Food is great service is a little slow could use some improvement

Wilson is half way between my mother and I so I randomly chose this based off google maps and I couldn't be happier! Great food, a huge selection of draft beer and a great atmosphere with quick service. I will definitely be going back and bringing more friends along with me!

Was there friday for lunch for 1st time,sat at the bar and service was excellent didn't have to wait for a drink at all,bartender was fantastic and food was delicious,def be going back....

Food was good and the place is pretty snazzy. It was pretty busy so everything was backed up but that's probably because it's a popular and really great place.

Fun place always lively and a fantastic selection of beer and pub food. Looks like the local Center for fun. Trivia, live music and bar tenders who know how to handle your sarcastic bullsh*t.

Solid spot to catch some live music. Went in to check out Boozetown play (would definitely recommend them too) and the whole experience was great. The music was awesome, and the service was fast and friendly. The bar was nearly full for most of Boozetown's set but my party and I never waited more than 5 minutes for a pint. Looking forward to trying the food next time.

Was by far the worst most overpriced establishment I've ever been too. If I could give this zero stars I would. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money.

Very bad service: had to look for the waitress to take our order and then, an hour later, had to go ask about where our food was. The meals were nothing special, just ok. Never going back and would not recommend.

Cool place with lots of sports on tv! Big beer tap options, will be back for sure. Was there for a quick lunch. My taco salad was ok, but the fish tacos were huge and good.

Pub Fiction is the BEST restaurant that I have ever gone to, in my life. The food is amazing - it's evenly cooked through, the spiciness is perfectly made for each dish (provided you say your spice level). The presentation is VERY appealing, and there are a bunch of options/flexibility.
The environment is comforting. It's all kept very clean, and warm/cool enough for the current season. The music is great, and it's a mix of old and new music.
The service is FANTASTIC. Our waitress (a gal with pinky/purpley hair) was really kind and funny. She did her best to keep us happy during the wait for our food. She was very sociable and helpful.
The wait that you see people complain about is warranted. The food that's served here is made all in house, so it takes time to cook and perfect. The wait is WELL WORTH IT.
So all in all, everything is amazing. 5/5 all over.

Love the bar I don't know why they're using Dominican rum for rail it's terrible rum and sell Bacardi as a premium there's better runs out there we're in Canada

Went there during lunch time. Only about 6-8 people in the restaurant. The service was horrible. We ordered food and didn't get the app till 45 minutes later!! The food was disgusting.
Over priced garbage. Never again!! Told all my friends.

Great staff, band last night was awesome, busy place. Long waits and had to move to a different table due to it being do busy.

Overall a nice looking place. As far as being a sports bar, they're terrible. Came to watch the 2015 Stanley Cup playoffs on two occasions and ended up watching Coronation Street instead of the Flames game.. Not to mention the rude old waitress/hostess that seated us.

Went for Wednesday wing night. The wings were mediocre. Nice setup, large booths, and clean bathrooms. But, service wasn't great, table wasn't cleaned.

I was there for a birthday party and the venue was fantastic! Excellent service, great food and great entertainment! I will go back for sure!

Went in on a Monday because of promo for kids eat free, as well as buy 1 main, get the 2nd half price. When we entered, around dinner time, it was a seat yourself time. Problem is, the servers aren t walking through the restaurant, and only standing at the bar. Took a good 10 minutes before someone noticed us. Tried ordering the meatloaf, only to be told they didn t have any (haven t even hit the dinner rush yet) Re-ordered for an item they did have. Meals come, all the fries for the 4 orders are cold and old. Kids pasta was the only thing hot. Portion size of the pasta was a joke, smallest kids size of anything I ve ever seen. Next to no pasta, but throw a mountain size portion of fries on the plate with it. New fries and poutine finally come, by this point we ve finished our sandwich s with no fries. Kids meal comes with ice cream, which was melted by the time it hit the table. Slow with getting drink refills. Bill finally comes, and no promo pricing on the bill. Server has to go back, and change the bill, which takes another 10 minutes. Overall not in a hurry to return for dinner. They look like they would be a great bar to grab a drink from their extensive beer selection and sit on the patio. Also to note, for the regular menu, not a single pasta dish, but they show one on their website.

Worst "bar" in ancaster by far. Over priced. Horrible food. Horrible service and the owner is a absolute tool.

Decent place. Not what I expected. Thought it was more of a pub. They have a stage for live music. Menu selection is nice and simple.

Menu limited but delicious, price about what you'd expect.

Had the Buffalo Wings. Not bad. Service was good. Company enjoyed their dishes. I recall them liking fish and chips and burgers.

Great, friendly staff, very prompt with greeting you. Service and food are excellent. Highly recommended!
