From my point of view they lack a space where guests can relax a little and eat or drink something and a toilet. The store is very large and spend hours to be able to visit and choose the products calmly. It ends up interrupting basic necessities like eating and using the toilets. The bags to deposit the purchases are also not very practical. Some baskets with wheels would be more comfortable.
