They need to regulate the temperature inside. I went to see invisible man last week and it was so hot in there I was very uncomfortable. Equally I have been in the past and it's been too cold with the air-con on. You need to find a happy medium! On a good note their hot cheese dip is out of this world! And it is a clean cinema with nice staff!

Had the most friendly and helpful girl at the desk. She was beyond helpful. She helped us bring our drinks to our seats . Not only was Sean asset to the cinema but to Dungarven for old fashioned hospitality

Good cinema, theatre was a bit cold and low end sound was a bit patchy (maybe just because I'm fussy) otherwise good evening out.
Not bad quality of the screen (4K Sony projectors), OK sound, OK seats, bit overpriced popcorn and stuff. Good for live events such as operas or theatre transmissions.

Nice, clean cinema with comfortable seats but the walls between screens must be extremely thin? During quiet parts of the film we could hear the sound of the film next door which was a bit annoying.
More expensive to go to the movies here than in Cork - the staff were very keen to upsell to food with the tickets - presumably part of their training. The cinema was very clean and the screens themselves were very large with good sound - the seats were super comfortable too.
Took our small little school to the SCG Dungarvan and I cannot express how helpful and obliging the staff were! The facilities are amazing! Hats off to Eugene Tobin for a first class service!
