The best port/marina in Italy. Beautiful and unspoiled.
Good place to hit photos of the predators of Portovenere ... It is also good to take a walk through all the sights of the city ...
The location is awesome, however there are not many spots for your boat (you need to book one in advance). The toilets are not kept clean at all
Beautiful and full of activities to do !! Very chaotic during high season but still retains its charm!
Visit by boat to Portovenere with a view of the Church of San Pietro and the Castle, Palmaria and tower of San Giovanni Battista
Shoes that last danatale to Santo Stefano never again
Magnificent ... relaxed atmosphere .... starting point for the Cinque Terre
One of the most beautiful marinas in the Mediterranean
When you visit Portovenere you understand why the Cinque Terre are a UNESCO World Heritage Site
Beautiful. A must for everyone who likes to vacation by the sea.
Fantastic place for the holidays ... preferably for a quick ride using the motorbike for that finding parking and a total nightmare from the rest is an amazing place !!!
Panoramic touristic show for trips to the sea, pure air for walks with children suitable for families
Outside the cinqueterre national park, it deserves to be visited, very nice
A beautiful village, set in an equally beautiful sea. Recommended!
One of the most beautiful harbors in Liguria and therefore in the world ...
Magnificent natural harbor cove and lots of enchantment around you.
Beautiful place, good shops and restaurants, including craft and places to see. It's a bit pricy in season, but less out of season. Good sheltered anchorage is available just off the town.
if you are in La Spezia, definitely go to Porto di Portovenere ... boat or car both recommended
Enchanting. Very clean bathrooms, very friendly dockers, everything perfect!
I should have seven stars in this country so I can reward them.
A great place, great and mountain, history, many tourists, great prices at restaurants ... food that does not justify the price .... the same food .... in another city .... at half price.Plus ... the big trick when the pay note comes ... THE TAX AT THE FACE !!!! between 2.5 and 3 euros. Probably the legalized tip ... I do not know ... but we were amused when we were told .... But they are beautiful places and worth seeing.
Describing something original about the beauty of the place is rather difficult, I would just like to talk about the problems to reach it.
The choice of the boat from La Spezia or from the Cinque Terre, sea conditions permitting and cost apart, seems the best.
I personally used the Bus 82 which leaves from the Market Square in La Spezia and I found it optimal, instead of using the car in narrow and busy streets, with the unknown of the parking lot.
I believe however that every time you are in the vicinity, it is absolutely a must see and see again.
We visited in September, and it was breezy but really lovely.
Found a local Cafe /restaurant that has a wonderful view of the water and beautiful, tasty food! A definite favourite that you can only reach by boat from Monterossa (rather than bus or car) there's no train to Portovenere.
It is a very comfortable and pleasant domestic port, from which you have direct access to the city, as well as maritime connections to La Spezia, Lerici and Isola Della Palmaria.
Very nice! Unfortunately it was only a short time by boat on the way to La Spezia, but this beautiful place is on my bucket list! It just looks gorgeous.
Five days spent in total harmony and pleasure with the wonderful environment
Magnificent village not to be missed before or after a visit to the Cinque Terre.
Magnificent place the Gulf of Poets and Portovenere a pearl set in the marine rock
Unforgettable memories during the Military Service in the Navy. Portovenere extends over the sea and is so romantic ... With that church close to the rocks overlooking the sea ... and the roar of the broken waves on the rock of the rocks ... to live absolutely next to your love ...
Beautiful village on the sea with a very beautiful old town. Two very special churches, one of which overlooking the sea. Perhaps a bit too touristy with consequent crowding at the expense of the beauty and tranquility of the place.
Really beautiful, the words are of little use just to visit it.
I think it is a good world heritage site. It is a superb view. It seems like Italy.
