I am going to report here my experience with the institution Banco Pan and with Paschoalotto collection advice from Banco Pan. Well, in January 2017 I purchased a vehicle financed by Pan. My name was not there, but with a small entry and 48 installments, I managed to acquire. In February I was unemployed but, I was still in a comfortable situation, with a good amount saved to keep me + the benefit of unemployment insurance, I managed to pay the invlusive installments in advance, paying 2 installments together, being 1 of them with 1 week in advance and the other installment with 1 month and 1 week in advance, receiving a discount of less than R $ 20.00 ... But, okay. On the 7th or 8th of 2017, still unemployed, I contacted the bank to report that maybe, if it took me another month to get a job, I would have trouble paying. So, I tried an agreement with the bank, by activating the "insurance", which would exempt me from paying the installments for 3 months in case of unemployment. What I was denied and I didn't get any kind of agreement or help. Well, in September 2017, I finally got a good job, but at that time, there were already overdue installments. I managed to get a loan and catch up. After that, at one time or another I had to delay a installment, but at other times I managed to pay 2 installments per month and so on. Often paying the installments in advance 10, 15 days, receiving 10, 12 reais discount, but when it is delayed by the same 10 days, the interest is 50, 60 reais. A few months ago, I had personal problems and I had to, once again, delay the installment and this has caused me to pay the installments late, but always on the fifth working day of the month. I pay the interest quietly. The only thing that makes me possessed is that I have asked millions of times not to call my mom's home phone, because it bothers me a lot and I am not there during the day and I also asked not to call my private person during work hours. But it's no use. Now, we are in a corona season, thank God I didn t lose my job, but since I am paid through a commission for my sales, my salary fell by half in March and more than 50% in April. In the month of March I still managed to honor it, not in the month of April. I tried and tried several times to call the bank, give satisfaction, ask if the bank has any action plan to help but nothing, nothing is done. They say that the bank has not yet manifested itself, it has not yet joined any campaign but that I must keep an eye on the bank's websites and social networks, because there the bank will manifest itself if there is any solution. On another occasion I called the renegotiation center and the clerk told me that I could not do anything because my parcel was "only" 10 days late and that I could only do something if I was 60 days late. You hang up the phone, 10 minutes later you call the collection office. You report tuuuudo again so that they say they are going to write everything down, they are going to ask you not to call during work hours or even at my mother's house (which is no use), but unfortunately they cannot help me. Call the bank again, the bank says to call the collection accessory. Then you call Procon, they say that they cannot do much except to notify the bank of the telephone disturbance, but that in relation to the agreement, they cannot do anything. However, the notification that the procon sends is via letter, THAT'S IT ... CARTAAAA, it may take 1 month to arrive and until then, nothing can be done, the calls will continue. IE, we can't solve anything.
