Finally found a gluten free vegan restaurant! Food is amazing super kid friendly but also a nice romantic place too. Out door and indoor seating . Classy place but I dont think they will judge if your casual or relaxed. Cant wait to come. Back. Prices a little high but well worth it . And they have happy hour daily from 3 to 6pm!

The food is excellent whether you eat regular food, or gluten free or dairy free. The service is good, the portions are decent, and the prices are fair. It is a great bistro for lunch!

Happy hour was nice, half price draft beer and half price bottles of wine. Try the Turkey meatballs.

Fast and good service. The atmosphere was good but the food was just bland. The cheesy bread was bland and tasted like only cheese melted on bread from Safeway. The ravioli had no flavor and lacking any taste. The chicken was very well cooked, but again lacked any popping flavor

Fantastic Italian restaurant for those with food allergies or family with them. The food is extremely fresh and they are very flexible to meet your needs.

Overall underwhelming. Subpar service, overpriced, small portions, too much garlic on the shrimp scampi and only about 6 medium sized overcooked shrimp. No option for a side salad. 28 dollars for a pasta and 1 drink.

The gluton free and vegan options are nice if that's your thing, and I got a generous amount of alcohol in my drink. Other than that, there are better options in the area for decent Italian food.

Not a bad place. I had the lasagna bolognese, it tasted pretty good. My only real issue was that it was kind of felt like a fancy microwave dinner and the portion seemed small. I think at that price point I just set my hopes up a little higher and being take out it didn't carry the same pizazz that a skillet baked dish would normally have. My GF had the bbq chicken pizza on a cauliflower crust, but she did have the regular bbq sauce and not the Chipotle one that regularly comes with it. She really enjoyed it. It was thin and crisp, but not burnt or crunchy. I will definitely return to take a chance on a different menu item.

Tasty food with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. The pricetag just a little too high for the product. Service was painfully slow. Still, great to have options for veg lovers

Great restaurant for a mixed vegan/non-vegan group.

The food wasn't that good. It's over priced because its organic but as far as taste goes its not worth it. I had a salad with a few cucumbers and like 5 cherry tomatoes with some traces of feta for about $12 no protein included. Also had sweet potatoes and they were under cooked. Very disappointing.

Yummy food. Great selection and variety. Extremely friendly staff and an incredibly diet specific menu - they have GF, vegan, keto and paleo selections.

Food is phenomenal, there are options for everyone including meat, vegetarian, vegan, gluten etc. Staff was friendly and the dog friendly patio had a nice ambiance.

Delicious, and I couldn't tell the difference from regular pasta with their gluten free rotini, but it's a little pricey for what we got.

If you have severe food allergies BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!!! Let me start out by saying that I am a huge fan of the company as a whole. The servers are always patient and careful with people who have food allergies (like myself) and the ingredients/recipes are top notch. That being said, this location is a MAJOR EXCEPTION.

Every single time I have eaten here, the dishes are made differently and they always include an ingredient I have specified as a severe allergy. Because these allergies are so severe, I make sure to repeat them at least twice, and usually friends emphasize this as well.

This last visit was "the straw that broke the camel's back." I will never be visiting this location again and here's why:

When we ordered a loaf of the gluten-free, vegan flatbread for an appetizer, the server argued with me for 5 minutes about how it's not their policy to serve a loaf. I explained that we visit other the locations in Scottsdale, Flagstaff, Sedona, and Paradise Valley frequently and they all give the full loaf. The manager came out to explain the same thing and they didn't offer a solution.

When my cauliflower alfredo pasta arrived, I immediately noticed that it had peas in it, which were explained as a severe allergy. I don't necessarily blame the server because the kitchen should be responsible for preparing the dish exactly how it is described. She apologized profusely because peas are NOT part of the recipe, and had the kitchen remake it. Later that night and the following week I dealt with an extremely severe reaction, only caused by peas. It's hard to say if they just removed them from the original dish, or they were added to the sauce already and no one cared, but either way, that is absolutely unacceptable.

Besides having a reaction to the contaminated dish, it tasted extremely bland and not at all like dish normally does. Plus, the slice of gluten free vegan flatbread that comes on the side was also undercooked and tasted awful. Good thing we weren't given the full loaf!

I'm not sure why this location is so terrible in comparison to the others, but I sincerely warn those with food allergies -- DO NOT RISK IT -- drive a little farther to one of the other locations!!

Its the perfect place in phoenix to eat gluten free

I have been to this restaurant twice and I appreciate it so much! They have gluten free pizza, pasta, and bread and they also have a lot of vegan options. My husband loves it because they also have traditional (gluten filled) pizza. We both are able to eat here and be happy! The service is kind and attentive. I love the lunch specials, and I like the ginger beer! Highly recommend for anyone who suffers from food allergies- they take good care of you!

Our server, Ricardo, was attentive and personable. Our food was incredible. If I'm going to spend my hard earned money from my nine to five job on food I'm not cooking it's better be delicious and worth it. Picazzo's never disappoints in quality or favor. Everything on the menu is gluten free and their vegan menu for my friend was just as impressive and delicious. Worth the drive. Worth the price. And the quality of the gluten free food that comes out of Picazzo's kitchen is amazing. Incredible. Fantastic. The positive adjectives fly.

Great place for families and friends with specific dietary needs. Those with a gluten free need can be accommodated. Ditto for dairy free. And food is exceptional. But if persons in your party want "original" food.... That is exceptional as well. Thumbs up! Thank you for accommodating our complex group!

