Fantastic holiday ... Excellent structure, excellent services, excellent animation, especially the kids from the mini club, from the manager Antony, to the girls Donatella and Rosemary. I have a 5 year old girl who had a lot of fun

Always at the top again this year the restaurant works great, the new professional and hospitable attentive maitre with all excellent pastries

We spent a nice holiday in a spacious and comfortable room, greeted by friendly staff and always eating very well

It is a lovely relaxing place ideal for those who want to relax

Great getaway with friends .... the hotel is a little 'dated but cozy and clean .... very friendly and helpful staff ...... piano bar with always smiling Serena .... the barman very professional ..... the waiters cordial room and the maitre always attentive, impeccable .... the perfectly organized entertainment ... my 7 year old daughter always excited to be with the animators of the children's club, always smiling and patient. .... the very nice Free rider always ready to accompany you in marvelous skiing ......... good and plentiful food, with abbontante fruit and excellent quality (which is not cheap!) in short, a nice holiday still continues ...
The only flaw is in the shuttle service that should be strengthened ...... just for this I do not give the 5 stars!

Hotel very well cared for and full of services .... Excellent for families and not ..... Personnel of Saint Jane exceptional in some ways similar to the Italian version of the love boat. Boys from all over Italy, including the islands. The photographer, an artist of his kind, from the first to the last waiter, always smiling and joking among them, the reception guided by young people, but not naive and experienced to sell. The animator always available to give a courteous answer, with the light in the eyes of those who want to be really useful, and to make sense of a vacation on these slopes. The rafting is fun to do with the whole family, bathe without fear one another, but the first flight, paragliding in Pinzolo with wings2fly is a growth experience and confidence that will leave a lasting impression as the rest of this beautiful opportunity to go beyond your limits ..... we'll be back soon

We are staying for the summer holidays, the rooms are nice and the food is great. From the structure there are several paths that can be followed without problems even by children and lead to the beautiful woods around here.

It's the second consecutive year that we go to the Park Hotel and we had a great time. Fantastic animation guys headed by Simone our guide animator

Hotel - off-center location, but directly on the slope.
For family reasons, we interrupted our stay after 3 days. The hotel has not made any refunds or discounts (ah they ask for payment on arrival ! Who knows why).
More than a hotel, it is a tourist village.

Rooms a bit small but on the other hand excellent cuisine and fabulous entertainment, plus a nice spa. Everything is very clean but the beds are very hard and small at least for my taste

Very welcoming we eat well prepared .spa staff and swimming pool with windows overlooking the mountains. The only flaw perhaps the period of late August in the pool until 18 there were too many children and being attached to the spa we say that you do not relax

I stayed in this hotel with a group of friends let's say that overall it was a pretty good experience, the only flaw is not to find a more prepared management on the spot the animation guys did their best but not being a local they didn't know much outside of their excursions. As for the pool, they should put a girl a little more nice and friendly, not a dictatorial regime that is not justified towards the guests who were in the pool and honestly not very crowded. Many compliments to the chef who knew how to always rework new dishes even if they didn't give him a lot of ingredients. Always clean rooms

I stayed at this hotel during the Christmas period, my rating should be "excellent":
Very nice and well-kept hotel. Excellent cleaning is in the common areas of the structure but especially in the rooms.
Spacious, comfortable and well-heated rooms. All the staff were polite, welcoming and helpful which say great. The excellent, abundant and always varied catering. The animation kids are always careful to try to meet the needs of the little ones. The manager, Angelo, whom I thank and greet, always present and attentive to the hotel's clientele. The structure has an agreement with the Aevolution ski school, the teacher Simon, to whom I address my esteem, has very well and with great passion followed my son throughout the week, with completely appreciable results.
I do not add anything else, Excellent.

Payment required at check-in (never happened and for work around half-European hotels!); very small room, shower equal to a shoe box; dirty toilet seat; view from the room on a staircase, staff at the bar unprepared ... for me an experience to forget!

