can take a while for your room to be prepared if checking in during the day really disappointed us.
Great course. The weather wasn't great but that can't be helped!
Very good! All perfect and a divine vegan lunch! To repeat :)
Clean hotel located on the golf course, you shouldn't go to bed early as a pianist until late.
The darkest point is the service, very very long! And if you want to drink a kf in the morning at the bar, it's more than complicated, no one to serve (ghost bar).
Staff available despite many new ones who forget the basics of catering.
Located in very good and quiet location, located in a golf area.
Very good service.
In Cascais, of course.
Pleasant, but for the amount paid, it could be a lot better
