A rather large but neglected building. I don't think a serious investment has been made for a long time, and here I mean everything it contains. Here there is still an air of Communism.

The parking lot is big, from what I saw, so it's harder with the parking lot now, but it will be good :) I liked the big hall where I saw a play (Money from heaven ... good, play) acoustic good seats and more communist room but it's ok. It's worth buying a ticket to the show.

IF the courses for children, BUT not all are free, not all have ok teachers (for example nothing is learned in painting), the building itself needs extensive repairs and renovations. The toilets are under any criticism, there is no light on all the hallways, old and damaged furniture, classrooms without investment. Too bad, because a place with such potential for creative development and in many areas of children is left in ruins.

This place offers you many activities, experiences and especially a place where you can spend your time learning. I met here other good bored teachers, but overall it was and is a beautiful experience.

Old feeling, scotch-stained walls, swirled veneer on the walls of the room, a hall image still in Ceausescu's time. Note 4 (good luck with the cleanliness, sweeping, gathering the garbage, but I had the idea that acu , acu , and garbage below the price). Poor acoustics. Note 5 - Hall made for performances by the hawks of the homeland and the pioneers (it is seen that the investment was made to mark an "accomplishment" of the era!)

The location has a generous, newly built parking lot (for now) free of charge. The performance hall is in good condition, being suitable for the activities that usually take place here (for example: celebrations or various other events for preschoolers and / or schoolchildren).

I try a mixed feeling of joy - sadness every time I go there because although the officials did not make any investment (the palace looks like during the communist period, even a little puzzled because the pool no longer existed but a restaurant was made that it is not more profitable for some), however, it is full of children during the week, children who go to different circles and extracurricular activities where they can develop their creativity, technique. The activities that I can carry out here are various starting with ballet, music, folk dances, foreign languages, electronics, etc. Children who want more is a step towards their future.

I was there at the May 9th show, Europe Day.
Wonderful children, most of us see them on the stage and we know that behind the successes there is a lot of work ... But what impressed me (and I surprised the moment in photography) is that in the break between two scenic appearances, these children's angels were doing their homework at school, lying down on the hallways!
Admirable determination, will and effort to reconcile school with passion. Congratulations!

(I gave 4 stars, 5 months ago)

"It's not just a palace, but it's a kid's! It's a place for passionate, instructors and" apprentices "alike. "

One of the best comunist age remnants, appreciated for it`s broad educational span.

This is also used for many types of events as well...
