At the reception no one knows anything, only praised paid visits. The child has to wait for rehabilitation 2 years or pay for expensive meetings, because you are doing a doctorate. The office is empty and the toys are better not to take children because that's not why they are here. No ultrasound, no x-ray, we have not done any diagnostics. Laughter worth such treatment. Similarly to the ophthalmologist, there is no equipment, just as there is no comprehensive and no care in this place.
Unfortunately, the place is at a very low level, which means that there are up to 6 children in the room during rehabilitation. Staff turnover is huge. This place cannot be reached! The clinic is an absolute misunderstanding. I am disappointed with the foundation because the money can be seen.

I understand an epidemic and anything can happen, but a well-managed clinic should not leave patients in the ice, after all, you can arrange a replacement (there are certainly more people in Wroc aw who are able to carry out the test), you can at least postpone the visit so that there are some specific details because, unfortunately, the information to call in 3 weeks and make an appointment for a test, which you will probably have to wait a month for, is not serious on your part. If a ray of sunshine is not able to carry out the research, it could at least send information where it can be done, because unfortunately the proposed waiting lottery is not the solution.

The neurologist (Mrs. Marzena A-C.) Was very rude towards me. First, she jumped at me that I was not going in, but waiting outside the office. Only after the previous person left, I saw him fill in something else on the computer, and then I heard him talking on the phone, so I didn't want to disturb. Besides, I thought that the virus had to disinfect something. Anyway, the next person went out into the corridor and invited him inside. She said that because of me she would be delayed (it is interesting that during my visit she still had time to answer the phone, and when the child was ready for the test, she looked through something on her mobile phone). She tried to convince me that I had an appointment at 11, not 11:20 (I entered the office at 11:35) and commented that I had to be on time. But I was at the office on time, and at 11am I saw the doctor in the parking lot when she was only leaving the car ... Fortunately, she behaved ok with the child. Most of the visit was supplemented with something in the computer, the examination itself took 2-3 minutes . She stated that everything was fine. It's good that I didn't trust her diagnosis and I went to another doctor because it turned out that the child needed rehabilitation. Certainly I will not go to your neurologist again.
As for the foundation itself, you can get through very easily. Ladies answering the phone nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the parking lot is small, it's hard to find a free spot. The elevator in the building is very small (the pram is touching). The ophthalmologist (Mrs. Ma gorzata R.) is nice, with a good approach to the child.

The fact, the appearance of the building from the outside shows that it has years of glory behind it - it would be good to refresh, repaint etc .. However, I think that this is not the most important thing. What I liked the most - knowledge and competences of doctors / therapists met my expectations. Above all, the therapy for which I sent my child-brought results !!