Clean hotel, very very courteous and welcoming staff except for the entertainer Marco from Bassano del Grappa (person detached and mounted up to the point with a stratospheric ego. If you did not participate in his excursions he would not even greet you .... he asked me 6 times in 2h if I went rafting. At the end of the stay, when I could no longer participate in the excursion, he turned his head away just not to say hello)
Structure of the 3-star rooms (small, narrow with an old and decadent bathroom, little maintenance), otherwise ok for the 4 stars.
Restaurant lunch and dinner ok, good food, courteous and very polite staff - always ready (special mention to Oliver I've never seen him stop). The only drawback at breakfast: long lines for hot drinks at the machines (even 15 '), impossible to do otherwise and this is not admissible for a 4-star hotel. I have always found hotels where the hot drink is ordered from the waiter even of lower categories.
A small but negligible flaw is that all the staff are from outside the area, so getting local information is impossible you have to go to the tourism office when it is open. The staff was not prepared: guys it was enough to go and inform you at the office. tourism and take a tour around it. Also on the internet you will find the information to give to customers (for Folgarida on foot it is 500m and not 3km)
Anyway, everything is good. I would absolutely recommend the hotel for the winter time it is perfect !! is on the slopes, for the summer one too but with some improvements. Thanks to the next one in the hope of putting 5 stars. Greetings.

Not child friendly. Swimming pool has strange times for children. Posts are until 5 pm and kids are only allowed in the pool until 6 pm.

Nice rooms, great location, cozy foyer. An extensive buffet both in the morning and in the evening. Wifi is fairly slow.

Ideal structure for skiers. Right next to the hotel there is a beginners slope with a ski school. Hotel ideally located also for mushroom enthusiasts with countless woods with a multitude of types, perfect place to find and study a rich variety. The hotel is of an exemplary cleanliness with even attentive staff. In non-ski periods it organizes free excursions for guests that will make you discover places where you would not go alone. I do not give 5 stars just because those who love small alpine towns with typical bars and shops will be forced to travel by car. Those who want to rest, breathe pure air and eat well is the place where you will find everything.

For the fifth year that I come here on holiday ... I can say that they are always excellent in all ..... entertainment hospitality location all the staff who rejects this hotel is just envy ... It has no rivals !!! We shot a lot of skiing places but after 15 years we stopped here .... there is everything you can look for a skiing holiday! !!

Hotel on the slope, meals in the form of a smorgasbord, descend to the slopes directly from the hotel. But: the access to the slopes is not maintained at all. For three adult men we were offered a double bed with an extra bed! The room was so small that it was impossible to pass, the service did not see any trouble. We had a lot of trouble drying the clothes. There was simply nowhere to solve them. The hotel was very warm. Breakfasts identical for a week! Eggs with powder, queues for coffee. Dinners like exquisite, including seafood, etc. but often completely spiced and without expression, the desserts looked beautiful but not eatable. Fortunately, there was a great selection for dinner and something could be found, unfortunately, at the expense of many attempts and wasting food, and that's not ok. Service ok, unless you need something from them. I think they gave me a deal with selling photos.

Very positive experience! I stayed in the week that goes from Sunday 25 August to Sunday 1 September; we were 2 adults and 2 children.
Excellent hotel, very well maintained and very clean. Young and professional staff, I do not understand how you can say that the staff is rude, especially at the reception where there is a very nice local boy and available for all the various information.
The pride of the structure is the animation; every day the head animator Simone organizes wonderful walks and every evening in the theater with the other boys entertains the guests with various shows.
Great pool and spa area.
Sufficient kitchen and friendly wait staff, rooms are clean and of adequate size.

Beautiful hotel with swimming pool, spa, gym. The only drawbacks are the poor food and the lifeguard who makes preferences

Good hotel with direct connection to the slope and cableway. Good and reach meal, clean rooms and good services.
Unfortunately is is not much quiet. It is easy to hear voices from neighbouring rooms. Also internet connection is quite poor.

