Service is the best as well as the food! Get the ribs...

Drinks are hit or miss... However the food was just terrible! Completely overpriced for poorly fried foods. Also service was mediocre, and most of the staff were looking around constantly unsure on what to do.
Also they have sticky @ss tables.

The catch of the day, red fish, was incredible blackened and the Gouda shrimp and grits will change your world. Not to mention the drinks. Definitely worth a visit even though it seems "touristy" -- so worth it.

No bad, almost everything is fried. I will not visit again.

I m not a picky eater but this was the worst meal I ve had in a long time. Hush puppies were terrible, fish was dry. Do not recommend.

I only give it a 2star because of the drastic price increase! The food was good...I have seafood platter. I do NOT like the ribs...however thats my opinion so I do not go for that, but my fiance LOVES them! Again, its like they forget they have thousands of locals supporting the business so with the drastic price increase and most of Bay County is considered homeless due to Hurricane Michael I feel like they are not here to please us but cater to the seasonal crowd

Had the 1 lb ribs bucket for dinner. The ribs were spare ribs and fell right off the bone. Was worried about the food being meander because of the restaurant being a place tourists go, but the food was great. Definitely will be back on our next trip.

We had very good service and food was ok. Pricy but you pay for the beach experience. I went at night and could not see the beach. I advise to get there before dark to enjoy the sights.

This place was an experience as well as a delicious lunch. After checking out the entire property, we decided to eat inside. We had noticed people waiting for an outside table, but it was also extremely hot and humid. We were immediately seated. Our drinks taken and served. Our waiter was such a nice and personable guy. He joked with my children and made them feel good about ordering their own food. We had the fried cheese curds and fried pickles for an appetizer and they were straight out of the oven hot and delicious. As soon as we some drink refills, our food was delivered. I tried their pulled pork sandwich and it was better than some BBQ places I ve been to. I might actually go get another one before I end this vacation. Everyone s meal was delicious. The quick customer service is something I rarely see in other large restaurants. I highly recommend going for lunch or dinner. It was completely worth it! We loved it!

Asked for gator bites ($14) and received a basket full of fried dough (didn t count but looked like 300 pieces) and I knew then it didn t have any or very little diluted gator meat.
At the bar when I requested my tab, I wasn t charged for one of the two canned beers and after I paid and attempted to leave, a good looking blonde waitress with no manners screamed out that I hadn t paid for the last beer as if it wasn t her responsibility to charge me for what I consumed. A bit embarrassing. When I paid for the beer ($5) with a $100 bill, good looking blonde, gave me $85 back!!! Don t know what was worse, the gator meat, the embarrassing scream or her accounting abilities.

My husband and I went on a big group date with two other couples here. The wait was kind of long, but that's to be expected at such a popular restaurant. We were seated at the end of the pier and the view was absolutely amazing looking out at the beach. Our server was great. The food was delicious and it was pretty reasonable for a restaurant on the beach. It's a great place for a casual hangout for food or drinks.

The best food! Atmosphere, & our waitress was absolutely amazing!

Decided to stop here for a quick lunch and am so happy we did. Our server, Summer, was so welcoming,happy and fun to interact with! She had a smile that shined through her mask! The mahi-mahi basket and mahi-mahi blt were amazing pieces of fish! Bonus for the remoulade suggestion for the sandwich and for having paper straws! Thanks!

Pineapple Willy's was so amazing even though it was really busy. Great service and great food. Would definitely recommend!

Decent service, got our food quickly. The only quirk is that they're very rigid and won't change or substitute any menu items. I can understand why they do so since during peak hours it can be very busy and confusing. But at the same time, it's also slightly annoying when you'd rather have a side that wasn't French Fries but you've gotta pay for that side as an additional item.

Very friendly, organized, and quality atmosphere. A little pricey but the view makes it worth it!

This place was ok. It was very busy and the wait was and hour and a half for our party. The bar was open, and moved fairly quickly with drinks despite the amount of people. The staff is friendly, and the food was descent.

Teenagers running the place. Sweeping under your feet telling you they are closing to hurry up.

Nothing like eating with a view from here. Food was great and service was amazing. See you next time.

One of those tourist places. Food was OK but the staff was great. Bob out front and Will at our table these guys will take care of you. Thanks guys!

The Best place I had the experience to eat on Vacation.

Waitress was really friendly and gave us estimates of when our food would be arriving, she also knew the menu very well, the food was pretty good, there were probably 4 or 5 girls in the hostess box area that were talking nonstop and their facial expressions said they did not want to be there- but the rest of the staff (including security) were extremely friendly and welcoming , the gift shop had a lot of t-shirts in various colors and designs to choose from, overall it was a good experience.

Food isn't what was expected. Over priced. Just because everyone is doing it doesn't mean you should.

I wish the ice was a little more frozen but it worked! The food was great, service was great. Guy in the outside bar was a good bartender, he kept quoting Roadhouse and Cocktail, but man he knows his drinks.

Limited menu is disappointing but what we ordered was good. Service was poor...we ate on the outdoor pier...beautiful views and nice breeze. Frozen drinks were the best!!

Food was alright. View is nice. Staff is good. I got the island tacos. Needed more queso. Wanted to charge $5 extra for queso. The picture looks better than it tasted.

First time coming here out of all my times at PCB and I tried it finally and I absolutely loved it. Got great service right away and got our drinks and appetizer right away and many food options. Good was so yummy. This place is amazing!
