HOTEL LePolonia, since the renovation it became a great hotel. the room size varies even though its still in the same type. Quite affordable and gives an excellent service, however it is hard to reach level 1. Some of the amenities such as blankets and towels are rough. Some of the staff is also rude and some are nice.

This hotel is nice and comfortable.. Price at one night is worth it.. And nice pool at our back bed room.

The toilet is less representative for Muslims who want to urinate. There is no dipper and there is an alternative as a Muslim

Stay for 4 nights. Book 4 rooms. The first night, aircon in 3 rooms is not working, 1 room is dusty (aircon blow dust too). 2 of my colleague request to move. Moved to 5th floor. The next day, me and my friends request to move too. They moved us to 5th floor too. My friends having no problem, but my rooms aircon still not working. Complain it to fo at 7:30pm, they come and 'fix' it. Nothing changed. 9:40pm complain by phone again, after waiting 10minutes no one comes to my rooms. At 10pm i go down to the fo, and told them that no one comes to fix the problem. Until 12:30 no one came, have to raise my voice for them to immediately solve the problem by requesting me to move AGAIN in the same floors. It's not as cold as one expect, but it is much better thany first and second rooms here.

Service 2/5 (Have to complain over and over for them to solve it)

Our first room in on the 3rd floor can't remember others, but my rooms is 301. My second room is 502. I hope when you read this they already solves the problem.
