A truly amazing experience. It can be a difficult hike with uphill climbing, but it is well worth the effort with the view it offers after. My favorite hike so far. Would recommend!

Fantastic nature, beautiful routes driven through the mountains.

Beautiful place to spend a good relaxing holiday. The sight on the circus of Gavarnie is grandiose. Many walks accessible to all among a fauna and flora breathtaking. And winter a beautiful ski area: only small downside, the resort is quite far from the village and shops.

Difficult to do better, except the other national and regional parks, the Alps, the central massif, vosges ...
Each has its peculiarities, and therefore our preferences.
For the Pyrenees, I find everything beautiful, and must-see, Gavarnie, the Pont d'Espagne, Lake Gaube, the Neouvielle Massif, the Pic du Midi of Bigorre, and all the other places, less famous but so beautiful, wild, as the circus of Estaube, the lake of Ileou or blue lake, ...

Beautiful landscape. Great for exploring on foot, by bike, motorbike or car.
Lots of wild animals like donkeys, cows, sheep, horses, llamas.

Great site for snowshoeing around the lake. There are super slopes for sledding with the kids. Only downside for cross-country skiing there is no ground track to position the ski so for beginners or occasional predict the arnica because the falls are guaranteed!

The Raillere. Departure of walks. For others, contemplation of the site. Nice place. Small mountain restaurant. I love.

An incredible environment, and more when there is still snow on the peaks ... The French side is much greener.

We skied at Gourette. It was a great time and he snow was great. The mountain was also beautiful!

Magnificent region of very beautiful mountainous landscapes, villages of character with its stone houses, the slate roof, beautifully flowered in summer. Many activities: hiking, rafting, canoeing, cycling, mountain biking, climbing, paragliding, relaxing on the water, horseback riding, there is something for everyone.

The Neouvielle nature reserve is a unique place to discover absolutely for all mountain and nature lovers. Izars, marmots and other preserved animals will delight your children during your hikes.

I remain speechless before so much splendor. This site is one of the most beautiful in France and certainly in the world!
