Service was great prices are decent and we got our food really quick at 1 o'clock on a Sunday.

This place is my favorite! It's definitely worth the wait for a table, but you can go buy shirts while waiting, or hit the beach. Our server was awesome, food was great anf didnt take long to get

Worst service ever. Telling me I have to give a waiter 18 percent tip when we only got 1 refill and that's after we were done eating. Will never go back nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone

Our server was very friendly and helpful. The island mahi mahi was excellent but, in my opinion, is a bit overpriced and the fish portion itself could be reduced by half. Overall, pretty good. Expect to wait for quite a while depending on the time of day.

Is it a bit of a tourist trap? Sure. But the food is delicious, the scenery gorgeous (with plenty of outdoor seats so you aren t fighting for limited real estate), and the servers are all nice and helpful. I recommend the mahi mahi BLT.

Ribs were to die for. Shrimp was delicious even though exactly the same as all the other resturants. My drink took me exactly where i wanted to be.

The ribs were delicious and the namesake drink is amazing. Get there for an early dinner between 4 and 5 to beat the rush and you will be seated almost instantly.

Terrible first time visit for my family and I. We were on vacation last week and decided to try out Pineapple Willy's for the first time this past Friday. We get there right around lunch time and the parking lot wasn't packed at all nor was the restaurant. My wife decided to sit inside as it was fairly humid that day. We were sat at a table in no time at all. The hostess sits us and gives my daughter a kids menu with crayons so that she can color while we wait to order our drinks and food. After about 5 minutes I decide to get up and go use the restroom, came back to the table and my wife tells me that she hasn't been able to order drinks. She said that not a single server who walked past our table even said one word to her or our daughter. By then I was a little irritated but decided to wait and see what would happen. Another 10 minutes go by and same thing, no one takes our drink order or acknowledges that we are sitting there. I then notice a family gets sat at a table beside us and their server comes to take their drink order in less than a minute of them being sat down. I tell my wife that we will go somewhere else to eat if that is the type of service we are to expect at a place like that. As we walk out I ask one of the hosts to get me a manager before we leave. The manager walks up and asks how is it going? Not once does he provide me his name, I tell him the problem and that it is our first time visiting the restaurant. I mentioned that we had been there for 15 minutes and that no one had even said a word to us, then I mentioned the fact of the table who was sat beside us and they had their drinks ordered basically as soon as they sat down. All the supposed manager could say was he was sorry and that he would go and find out what happened and why no one acknowledged us. He didn't seem to care one bit of our bad first experience, nor did he seem to care that his staff sucks at their job. Very unprofessional from him, he even had the look like he didn't care what I was telling him, like he was not interested to hear what I had to say. I was actually hoping that he would actually listen and care about what I had to say and make it right, but once I noticed how he acted I then made the final decision to leave and go eat elsewhere. My family and I go down to Panama City Beach every year for our family vacation and we love to try new places to eat. I can assure that I will not ever try this place again. Pretty sad that is how the place is ran and that staff and management do not really care about the customer at all. Avoid this place at all costs.

I mean what else can I really say that others haven't the drinks are great love the cup that you get to take to have a gift shop on site that we were able to get a lot of great things we didn't get a t-shirt because we thought they were a little expensive but they had lots of other great options, beach access and yummy food pineapple Willy's did have options like alligator, and the hush puppies were better here also the pulled pork wasn't great but a small miss and i didnt expect fl to know how to do pulled pork but i get one in every state. over all a great place to spend the day!

Absolutely love pineapple willys! One of the best places ive ever eaten. The food is magnificent and not overpriced. Very good portion sizes. It was incredible to be able to walk to the beach after eating. Its literally right there. They have the best margaritas! In any flavor youd like! Great place for family or on a date. The service was great as well!

It s a local place off the beach that is in my opinion very overrated...
The food is not terrible but nothing to rite home about either.
The prices are ridiculous because of the location and the drinks are small and very weak in alcohol.
$12 for a margarita and there is like a half a shot of liquor in it. Just poor service as well as the bathrooms smelling terrible.
I can honestly say that tourists and vacationers are the only reason that it s still in operation. I bet 90% of the people who go for the first time never return a second time. I was to say the least not impressed at all about any one thing the establishment offers.
Just overall a place you can say you were there ONCE !!!

Yummy food. Nice setting on the beach. Do you enjoy dining with 200 other patrons? It was loud and unsettling for me and my daughter.

My wife and I visited Pineapple Willy on a Friday night. Upon arrival, it was understood the wait time was 1hr 15mins... It s well worth the wait! Family friendly atmosphere, tasty daiquiris, and fast service AFTER ordering. I recommend this place and I ll be returning on my next visit!

The sea food here is off the charts great service and very fast almost no wait on the food all around great experience

This is my favorite place to eat in Panama City Beach. They have the best cole slaw I've ever had. Always a good experience!

Great tasting food and awesome service. We went around 3 pm, so no wait to get in. Only thing...they do not have flounder, mild tasting fish, so I had to have a sandwich. However, the turkey/swiss was awesome, and huge!

Horribly overpriced and overrated. Dont mind paying beach prices for good food. This food was good, but DEFINATELY not worth the beach price. Go elsewhere to get your moneys worth. EXTREMELY LIMITED gluten free options.

Great views of the sunset and awesome drinks! We got the Pineapple Willy in the souvenir cup for $13 with a $10 refill anytime. You can walk up to the pier from the beach and be seated from there. This place has the best alligator tail in all of Panama City Beach!

Great location, on the beach or inside available. I ordered nothing special, chicken tenders and fries and it is EXPENSIVE, parents claimed easily 120 (5 people) don't remember prices, was long ago and had non alcohol margaritas etc. dad was not impressed by food or price.

Great atmosphere, good food, a bit loud and overcrowded though, so if you're not into loud and lots of people, you should seek some place smaller and not as busy

The staff was awesome everyone they encountered and our waitress Summer was fast, happy and efficient. We will for sure be coming back.