A bit expensive but really good! Except for the baked cheese appetizer, its just a bunch of slightly cooked little cheese cubes? The wings and pizza are amazing!

Great gluten-free food! Quality dishes at understandable prices. Drinks were subpar and I'll be sticking to the location after eating here to enjoy a drink. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excited to go back.

The food is fabulous, they need to expand the restaurant because it is a bit crowded so the service is slow but otherwise it was great!

The bottom line, if you have food allergies, ESPECIALLY gluten-free or eat vegan - this is your SPOT. I do like that they attempted to make some things Keto and offer Zoodles for their pasta, but when I am wanting to be 100% strict keto there are not that many dishes that I could choose from that wouldn't require me to omit most of the dish. However, because of their preparation and tailoring to allergies I find them quite expensive for a casual night out. My husband, who has no allergies or food preferences was pretty shocked at the price for the size of his ravioli and found the texture odd. However, I did find for a gluten-free crust, I am amazed at the texture and that it doesn't taste "cardboardy."

Overall, if your gluten-free, vegan, dirty/lazy keto this would be a good stop for you. But, if you're bringing someone that doesn't need the dietary restrictions, the price for quantity of food may be tough to swallow.

All of the vegan items are delicious, especially the pizza. I really like this place and visit often

The vegan meatballs and white bean & kale soup we're phenomenal, and the vegan elote pizza was good too. My only complaint would be them using daiya cheese instead of a house made cheese, or some other pre-made nut cheese. Nut cheeses are always better.

Those of you with food allergies will appreciate the options and good food. I don't have food allergies and I definitly enjoyed the good food. More to come...

nice quaint pizza spot. the appetizers are the best. service is friendly, modern decor and soothing atmosphere, wonderful tasting food, and a live musician plays music. all around great place to check out and I'm glad they have 3 locations in Arizona.

Our waiter Austin was very good. He helped us with our selections with this being our first time here. Half of my family is vegan, the other have isn't. Picazzo accomodate us all with the variety of choices. The food was delicious!! We will be back again.

Great Italian and exceptional gluten free offerings.

We have eaten here 4 times now and it is my wife's favorite! She is vegan, I eat everything and and our toddler can be pocky. This place has not did pointed us yet. The vegan sweet potato pie pizza is the best so far!

Pizza and soup were good, we are repeat customers and will go back, nice atmosphere too, bar with tv's if you inclined as well

It's expensive when you can get way better quality for the same price at Mellow Mushroom. If you are going for the vegan pizza, do yourself a favor and go to mellow mushroom!! They also have daiya cheese and a vegan crust.


I had the vegan pizza with spicy sauce and mushrooms and it was very bland. This place has a cool concept, look, and lots of vegan options. But it's overpriced for low quality.

We tried the 16" Elote Pizza. Oh. My. God! It's automatically my favorite pizza ever. The 8 large pieces come in gluten-free or regular crust and the fresh cilantro will make you fall in love! If you love Elote, ask for extra corn.

Amazing gluten free choices. I have been going to this restaurant since it opened, but last night it was the best it's ever been. We had buffalo wings, the GF vortex pizza, and the chocolate chip cookie skillet. Everything was absolutely delicious! Our waiter was so kind and attentive. I wish I knew his name! He was the best.

I do wish they still had the 16" GF pizzas, because it was amazing to be able to have a "normal person" sized pizza for once. We would definitely go there more often if they brought it back!

I like the food here but it's not consistent. I got the bianca when I first can't her and it was good, nice amount of sauce, and I appreciate the vegan options. However, today I ordered the same thing to go and it was the opposite. Dry noodles, barely any sauce, a lot of disappointment. I would have brought it back and told ten to add more sauce if I didnt live far. Adam was in the kitchen, so.... Hopefully he gets his stuff together.

Great food. With lots of food allergies it's nice to have a place that I feel like I can ask about ingredients and the staff knows without asking the kitchen.

Good quality food, prices are a bit high but overall worth the cost.

To go orders are tricky. Dryyyyyyy alfredo pasta. Went all way back for alfredo and noodle change it came with no sauce at all, that they got wrong and was told they didn't do anything wrong. Wasn't looking to place blame just wanted our order. Not used to rude service from them.

Soooooo delicious! We shared a deliciously flavorful cauliflower crust elote pizza, quinoa kale and broccoli salad, and a bolognese lasagna! Everything was wonderful! Will be coming back to explore more! Wasn't crowded and no blaring music in the background. I was very pleased! Wings were small and ok though.

It's okay food. Healthy equals more expensive. The pizza is tasty and the menu options are endless.

Visiting family & stopped by for late lunch. Experience started with the wonderful waiter Bob. I wanted a local beer, he chose for me & it was great. Great variety of choices for regular, gluten free & vegetarian. I had an excellent tomato basil soup & slice of pizza of the day. All of our meals were fresh, tasty & served with a smile. Will be back on the next return visit. Sat outside & enjoyed the food!

A little more upscale than I was dressed for in shorts and a tank top but they didn't treat me as such. The food was INCREDIBLE and the service was great!

This restaurant is delicious, I've never eaten anything bad here. The cocktails are fun and interesting, and the entire menu is available for gluten free or other allergies/dietary preferences. We come here every time we visit Phoenix when we get to the point in the trip where healthy but rich comfort food is in order. The gluten free pizzas are even done in a dedicated gluten free oven. Highly recommend.
