Pak'n'Save Wainoni Review

Generally same as any grocery store. Just more crowded.

Store is usually understocked compared to other Pak N Saves around the city in my experience

The place is huge and alot of parking space available.

I shop at pak n save after I have been to Burwood hospital
I could go to papanui but I don't for reasons I don't want to express
But this supmarket leaves the others for dead
It's clean. Helpful. Polite. & the baking is fabulous.

Great little shop, which is in the middle of expanding, and the old building is going to be changed into the expanded car park.

Literally always has someone either starting a fight, stealing, or just begging outside and will get mad if you say no sorry. Bad atmosphere and checkout assistants are always angry.

Great deals. Lots of open checkouts and self scan checkouts

Not the freshest produce but otherwise the best supermarket in christchurch, great helpful staff.

Watched an old guy abuse a woman for not putting her trolley back on the way in to the shop. Then on the way out a begger asking for cash rocking around on a scooter. Shop was on the added entertainment was great other the the chiller alarm going off for no reason for 5 minutes.

Lots of variety to choose from. Great customer service.

To much to choose from don't go there hungry good deals there

Unbeatable prices, excellent value, selection and extremely nice staff

Clean and accessible. Nice wide aisles and easy to find things.

Well stocked, even during these unprecedented times. Their health and safety practices are of a much higher standard to another supermarket near me. I like how they spray the checkout with disinfectant between customers and provide hand sanitiser as you enter the shop. The security guard had a great upbeat attitude and was very cheerful and welcoming. In store there were hardly any empty spaces on the shelves , and I was actually able to find hand sanitizer for the first time in weeks.

Thank you for your help on Saturday morning. With out your kindness in looking after me when I became very unwell I would not have seeked the medical attention I needed. I spent the rest of the weekend in hospital.

I love this paknsave. It is quiet and cozy. You can buy food for reasonable price.

Had a good shop today great specials lovely shop and like the idea of the wipes for the trolleys especially this time of year with all the bugs around 10 out of 10 for me

Really impressed with the customer service I received from Morgan at Pak n Save Wainoni. She was polite and friendly and organised a refund over the phone so I didn't have to go back in to sort it out.

So good! Friendly, helpful staff working hard serving customers in preparation for Christmas tomorrow. A really great atmosphere and a well stocked shop.

Fuel system is a joke. Cumbersome slow and after all that it was broken.

Disappointing, sold out of Strawberrys for the third day in a row. Saw one left, went up to the till with my little girl who loves them and was excited they finally had some left. Went to pay and noticed there was mold on a couple. Was disappointed but still interested as some were still ok, asked if they could provide a small discount as it couldn't be sold at full price in that condition. Was told no discounts allow, i asked what they'd do with them and the lady mentioned they would be thrown away. the lady then took them away. My little girl started to cry, I said I would take them but wasn't happy with the customer service. Very disappointed, there has to be some give and take with the amount of money we spend there every year.

I find the fresh produce and meat prices to be a little high. And chicken breast is pretty much always on special. I have never once in over 5 years found it at the price they claim as the pre discount price.

Nice and modern. Great size. Terrible idea to have the self checkout lanes for members. The rest of the checkouts were busy but that was empty. .

absolutely amazing
as a bearded man just turned 30 it was nice not getting asked for photo ID when buying some wine and beer.

Great value for money, plenty of parking, a tidy store with friendly staff.
