GOD AWFUL service. waited much, much longer than we were told (in the heat. because we were told that we werent allowed to wait anywhere with air conditioning.) rude hostesses. ive tried to go twice and have been talked down to and had poor food both times. overall a tourist trap, not worth the trip.
Nothing really special to me but the alligator bites here. This is a go-to spot for simple foods and drinks

Try the Al. E. Gator with honey mustard. It's very much worth it!

Terrific place to go! The grilled shrimp and fried shrimp dinners were amazing, and the view of the Gulf was the perfect compliment. Definitely recommended!
The food was tasty the atmosphere is fun. I recommend the grilled shrimp. On skewers and plump. Good value. Nice beach views and if you dine outdoors, covered and cool out back. Dog friendly. The offer water for your pooches.
Great place on the beach, fantastic service, great food with many choices to please almost anyone. Been twice on this trip and at least once on each previous trip here. Easy no brainer if you don't want to make a decision.
We visited this restaurant during lunch for the very first time. Party of four. The service excellent. The drinks were strong and amazing. The food was just ok and skimpy for the price. The atmosphere included the gulf view, go figure. Our waiter was top notch with excellent customer service. Next time we are vacationing in Panama City beach we plan to visit here again.

The food here is terrific but the view is even better. Ate inside for the first time and the huge windows make it like you're almost outside. And there are some days, when the weather is not good enough to sit outside. Today was very windy for instance. I had the chef's salad which was huge and delicious. People at my table had the jambalaya and the mahi-mahi BLT and said they were awesome too. We also had that alligator bites and chips and salsa for appetizers and they were also delicious.
Food good, people good-- policy on birthday parties is not so good. They wouldn't sing or anything to my daughter and pineapple Willys was her only dining wish And we traveled from Oklahoma to here to stay for her 12th birthday. Was a let down for sure cause she got her dress on and first time I let her put on a little make up. She didn't act like it bothered her but it did. Maybe they should think about the kids that love coming too not just the adults that want to drink and have fun. Hopefully they can make changes in the future.
Great food and great atmosphere. Sitting looking out over ocean is a plus.

Pineapple Willy s is always our first stop when we get to Panama City.
Good atmosphere and location. Food was overpriced and bland, 14$ for a Sandwich that was super dry. Service was slow and waitress didnt come to table but once. Wouldnt go back.
Always heard how great this place was...not impressed at all!! Staff were not real personable, food was mediocre, and food was not steaming hot. Will not be visiting again.
Good service and although it was busy we didn't have to wait to be seated or long for our food.
My food was great. The best part was when I ordered calamari and I didn't like the tentacles. My waitress said they couldn't completely remove the tentacles but she made the cooks remove most of them to where I had more rings. Great customer service
Love Pineapple Willy's food. They insulted me picked on me and my girlfriends but we think they're hilarious. I'm not coming home don't even ask my friends. Sam will be very sad but that's okay.

First time eating here and absolutely loved it! It was not crowded at all. We sat outside and ordered a seafood platter and catch of the day which were delicious. And let me tell you about their margarita THE BEST I VE EVER HAD! Beautiful view of the ocean, great service and food. What else could we ask for?!
Had a late lunch there on a Sunday. Was seated promptly and waitress was great. Food was really good and affordable. Will go again!

It was amazing! We got a table right away and got margaritas right away! For a main course, we got amazing shrimp and fries! It also had a gift shop! Therefore, my experience at Pineapple Willy s was 5 stars

For a tourist attraction place you would think the food would be a bit above average. For the prices they charge the food was cookie cutter average and bland. The wait staff was excellent however always asking if everything was alright and refilling drinks quickly. Nice atmosphere but how can you go wrong when you are right on the beach.
Went for the first time today. We had the Gator Bites for an appetizer and the Mahi Mahi Basket. The food was good and the staff was very friendly and attentive.
As my first time at Willy's I wasn't overly impressed. I ordered the prime rib and it was awesome. All of our food was great and the service even better. The food however is extremely overpriced. With no alcohol on our tickets and only one order of calamari appetizer it was still $225 for 4 adults and 3 children. It was definitely our most expensive meal of our trip.
Great food! And I love that it located on the beach. Only negative is that they are so busy you can wait up to an hour for a table. Worth the wait so have a snack before going just in case.
