My pastor from back home in NY connected me with Phoenix first assembly right before I moved to Arizona, and this was the first place I came the following day after I got off the plane. I am so happy and grateful to have found this church. Since living in Arizona I have also tried approximately 10 other churches that my friends invited me to go to. I tried them just check it out and be polite, plus phoenix first offers services 3 times a week so I never missed service anyways. But with that being said, Phoenix first assembly in opinion is the best church in not only Arizona. I drive 40 minutes to get there and it's worth the drive. I encourage anyone reading this who has never been there to go if you have the chance. Check out the website and leave your info someone will contact you like they did me. I attribute a large part of my success in arizona to aving had the opportunity to attend this church. I couldn't be more grateful.

I went to their Christmas Celebration and it was FANTASTIC! I don't attend regular services there so I can only tell you about this production for Christmas. It's a huge auditorium with Hollywood grade cameras, lighting and talent.
I loved it!

I've lived at the Phoenix Dream Center for almost ten months now, and I'm beyond grateful to PFA and God for the opportunities provided to me. The one thing that gets me is the more or less cancellation of Adopt a Block and the forced assimilation of the Spanish church, which is undoubtedly pushing many away. It's truly a shame. Just because I speak English and I'm not from Sunnyslope or the Square doesn't mean I'm any more important or any more worth reaching out to. So I hope they stay connected somehow, and realize it's not personal. Just business. As if God's money ain't flowing through PFA. I guess I have no right to complain... The electric, the water, the food and shelter, the education and chance to get my life together in Church on the Street at the PDC is paid for by your tithes, so I suppose I'd better shut my mouth. So, in the end, thanks PFA. And thank you Jesus. :)

This church does so much for its community- for the poor, the homeless, the widows, the orphans. If you want to get to know a great family and be a part of helping many, learn the Word of God, fellowship with other believers...then this is a place for you!

The love of God does reside here. The challege of giving yourself to Him for reproof and growth is the painful part. Im greatful for Pastor Walt. Im Greatful for Mrs. Louene. She is a great teacher. And an even better more realistic idea of how a women should be. Something that while one is i the world will never see. Honors to God and glory is all i see here, Mr. Barnett thank you for you commitment to the Lord.

I visited and before a week was up I received a letter of welcome in the mail with an invite to return and a message of inspiration. On the day of my visit, I was greeted at the door with smiles and hugs and throughout the service I simply felt at home after that. The message was straight to the point, The pastor loves you but you can tell that he Loves God More. He teaches from the Word of God, He teaches the truth. The Praise and worship was so awesome that being ushered into the Presence of God was a beautiful experience. They also have midweek service on Wednesdays at 7:00 pm and nothing changed. God Is truly taught and Praised at this church. If you are looking. Stop Right Here!!!
