I have contacted several times in customer care. I m never recommending to PolicyBazaar Insurance anyone. You guys learned good lessons to me. i make complaint more than 3 month and not solved , when see my number closed on my face
I loved this place to work huge incentives you can earn money from this place...but you need to be good sales man so that you can acheive your targets.
@asthakumari your sales were cracked by your tl only u were unhygienic and who spitted on your colleagues while in office you didn't maintained the office decoram and you talk about the company and people. Wat was your target by the way mam 55k and your targets were done by other team members you were good for nothing by the way miss you were in sales industry and you were not able to crack even a single sales by your self and you talk about our tl its been 7 months i am working under the same person i didn't' faced any problem he is running a good healthy team of 20 people and only you had the problem wow... don't ever trust policy bazaar again, i have renewed my policy 5 days before the expiring date, but the shocking thing is that i renewed my policy 5 days before and i got the billing date as my policy date, even after filling complaint, customer support is denying for any help.
Third class employess are working in policy bazaar sec.44 Mr.shivam uses abusing language when i taking details about policy, should b action to this type employees by seniors. Such a fake employees n fake company.

Please avoid this service. Because i recently bought the policy from them. And they offered me some health coupons. Once payment completed they are not responding and even i raised request they are not interested. Please be aware of this service

I think everyone should take term insurance because life is uncertain and to avoid mis-happening and it s not an insurance for yourself it s an insurance for your dependants.
Devendra also made it a point to call me only when I was free and patient enough to call me after regular office hours, which would help me concentrate on the policy terms. I wish he and the team Policybazaar all the glory & success & would certainly recommend to use their services.
One request I would like to do to policybazaar is that please give me my Policy kit. I was told that I will give receive it within 4-5 days but I haven t received it yet.
They are continuously calling & sending messages to me.Inspite of blocking sms ,it's still coming.zina haram kar diya kutto ne.Never visit this site or give your number for any query.They don't know how to respect one's privacy.

Please don't book any policy from Policy bazaar. because if any case you want to cancel the policy they will not give you the money back. Even customer care is not responsive. You only have to follow up every time and they will give some date. Any once the date arrives they will give another date. This is happening from last 3 months and no response yet. They will not reply to you over email as well. Really pathetic service. Please stay away from it. This is fraud company.

They are one of the most unethical and unprofessional companies I have found. First they ask you to check your credit score, then bug you with all kind of offers and when you feel the worth to seek help they mass propagate your needs. I asked them for a quote for home loans and since I am receiving calls from all kind of agents and banks. Recently a company called makemymoney called me claiming they shared my contact with them which policy bazaar denies. Its annoying to the core. Best is to deal with banks directly
Worst customer care service. I called them like 4 times in single day. I was confused while selecting policy so I called them. I had few small queries which I was not able to figure out. That's why I choose to call them. I spoke with 4 representative and every time they said we will call you in five mins. I waited for 6 hours but I did not received any call from them. I recommend users to use Policy Bazaar only for policy comparison. Do not use Policy Bazaar for any other insurance related processes. Insurance is important part of life!
3rd class walk-in. They judge you how much you can speak. Irrespective to what you speak. You can be selected if you dont know abcd if u can speak shamelessly rubbish

They dupe the customer providing incorrect/incomplete information and completely mislead people into transferring/buying of policies or availing loans. every customer should be careful and do not trust a word of what they have to say or they tell at the time of convincing you. they are capable promising a house not 50% but 100% in air.

Best insurance buying experience ever. Never thought insurance buying could be so simplified. Policybazaar is changing the way India buys insurance.
As a customer I had very bad experience with Policy Bazaar. they will contact and follow up until you pay for the policy. Once you paid it, they will treat you like nothing. they will not even pick your call. I even visited the corp office in Gurgaon, Guy "Anurag Negi" gave me his number but he never response.

As i am tying to get my two wheeler insurance policy renewed but there is no responce, i have uploaded my RC two time over the website but i din't received any call. also called twice but they said i will genrate leade and refer to concern department but still no any responce, and i am not getting time to go somewhere physically for that.

Very poor service I have taken term plan policy and supplied all the document and deposit 2 month subscription But not responded for medical . People are not doing work and only giving promises.
Once you purchase the policy, there is no one to hear you for any kind of issue you face. I don't know what will happen to the customers in future like processing the claims and settlements.

Worst ever experience.. Don't pay or book the policy through them. Deal directly with the insurer companies. They are using our money since 2 months and no updates received from them even calling them daily. There team doesn't have any information or followup system from the insurers. Also they don't have any system to track if anything bis pending since long. Pathetic services.

I took a two wheeler insurance as I was searching for it from a long time. Wherever I was going it was costly and I was not getting the good benefits. So somebody told me about Policybazaar. In less then 3 days I got the policy and hence I am happy.

I took a bike insurance. And I paid for the driver insurance also. But they didn't responded and I lost my money.
It is a dishonest agency, I searched for travel insurances, bought one travel insurance only to realize that it did not include personal liability. Other policies listed on the same search had personal liability and policy bazaar never mentioned that the policies were different. I asked for refund and they said that they would deduct cancellation fee for an insurance that had not even come into effect. Use the website to compare but don't buy from them.

I have taken Private Car Package Policy of Oriental Insurance from Policy bazaar. Even if many of my friends discouraged me telling if any claim arise it will be difficult to process if taken from online sites still I trusted in Policybazaar. Also I got a good quote as well. Later unfortunately on 24th jan 18 my car was hit by a KSRTC bus and the rear side of my car got totally damaged. Initially I tried to contact Policy bazaar for the proceedings but the response was pathetic!! I called the customer care twice and send details to spot claims via website and e-mail also. But no call back!! No acknowledgement for my mail. When I contacted the local office of Oriental Insurance, they told me to contact either Policybazaar or Oriental Insurance Delhi office from where the policy is issued. I did accordingly. No Progress in claim processing!! No surveyor is appointed!! My request to Policybazaar is not to give false promises to customers. From my experience I could understand that POLICYBAZAAR NEVER SUPPORTS IN CLAIM PROCESSING!! When I complaint this issue through their facebook page their reply was they will be in touch very soon. But no call back yet!! Such a waste customer care!!

Worst experience. Received soft copy of Indemnity Insurance after writing several times. Hard copy still not received. It is more than 2 months. Now they have stopped responding to my mail.
Very poor customer service- As soon as u transfer money to their a/c then the game begins. After taking money, u can't be able to contact them, u can feel harassed. For any query to resolve they have illiterate team members to whom u have to explain all the things again and again. They don't bother to listen to u as they are doing their shift work. These types of companies one day will be closed.