I spent a week on vacation with my family and cannot consider the stay satisfactory.
The main cause of our discomfort is the room assigned to us: the 108. The attached image gives an idea of the view offered: the tin roof of the theater that completely covers the view (without even a small balcony as an alternative). This, on sunny days, warms up as a cooking plate and leads to an increase of the temperature in the room. In the evening the animation that takes place in the theater "gives" UNZ UNZ-music until around midnight. Moreover becomes the repository of butts, papers and land drained by guests of the upper floors. Obviously I have repeatedly asked a room change, making me available at an additional outlay, but nothing is served. My solution was to sleep in another building from Wednesday to Saturday night (an apartment rented a few hundred meters away) in order to "digest the toad" of the bad accommodation. Apart from that the room has always been carefully cleaned.

Regarding the pool / whirlpool I have to say that I would have expected warmer water in the first and colder in the second (I tried to dip one foot and ran away). This is not the first spa I visit but it is the first time that I find similar temperature in both cases.
Finally the staff: always available but quite "off", I understand that at the end of the season you are tired and you feel the enthusiasm or the way of asking, maybe even centering the general discomfort that I was experiencing and the deviation from my expectations for Trentino (all defined home of senior tourism), but expect to find less cold

Family hotel with entertainment and all-inclusive services

Don't go there! It's a trap! 5 rooms booked with a price between 1700 and 3500 euros/room for a week. First room in the basement... I was invited to park on the street because all the parking lot was full. At the bar it's a waiting line also at the front desk. My worst hotel chech-in.

Good hotel with many rooms. Cozy, clean and with large common areas. Great relaxation area with swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, gym and a talented masseuse who brings you back to the world !!! Particular praise for the food: very varied buffet, with dishes that are always fresh and of excellent quality .... all very good ... especially the desserts! Friendly and helpful staff but a little "unprepared": it is not able to provide any information on paths, activities or possible excursions, leaving everything to the tourist offices. Rather homemade and less incisive animation. Pretty good the girls of the miniclub but I advise you to extend the time until 19.00 at least in summer.

I recommend going with children. As soon as you start skiing or snowboarding, you can go to the slope where you will reach the gondola below. You can have dogs only as I was my dog (Boston terrier) by design a small dog and I was not cleaned by cleaning ladies because they were scared so that's why I give 4 stars not 5

Just over a week at the park hotel. Well maintained and welcoming structure, clean room even if a little tiny, in particular the bathroom. Quiet and well-kept swimming pool and wellness area. Welcome to the top with Susy always kind and helpful (our info point)
The restaurant can definitely improve, vast selection but all about mediocre.
From the animation I expected more: fantastic Simone, engaging and available with the older kids and adults in the morning walks and in the evenings but no activities for the little ones if not the mini club play area. My kids looked forward to the baby dance, only time really for them.

everything seems very good untill you get unlucky. if you get one of the -1 floor rooms you can literally hear people loughing above you in the bar. for me this happened every day untill about 2 pm so I was forced to sleep with my headphones on. everything else is very good but if you choose this hotel make sure you don't get one of those rooms

relaxing week in the pool, saunas, whirlpool, along with organized excursions between streams and waterfalls. great food, rigorous cleanliness, normal prices. biking, rafting and other activities have made this holiday exciting.

We had a great time. 4 families of friends with children from 5 to 10 years old. We were super pampered by all the restaurant staff, from the surprises for the children in the morning with the chocolates to go skiing to the kindly offered lunch because we were back on the train. Really all very kind, you made us feel great. You are fantastic good return home at the end of your season to enjoy the family. Maria Cristina, Giovanni, Maria Chiara and Giulietta and again Manuela and Daniele and Marta and Linda with Shrav with Alisya and Giorgia and Bibi with Tamir and Samy and Jara. A big and affectionate hug from all of us.

Well organized hotel with all the staff always available.
Located in a very quiet area with direct access to the ski slopes or footpaths. The animation every day offers new things with activities to do during the day and games or shows in the evening.

I stayed for a week in the summer, I find this hotel very nice and clean, the food is good (personally I don't find the appetizers, good but cold to my taste), divine swimming pool and whirlpool, large rooms.
We are panting at the sore point, hospitality in addition to the very cold restaurant, it always seems that the staff are bothered by it, the animation is a bit poor, they organize trips where you are left to yourself, in the evening they do simple shows ... in short, they are not those entertainers who get paid to pamper you and keep you entertained.
